I recharged my account with 509 which said unlimited calls and messages for 84days. But now i am charged for toll free number and customer care number.
When i call up the customer care the supervisor says it is understandable that service numbers don't come under regular calls.
There is no such information present while recharging in the portal. This is pure cheating of the customer. The complete plan details are not conveyed correctly. I would like refund for all the deductions made.
Most of the time signal will be h + even if i have 4g sim with 4g plan. Worst network.

    Hi, this is sabita roychowdhury. As you can see i newly joined your network. On 22 dec my main balance was rs 22 approx.
    Suddenly you guys activated a vas with my consent and deducted the entire balance. Then i recharged with rs 30 top up which gives approx rs 22 talktime. But again my main balance became rs 0.
    Atlast today on 1st jan i have recharged with rs 20 top up. Till now my main balance is rs 16 but may it will be reduced to zero again.

    Check my account thoroughly since 22 dec, refund the money deducted by you.
    Otherwise i will have to port out.

      I don’t get proper signals nor proper internet. The pack says we get 4g. Yes we get for like 10 seconds? I have keep putting it in airplane mode and take it off to get signals and net. It is very problematic. It would be better if such networks are banned. People are facing so much issues with the airtel especially in pune. I’m not sure about the other cities. Kindly look into the issue.

      Airtel in Pune is very bad. I never get even good 3G on my mobile. The moment I switch to 3G I get just one bar of network. The network keeps falling to 2G or if I force it to 3G then eventually I don't get any network at all.

      Despite of having state of the art phone I am forced to operate only on 2G in Pune. Idea is somewhat relatively better I think. Try switching (porting) to Idea. I am also likely to do the same.

      Even those calling me from other centers of our office out of Maharashtra get frustrated while talking to me when I am even on 3G network because the call drops or there are blanks in between.

        I hold a dongle connection and it's not been working properly (Signal problem) for a long time. Repeated requests to airtel and 198 have yielded negative results. Their answer is always "we are looking into the problem".
        No one from the organisation is bothered, right from answering the phone call to giving instructions on how to go about it.

        Sometimes it looks as if they are doing us a favour after charging us for every rupee

        On top of it, they are sending me the bills...

          Now the problem is i decided to port my vodafone no-[protected] to your india's no.1 network airtel.
          But its really worst network in india and worst services also because i ported my above said number on 29/12/2017 at midnight 1am but still now i didn't get your network... Whats this.. I have only one number itself i didn't have any alternate number also so please understand my situation...
          These is the service you given to your customers.. Ah i tried to call customer care and airtel let out also but they told some technical issue in the airtel itself so please wait some hours its solved.. But how many hours gone already 2 days gone.. But still now i didn't get network...
          My suggestion to your esteemed airtel why you play like these with customers if you have any technical issue why you take the porting request..
          Please don't do these type anyone.
          I think its my mistake to chose your airtel connection sorry and hope an action will be taken on it.

            I was recharge the special offers 399rs for 84days. But now your company saying this offer is 70days. But i have an message and i am also using the my airtel app where the all thing are already in return is your pack is valid for 84 days. I don't think airtel is still having a good plans and good services. Please check my all details carefully and please restart my pack as quickly. They wasted my 1 week services but still they did not give me a perfect ans they just only call me every day and say we need only 24hrs but still my ans is 0. So i don't think airtel is still have more time to live at the market. If company does need more any information for about my packs. So you can call me on

                I have been using airtel prepaid number occasionally, on 29 dec 2017 i recharged airtel mobile number with rs 199.00. On 30th dec sim suddenly stopped working, on checking with customer care i have told that the their system does not have any entry for this airtel mobile number and did nt even bothered to refund the recharge amount, on top of every thing they were not even apologetic.

                  I was using airtel boradband connection (Account no : [protected]) since many months, and i had raised a request to airtel regarding the relocation on 30th nov. After few days the customer care person called back saying there is no possibility of airtel connection in the new area and had asked confirmation for connection cancellation. I had accepted too as they had mentioned that airtel was not providing the broband in the new area.
                  But after i had moved to the new location i had realized that airtel already had many connections given in the same apartment it self where i had moved.

                  There are multiple advertisement signs near our apartment from airtel broadband for new connection, when i had contacted them they are ready to give new connection.

                  Where as airtel customer care misguided me with false details and not ready to provide the connection retained back.

                  If i could continue with my old account, i could get my old plans applicable by just paying the relocation charges additionally (I agreed to pay that)..
                  Now why should i pay for the re-connection charges and why should i again start with new plans/tarrifs?

