I use airtel home portable wifi service.
I have been facing network connectivity issues since 2nd jan'18. No or very low speed, not good to even open a mail box.
I have complained several times over phone and email, however i only get to hear that the airtel tech team is looking into the same and will resolve soon.
I work from home and my job depends on this 4g service.
72+ hours and airtel has still not figured out what the issue is, let alone fixing it.
I was also promised a technician visit on 4th jan'18. I am still waiting for that to happen and it's 6th now.
Guess airtel is taking their customers for granted.
Need a resolution here.
