Hi airtel i have reachge my bht mobile number my mistake in case of sending money transfer i press wrong button i have to send him money but it wrong i have reached it from paytm i have talk to paytm they said airtel can help you they have given me ouery ref no 46067746 and defence number [protected] i have done the reached it on 16 dec at 11.30 my mobile number of patymis [protected] and i have send tomy bht [protected] and he is also y airtel and he have first only reached of 3 months so can you please refund my money in my paytm pls it's was a mistake pls help me airtel my patym n is[protected] and my mail is jai dudani [protected]@gmail.com is some things pls help means mail me if you can or not pls it's a request pls beauc it's mistake pls help me pls

    In delhi, i got a new card on dec 16th at 3 p. M but cannot active my card.. Yesterday i go to cp airtel store again after buying the new card. They told it was airtel system problem and i should wait for 24 hours to reactive the card again. Now more than 24 hours, still cannot connect 59059 to active my card. Very urgent! My card no. Is [protected]. I am a foreigner and this is the forth year i come to india. I used airtel and vodaphone before. I think airtel is good. But what happened to airtel now? Bad service!!!

      Dear sir,

      Myself “ashwani raj” using airtel number “[protected]” since long while moving to china for a business trip i subcribed to a basic 2999 plan for 10 days, i used 1 gb of it in 5 days and disconnected it once i landed in india. Now airtel gave me a bill of 78000/- after almost 2 months, against international roaming data usage for a period of 1 hours in bangkok. I didn’t subscribe to thailand roaming. I used free wifi at the airport and now airtel people are calling in for bill payment.

      I have few question, when my credit limit is 2000/-, how come airtel didn’t restrict my services? Why i have not received my alert and mail regarding the usage? Why i have been told to wait for 2 months for bill?

      I am a working person with very low income i have the responsibility for my family, i am the only person working in my family. Due to this wrong bill, i m mentally disturb, i am not able to pay this wrong bill. Please get this checked.

        Hi,

        I submitted a request to convert my postpaid number to prepaid on dec 11th monday. I paid all bills promptly on time and settled the interim balance of billing cycle and got a prepaid sim for 30 rs from airtel arc facility at navalur chennai. I was informed that the migration would happen in 96 hours (4 days) after which for 1 day my mobile wouldn't work and thereafter i can use the prepaid sim. It's now more than 7 days nothing has happened and airtel appellate team doesn't respond to my emails any longer. Airtel customer is so poor and pathetic and it is better to avoid airtel in chennai or tn circle. As the appellate officer manikandan (I assume is new) is a complete waste and customers will have to lose their valuable time and not offered any good service.

          Sir,
          We have used airtel sim past 10 years. Now my sim is registered fail. Sim is not working i have given the sim number to my all communication. I enroll in aadharr link last 2 weeks. My mobile number is [protected]. Pls we have solve the problem as soon as possible. We have good relation with my airtel communication. Pls we have solve and the same number should activate for me.

          I had requested for portability of my number but the airtel has blocked my number and from last 6 days i am calling 50timesand visited the store 6timesand no solution my all service of banking and other are blocked due to this and airtel saying sorry we can not do anything

            recharge done twice of 509

            I recharged my mobile no with ₹509 and it didn't showed but amount was deducted. So i recharged again with 509 on the same number and i recieved the confirmation message of the first just before second recharge was done.in short done same recharge of 509 on same number twice. When i asked the customer care people and even gone to airtel store to either refund or to extend the validity they refused me to do so. As in reliance jio if anything...

            I am ported to airtel on 18th dec 2017 my sim is activated and iam not able to recieve calls and messages on my sim
            I tried reaching customer care on 121 and 198 but all efforts are in vain, i tried to reach customer care through email also but of no use

            Please resolve this issue

            I have a lot of client meetings, and they are unable to reach me bcz of this problem

              I mistakenly recharged with rs 448 on [protected] while it should be [protected]. I called customer care but they said they can't do anything. I recharged with airtel website and i have transaction id from bank still airtel can't revert the transaction. Very bad customer service. Customer care doesn't reply properly and try to understand the problem. Worst service provider. Now i have made request for porting to vodafone

                Hello,

                I am very sorry to say this, but airtel is not giving a good and immediate service to customers. I am damn bored of rising complaints against the service, which now i call it as third class.

