Hello sir/madam
My airtel sim ([protected]) closed for 3moths, i made lots of effort but still didn't get solution. What should i do please help.
I tried all my best, kindly help as early as possible.

This sim registered on my brother name nilesh kale, he also link his adhar card to the sim but no work.
I may request you provide some solution as soon as possible.

    Done recharge of 199/ for all free calls including roamimg call as it is showing in my airtel app in best offer for me, but now it's charging call cost when i am calling from roaming. Its happening second time with me airtel making full, i m leaving airtel. When u r showing offer on my airtel app and even after recharge i got message from airtel about benefit of recharge done like unlimited local std and roamimg call with 1gb data per day for 28 days but i m not getting the same

      Some day before i try to load 9100 rs in airtel money account but two time refused due to some error third time i m try to load 5000 rs this time cash loaded but when i check my airtel money account there is not reflect any new amount and that is going to my mobile account [protected]
      From last few days i trying to cal customer care and also try to mail to nodal officer airtel but no reply from your side kindly one time more i trying to approach you pl transfer this 5000 amount to my airtel money account

          Hi,

          I recently purchased an airtel connection - postpaid service 399/month (Infinity pack) mid november 2017. After the first month (November 2017) i paid the bill and activated isd services to australia and the airtel representative told me the charges are rs.12/minute. I made a call to an australian number on 13th dec and was on hold for 12 minutes after which i dropped the call. After that airtel disconnected my outgoing service for 15 days and constantly called and harassed me to pay a bill of rs.2364. When i asked why they said "you have to pay it", they could not give me a bill as they said the system will generate the bill only on 2nd january but they will terminate my services right away starting 14th december. The isd service was active only for 3 days or so from memory.

          Today, on the airtel app i see the total bill is rs.3258. The bill summary only shows an amount of rs.392.36. I am not sure why airtel is charging me the above amount? When i ask customer care for call details and why the above price they have no information on that. They keep repeating that i have to pay it. I feel mentally harassed by airtel for no real reason and inadequacy from the side of airtel to provide correct information.

          Can someone please help me out on this? Why would a 12 minute call to australia cost rs.3258? Did the airtel representative provide false information that it is rs.12 per minute?

          Request you to help me out with this as i am very disappointed with airtel, their customer service and unacceptable charges.

          Airtel has barred this service without intimation. When Airtel asks a client to pay Rs.3258, as a client I am entitled to know the reason behind the amount quoted. If the bill shows 15 minutes of call when only 12minutes of call was made and the tariff on the bill is not printed and none of the Airtel customer service representatives are able to clarify the cost per minute of call to Australia then on what basis can Airtel expect a client to pay some random amount ?

            Hi i have recharged my airtel mobile [removed] number for rs.349 through my sbi mobile banking. Recharged did not happened but amount debited from my bank account. Transaction ref no [uh30583732]. I contacted both bank and airtel. Bank said amount transfered to airtel successfully. Airtel told that amount will returned in 10 working days. But so far i have not received my money. Please address this issue asap and return my money.

              I recently ported my sim from bsnl to airtel, i inserted sim into the mobile on 28 december of last month, but up to now my sim is not activated it's showing no service. I reached the airtel office where i got my sim, but they are saying insert in another mobile, restart but it's not working. This sim number is very important to me, i will get important calls, office calls. Please solve this issue as early as possible. It's about one week but it's not activated still. Resolve this issue as soon as possible

When i got my nearly airtel store durgapur city center west bengal. The store representative says that no not ur name, and also says this is kolkata cerkel no. So u don't have any options.
                Now sir i request to you that no i used long time i[censored]r falt any changes of customer name so what can my responsibility or ur. Because when i purchased the no i have submitted my photo & voter i. D. So please sir necessary action about this matter, as early as possible.

                    Today in the morning i tried to call your airtel customer care at 198 but it didnot get connected and when the call get disconnected i got a message that i have been charged rs 29 for 200 mb data. how, i havent done this.
                    Whenever i call to their customer care they simply disconnect my call when i ask for refund
                    So i request you to please tell airtel to return my wrongly deducted money of rs 29.

                      I am raghavendra. My mobile number is [protected]. Masti pack was activated on my no. Without my permision and a certain amount started deducting from my account.