                  During the time when i took the connection, they promised that they will shift the connection on relocation with relocation charges.. But now they did not stick to their words.
                  This is completely unfair service from airtel and will be considered as cheating.

                    In our area, there is no signal in airtel vakayar - muthupezhumkal 689698, konni taluk, aruvappulam village and near pallipadi junction {pathanamthitta district}. The route is kollampady - athirumkal road. I request to please solve this problem so we required a new mobile tower. I hope concerned person will reply to the positive reply to this post...

                        Sir/madam, i have postpaid sim [protected], on 25th dec 2017 sim lost the signals. I went to store they told me to issue duplicate sim but due to biometric failure they can't issue sim. After that day i went again on store for withdraw duplicate sim but same problem already exists. They issue sim on document basis on 30th dec 2017. I request u to solve problem because i face lot of problem. This number is served to clients or my family members.

                          I don't expect airtel to respond.. Still trying my luck. I am not getting otps for my cashless transactions. Unable to make any payments. Can you please help? Called up customer care, got a pathetic response: "system is down, call back after 4 hours" (I am not surprised) but i need to make payments, how will i do it?

                          I am handicapped, i have 199 bills to pay. Apart from dealing with airtel, i don't want to pay hell lot of late fees as well.

                            I recharge by mobile with 349 rs for 28 days.
                            Earlier i had option to use my main balance to activate any pack. But now its not there.
                            I have 850 rs in my main balance but not able to activate 349 pack with it. So, its like that money is not usable.
                            They have made some change in policy without notifying the customer, this is scam. Pay monthly for pack and leave the main balance with airtel until they change policy or use with it in a throghaway manner (Use net or call without activating any pack).

                            I talk to the customer service team but they can't help me in this regard.

                              My bill for the month of november 2017 was rs 988. My bill plan for my postpaid airtel no is 299. When asking on 198 about the access bill they said access data usage. But still u can see data balance of over 30 gb in my airtel app. After repeated call customer care said your access bill be reversed but till date they are not coming up with proper reply nor send the revised bill.

                                I have added my money in the airtel money payment bank but when i want to pay to something it is getting debit is more allowed already i have given complaint about this but their is no response so please don't avoid this.in my wallet 261 ripped is their already i have complained about it but their is no reply from their why all r u playing the games with us i will complain it to the consumer court if not it had been resolved means... So i am hoping that it will be resolved so please take care of it... Thank you

                                  My 3g data pack was recharged on 11th december 2017 and it's supposed to be 2gb per day for 28 days which means the pack should get over on 8th january 2018. But i recently received an sms from airtel that my pack would get over on 1st january 2018. Please look into the matter and make sure to let me use the net pack to its actual expiry date. Do not go back on your words. If it's 28 days. It should be 28 days. Not less than that. Don't make customers waste 300 bucks like that. As it is the network is also so bad. Please look into this network problem as well. Thankyou.

                                  REALLY IF MY NET PACK EXPIRES TODAY I'LL BE SO MAD. THIS IS A VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER!! THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING!! 28 DAYS = 28 DAYS. REMEMBER THAT AIRTEL.

                                    I'm using airtel sim no [protected] but registered as on my brother s name nilesh kale. That sim not working since a month. I did every effort but not working, aslo submit complaint towards this issue but no response still get.
                                    And without any intimation it stop working.

                                      Hello airtel, i am now completely frustrated by your worst customer service. I port my 2 postpaid vodafone number on 23rd dec 2017 and vodafone relesed my number on 28th dec at 12 am. I was told by the sales person named swati from airtel that my numbers will start to work within an hour but it happened. My number didn't came in service till today. Its 3 days and i complained on the same day to swati to resolve the issue but she stopped receiving my calls. I called her about 12 times on 28th but she never picked my calls. (She called my many time to port my number but after porting she stopped receiving my calls)
                                      I was calling to customer care to resolve my issue and they were telling will be resolved in 24 hours and i have been calling them since 3 days but still they are saying that it will start in 24hours. Please let me know where to complain i want them to get punished by legal way. Thanks nikunj.

                                        Third class network not providing proper network and facing the issue from last three months and also raise the complaint but still issue is exit and i also change the sim card still issue exit... I hate to much to airtel network i suggest to many my friends and family members because airtel is good network but now i am not thinking that is it good, now i think docomo providing best service than airtel... Shame on airtel network third class... Disgusting network..