                I had changed the plan from 8mbps to 16mbps, but the modem needs to be changed to run on 16mbps. We had registered so many complaints to send the technicians. The service centre say they have assigned the technician and will look into it within 2 hours. But still that 2 hrs has not yet come even after 3-4 days.

                Consider this as a very serious issue, which may lead to loss of customers good reviews. If this issue is not solved by monday i am gonna remove the airtel broadband connection and get the reviews down sharing this with others who are eager to join as airtel customers.

                  Dear airtel, we are unsatisfied with ur bad land line service in mangalore.
                  On thursday[protected] we contact ur airtel dealer in manglore bijai for get two landline connection. We completed all procedure like biomatric and all. So we got two number which is[protected], 4110107
                  But now ur airtel dealer without any intimation refusing to give connection.. Sales excucative mr. Thowkil ([protected]) saying im helpless, pls contact our manager mr. Aravind ([protected])
                  But unfortunately he is no reachble from saturday[protected] to[protected] sunday.

                  Never expect this type of bad service and careless. So we are going to raise complaint in consumer court mangalore for further action.

                    I contacted airtel broadband for a broadband connection, i asked the executive of airtel for around ten times that wether the connection is available in my area and all times airtel executive without checking said yes sir connection is available and asked me to make the payment as soon as possible and i made the payment on airtel executive commitment actually false commitment i have attached the copy of payment. Now for the false commitment made by airtel they are asking me to wait for 15 days for refund, already they made me wait for 48 hours saying that connection is available and we will install it soon, i never expected this from airtel, very disappointed, i request airtel to refund my money as soon as possible and make sure to refund on monday. Being a valuable customer of airtel i expect airtel to solve this as soon as possible. And i advice airtel to plz remove such executives who are degrading airtel status

                      Please airtel users PORT ur number to some other network when u can send SMS. This is my 5th day I can't do anything with airtel prepaid Sim. Contancted 121 4 times, visited showroom 2 times but no use. They are saying everything is OK your no in our system. I tried all the options they suggested to do. Showroom people even can't resolve it.

                          Hi,

                          I was using a postpaid number, dueto some financial problem was not able to make the payment on time, i asked for extension, the agent name rashmi shouted on me on the phone and said complain i[censored] want to.
                          I am upset with airtel they blocked my number which was linked every where i faced so much problem.
                          Airtel have never been good, never when i joined they lied, then the customer service representatives are so rude.

                          I wont pay the bill until airtel give me a compensation.

I have attached screenshot in this post, i dont understand the meaning "debit for this account is not allowed" and use of this useless airtel money service. I want my money back.                               I recharged with 449 plan but in my area i am not getting 4g Signal and for 3g network speed is 2-10 kbps. I raised 3 complaints in spam of 1 month, still there is no improvement. Whenever I raised complaint no proper response, sometimes my calls are also disconnected. Please take necessary action. Because of poor Network connectivity I am not able to work and also not able to browse any thing

                                  I have complained regarding network disconnected on 12/12/2017. The complaint was closed on 14/12/2017 late evening by 8.00pm after so many follow ups. I have already requested the engineer to check completely so that it may not happan frequently. But on 15/12/2017 the network my broadband was disconnected. I called customer care the lady spoke with me rudely and told they will check within 24 hours again. But till now 16/12/2017 my problem is not solved and nobody turned up.

                                    I'm mr. Phani, i have lost my airtel prepaid sim and applied for the same number in airtel store, located at suchitra, secunderabad. I have lost my patience waiting for that process. I don't know whether it is true or not, when ever i visit the store they will be ready with a delay reason. I'm just fed up of this thing. Even now i'm in the airtel store, now the reason is "server down". Its been 8 days i have applied for it and it is still in process. Irritating service and worst service from airtel. Customer satisfaction is worse. I don't think playing with customers is not good. Even now i'm waiting to submit the complaint. I hope it may complete successfully.

                                      On 14th dec suddenly my sim got off. I called up at customer care twice and speak to customer care executives they said they are resetting the netwrork and if the problem persists i have to go to the contact centre and ask for a new sim. I did the same on 15th sept and they promised that within 4-8 hrs my new sim will get activated. Till now the new sim is not activated and my old sim starts working only on 2g. Despite many calls at customer care and satisfactory answer from them still there is no solution. They always promised that we are escalating your problem on priority basis but nothing happening. I am really pissed off with this service of airtel. I am an old customer of airtel and facing this problem very first time related to services of airtel.

                                      I need the immediate solution on my problem.
