I have registered lots of complaint to customer care of airtel 4g, but they are not taking this seriously and collecting only bill for which services are not received. I told to their customer care executives to disconnect the connection & i will not pay bill. They are requesting this is temporary problem & will get resolved but his took more than 3 months and the issue didnt get solved.

    I have ported from reliance to airtel last month. I had been using airtel in chennai for last 6 years with good experience so i thought airtel will not disappoint me.

    Little did i realise that the company is totally corrupt. I have raised numerous complaints regarding the issue. That claim to give 3g connection, but i can say that the speed is worse than reliance 2g connection at the cash end of their life. I have called them atleast 20 times. Each time some gibberish solution. Not at all professional service.

    I recommend bharti airtel to close down their shutters and live honestly by begging.

    I may soon switch to vodafone if this pathetic run continues.

      Hi.. I am airtel customer from last 10 years, recently relocated to new address, which is ashoknagar (Bhel) hyderabad. Very near to mumbai highway main road. Its very good city location. Its not a remote area. But never got airtel signals (Calls, data). Very typical to attempt calls at home. Everyone facing same issue in my apartment. Other networks (Jio, tata, voda) working fine.

      I have raised issue to airtel team (Nov25), they simply said they are working on it. But never ever any technical team reached us for location and signals checking. Not sure really they are working? Or not?. If they really working at least some one from technical team should reach us and ask for details. Nothing happen from last one month. We are seriously facing issue.

      I would like to requesting airtel management, please take our issue seriously and try to provide solution. If your unable to fix the issue, please lets us know, we will shift to other network. I have been using airtel from past few year, so still trusting your network.

        Dear sir

        I would like to inform that i was user of bsnl number user since last 7 years

        Unfortunatilly i got convenced by one of your retail shop dealer m/s sri nidhi telecom, new town market, yelhanka, bangalore and given my sim for migration from bsnl to airtel.

        It is almost 10days over but number not yet migrated to airtel.

        Now i am visiting the distributor every day he is not behaving properly.

        She don't want to attend me and avoiding with the rude words. She is telling you go and talk to airtel office.

        I am staying alone in my house and this was only mode of communication number i have with my family & relatives during day time.

        Request to please help and ensure my number remain live in bsnl network only.

        I don't want to migrate to airtel network.

        I am a simple house wife and just for followup with the distributor i had already visited 6 times with the distributor and spent approx 1500 rs in conveyance charges only.

        Expected a speedy action.

          Hi team,
          I have recharged for my new sim which i bought from airtel showroom, peelamedu, coimbatore.

          They bought 520 rupees from me.
          495 (For recharge)+25 (Sim cost).

          They told me sim will be activated within half an hour. But it was not (Activated after 3 hours)

          Again
          Recharge is not yet done. I am unable to call anyone.

          When i reached them directly, they are not at all allowing inside of the airtel showroom. They are not treating customer as customers.

          Then why do you have customer care executives?

          I am still unable to use the airtel sim.

            I had paid rs 1000 for installation of a broadband connection at my residence 28 him vihar i. P. Extension new delhi 110092 on november 16 2007.

            The installation was never done and when i persisted for a response i was informed that it was not technically feasible.

            I have not received my refund yet. I was given web address www.airtel.in/onlinerefund by airtel customer service today to claim the refund by citing connection# 1163477. But that site gives an error when i enter the provided input.

            I am leaving for usa in a week and will always remember this airtel scam. Hope someone senior in airtel looks at this and takes some action. You can contact me at email: hari. [protected]@gmail.com

                Customer service is good but senior executive care is fake because they pickup my call and just hold and drop my call within a second. My problem since 10th dec 2017 to till now the problem has not solve.
                Payment not possible service is poor.
                And i dont know how it possible because i have not much time these days to take action.
                So plz help me.

                  I am using this number [protected] for almost 7 years. I have ported the number from tata docomo to airtel 6 months before. During the porting, i had submitted all the proofs they wanted for the porting. Also the address verification also completed by airtel guy. Now for last 2 weeks my number is in suspended status due to insufficient documents. After all the verification done, not sure why they are asking to resubmit the document. Still i had submitted the requested documents last week friday. They told within 24 hours my number will get activated. Now i have crossed 6 24hours still it is not activated. Now i am feeling like made a big mistake by porting the number to airtel because of their pathetic customer service.

                  There is no network coverage in my area 847427, there is 4G coverage in near by villages but there is only 2G coverage in my area

                    In year 2006 Airtel SIM card i had purchaed in my name Shivalingayya B Hiremath recently the same Airtel No. [protected] is issued to some one else customer, hence there is duplication of my number to other customer. please cancel the other customer number which was issued in the same of mine [protected]. look in to the matter soonly.

                      I am a airtel payment bank wallet holder.

                      Wallet number: [protected]

                      My wallet balance as of 18.12.2017 is inr 450

                      Due to unknown reason (S) it shows "debit freeze' on my account. I'm not being able to do any transactions.