                      How a company like airtel could be so irresponsible that in order to increase its revenues it uses all the wrong practices.

                      It is fine in short run but in long run it will lose its loyal customer.

                      If any one in airtel is listening... Could you please explain me reason for the same???

                        I have applied mnp from aircel to airtel and visited the airtel office in kodungaiyur (Chennai-118) near kodungaiyur police station and the said they can ony migrate to airtel postpaid. After insisting them for prepaid they are asking to pay rs.150 for new prepaid sim. I enquired airtel customer care, trai websirte and also in airtel website it says that the sim card is only rs.19.

                        But airtel store is asking to pay rs.150. I asked them why we have to pay rs.150 and they replied that they have got the sim from distriutor so they are charging rs.150 for all mnp customers. How is this fair. Please look into this issue and pls help us in migrating from aircel to airtel prepaid.

                            Whenever i open any channel it starts to glitch out and after some time it says no signal.
                            The weather is perfect in mumbai and i always keep my phone away from the setup box but it still says no signal.
                            If these airtel guys don't repair this problem then tell them to take their dish and their setup box.

                              We signed an agreement on 29 june 2015 for sharing vodafone network from airtel tower installed on our land. This is clearly mentioned on agreement that airtel will pay us inr 1500 per month as rent. But they are paying us inr 1200 per month. This is clearly an act of fraud.. As airtel has breached the agreement, now i want the balance amount to be credited in my bank account with interest.

                                Suddenly on 1 jan 2018 the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
                                All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

                                I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, and additionally they need to compensate for loss of peace of mind, and loss of opportunity due to missed communication during the period. I also due to no network unable to contact anyone plzz help me

                                I had purchased airtel secure plan and had send my handset for screen damage to them for which they initiated the BER(beyond economic repair) amount of Rs. 10800/- in the month of October.
                                I have already send them required documents on 9th December 2017 and by this date the amount has not been refunded in my A/c. Please help

                                  1. Previously i used motorola g4 plus mobile, now i am using lenovo k8 note and still i am facing the network issue in both in and out of the specific location, which clearly explains there is no issue with the handset.

                                  2. Facing lot of fluctuations which leading to network unavailability most of the time., daily i used to get more than 10 missed call alerts.

                                  3. When i am surfing in my handset and at the same time if someone tries to reach me, they get message like “the number you are trying to reach is currently switched off” and able to get calls only when i am not connected with internet.

                                  A. When i tried reaching your customer support [airtel customer support executive replied me to switch my data to 3g network to get calls], my question is if i can get calls only when i switch over to 3g then what is the purpose/use of 4g here?

                                  4. Last i recharged with 448 rs unlimited talk time with 1gb data with 4g daily, still i am unable to access internet and facing voice call issues in that particular location and the same has been agreed by airtel executives as poor coverage area[screenshot attached].
                                  5. Support executives are not properly addressing the issue, if i requested them to raise a complaint they are closing the request as query was addressed and suggested a resolution to set the network manually and to switch off and switch on the phone.
                                  6. If the complaint has been raised after series of conversations, the complaints has been closed abruptly without providing any resolution.

                                  Other issue:
                                  1. We cannot send a mail via gmail using airtel mobile network.

                                  Several mails has been written to nodal and appellate, there was no proper resolution, only answer which i am getting is, the issue will get resolved soon kindly bear with us.

                                  I am planning to lodge a complaint.

                                    I received a call from[protected] a Airtel Executive called me at on Date : 03/01/2018 Time : 11:26 AM. He called me for port my number to Airtel but i told no then he started Scolding Abusing me. This Airtel people are irrating me like any thing regularly changeing numbers and calling. Please take action on this[protected].
                                    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Hello sir i am using aritel postpaid connection last 2 month. My mobile number is [protected]
                                      And my plan is 399 postpaid unlimited or my plan limit is 1100 rupees. This month i am in roaming and they will not informe me what roaming charges was deduct form my account and last 2 day they will charge 2405 rupees bill and stop my incoming and outgoing call. I was also pay 534 rupees bill on 30-12-17.
                                      When i am calling airtel customer care 198 and speak with four to five officers and senior officer on[protected] and they are saying after 24 hour we will inform you also note my complent. But they will not contact me last 72 hour. My alternet number is [protected].
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