                      In-spite of several requests airtel is not taking necessary step (S) to unblock the account

                      Is it a trap to cheat people?

                      Whichever it is i want my account to behave normally.

                      My new ported same no. Sim from Andhra Pradesh to Karnataka is not working.and could not call 59059 from new sim.mobile no.-[protected]
                      Unable to call 161 toll free number while roaming from my Airtel Karnataka number from chennai.when contacted Airtel store in Chennai they told they can't help regarding this.
                      Internet MB fraud 4g not work

                          This is to bring your notice regarding opening of my father's bank account in airtel bank without his approval and not even his notice. My father went to airtel retailer for linking his mobile number with aadhar card which is made mandatory by government of india. While registering aadhar number retailer opened airtle bank account on my father's name without informing him and now gas subsidiary from last two months are credited in airtel bank.

                          I contacted customer care several times and after so many follow ups account is closed but my gas subsidiary amount is not been transferred to our given bank account. My complaint number is case:1164995 and case is closed without transferring my money.

                          For my mobile no the complaint filed SR78754311, the bill for used data which is free as said in postpaid connection been levied charges, not yet waved off. The Air tel is worst in service n customer care. The complaints are not resolved since last 3 month.
                          I have airtel prepaid mobile connection no [protected]. Recently i heve submitted request for AADHAR linking with the mobile number only not to open a bank account. Why my aadhar used for open a bank account without my concent and why lpg subsidy cradited on the account.

                            Almost every third day the internet connection is lost on my airtel broadband router. This is a serious problem as i use it got office and not home. I don't receive the physical copy of bill and then there are late bill payment charges added to the same how do i pay the bill without receiving it

                              I am having an issue regarding 4g, 3g services in my area. I have lodged a complaint with airtel bearing sr no 81758919 dated 09 dec 2017 with a promise to resolve the same within 4 days. There on i received a couple of call from the customer care/technical team. The caller asked for my identity and the inquired about the issue. I explained all of them each time that there is data connectivity issue in the area and signal strength is just one and that the mobile toggles between 4g, 3g and 2g. Subsequently, their engineer visited my place on 11 dec 17 and noted the details alongwith the readings and promised to resolve the same next day. He informed that another team will be visiting next day and resolving the issue. The next day again somebody called me and asked the same set of questions that had been asked which had been answered in all my previous conversations. I informed the gentleman of the same and advised him to moved ahead rather then again asking the same questions that the company is knowing about based on their previous interaction with the customer. On hearing this, the representative sounded a bit rude and high headed and disconnected my phone. It is now over 14 days and the issue is yet to be resolved. On inquiry about the service status it is showing as on hold. Please get the issue resolved.

                                🎾I got a messege of Rs 199 = unlimited local and std calls along with 1GB/day for 28 days.But when i recharged with 199 i only got 1GB for 28 days.Thats fraud and injustice and now want the same benefit that i got in the messege u can check my image.I should get 1GB/day for 28 days other wise i want my money back from airtel and i don't want airtel to be my Service provider

Also, It is more than 3 days now and their call center floor manager is saying that they cannot promise anything and if possible I can contact their senior management for this issue. Everyday we are calling them for the issue.

                                    Its been 2 months and more I have given request to migrate my mobile number [protected] from post paid to pre paid, but still it is not yet done.

                                    Just because of your poor service i have paid 2 months of bill without any usage.And all my banking and other works are impacted due to this.

                                    I make contact with Nodal office also, they assured me to do it by 18/12/17 but not yet activated.

                                    I am very frustrated neither store persons are helping nor nodal office or 121 customer care persons.

                                    Please resolved this on highly prioritize basis.As i am waiting since 2 months

                                      It is hugely disappointing that the customer service center of Airtel is absolutely ###! Pardon my language but you people don't have any sense of responsibility. It you can even help your customers then why the hell have you opened a customer service on the first place? I got my number recharged with Rs 500 so that I can activate the 448 or 359 pack from my phone itself. But without any prior information or message on my number, that service is unavailable. When I called the customer service to do the same from my number, they took the matter without any concern that they can't help. In what sense is it a customer service when you wouldn't give any prior information about stopping activation of services or help your customers with it! In that case I have to recharge from a retailer and my 500 rupees gets wasted. Even when I told them that I would I rather change my number because such kind of horrible service and attitude, the customer service employ was hardly took in interest saying that it was my wish! WHEN DID AIRTEL BECOME SO IRRESPONSIBLE TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS? I've never been so pissed off with you people. Really! And please teach some manners to your customer service employers. To be honest Amazon, PAYTM and others have really helpful executives, and yours were the most disrespectful ones I ever contacted with!

But when i'm in roaming free call is not working internet is working when i am in roaming, but call is chargeable too high. My handset is mi y1 model. When i am in roaming symbol "r" is not showing in top side of network. So what is the problem let me told and please solve my problem as soon as possible.
