By mistake I have recharged another number, I reached Airtel customer support but response is not positive, I request you please take this complaint and refund the recharge .

I have reached paytm they are telling to reachout Airtel only, since it has gone to the customer so they can not help on that case.

    Sir, I am a airtel customer since last many years. Recenntly I have a broadband connection from airtel for my PC. That service of airtel is not working properly. I am complaint many times for problem facing for internet & telephone connection to your representative many times. But till today my complaint can't resolved.

    So, please disconnect airtel landline [protected] connection today 19/12/17 only and issue me full & final bill after deducting broadband charges ( Rs 500) & telephone charges ( Rs 650) which I am paying to your representative at the time of connection.
    So that i pay this and come out from this mental torture of airtel company.
    Airtel company representative call only for bill. Not a single one interested to resolve problem facing by the person.
    I am pay bill only when u can issue me full & final payment for airtel landline [protected]. Otherwise I can't pay bill.
    If you can't resolve this problem today only. Then i have no place other then going to consumer court because i am requesting many time for disconnection of this to your representative and airtel offices.

    So, please issue me full & final bill for airtel landline [protected]

      Hi,
      My airtel digital tv consumer number is [protected]. This is regarding the set top box issue i would like to register my complaint. Recently in the month of july-2017 i replaced with new set top box. I paid rs.400/- for that. Again today, 19-dec-2017 the same set top box issue surfaced. I registered a complaint in the call center (Service ref#.[protected]. I received a message from the call center and received a message there will be no service charge received for replacing the set top box. But the technician was charging for adapter which cost about rs.200/- plus service charge rs.150/-. So a total of rs.350 i paid for the issue. I received the receipt (Receipt #4201). Because of the technician fault (Not fixing cable properly, not fixing connector properly) i had called him for service a couple of times for the past 3 months. For each visit i paid him rs.150/-.
      When i want to escalate the same to the call center, the people are simply asked me to wait and finally the call got disconnected. I fedup with this company and the people.
      I want to register this as a complaint here.

        Dear sir,

        I am a regular customer of airtel since a long period and now recently made recharge of airtel 4g services of rs 448/- according to which i will get a daily data pack of 1gb of 4g services and free local and std calls but since that period of time i am not able to get full 4g services in srinagar and when i made an inquiry about the internet speed, i was informed by the customer care of the airtel on dec 18, 2017 at 10: 15 pm that 4g service is only available to some selected areas in srinagar.

        I got totally unhappy with the reply of the executive of the airtel customer care and his senior but maximum time i only get 2g and 3g internet speed, i request you to kindly look into it and issue orders to airtel to restore 4g internet fully in kashmir

        Sir mera name someshwar pathak hai mere airtel payment bank se payment nhi ho pa rha hai
        My airtel no [protected] with 448 but 1st it show pending so i recharge again. But after some time i noticed that both recharge get sucessful and amount deducted from my bank twice.
        1st trans id - [protected]
        2nd trans id - [protected].
        So kindly refund or extend the internet pack fron 70 to 140 days. As possible

        I'm using all services from Airtel : SIM cards as well as Wifi device, but still get marketing calls everyday. The callers are extremely rude.
        The last caller asked me to stop using mobile phone if I had a problem with marketing calls!

        Please remove my name from all your marketing lists.
        My pre-paid mobile number is [protected]. I have switched to a nano sim on 12.12.2017. Since then I am unable to send or receive any sms on my phone. All my phone setting are ok. It says Error 10.
        Please resolve the issue.

          After porting my number to airtel, the activation process is pending due to verification issue. Unable to connect to the number suggested by the agent "59059" and therefore not able to connect to any network.

          Need immediate assistance as my active no has been disabled due to this delay. Mob no [protected]. Please respond and assist. Need help in activation of my sim immediately.

          From last 5 days my phone is not working, it says that the number in invalid. After inserting sim in mobile it says sim card registration failed.
          I tried to contact Airtel store also they replaced the sim twice but issue doesn't resolved.
          I send mails also to 121 mail-id but no reply from them.
          Poor network so I want to go to another network

            Hi my name is ishu pachouri i purchased the airtel secure handset against
            Damage plan. So when i claim that against my handset damage company will not provided and they will refund my money which i pay every month.

            If am talking about there 198 reperesentative they dont know tho handle a customer they all are unprofessional, i am already mail [protected]@in. Airtel.com against many time but still they will not take any action.
            Sometimes 198 reperesentative will provide wrong information, they dont have proper information regarding there product.

            All the plan and product of the airtel is fake.

            CLASSYANDGLAMVIDEOS service activated by Airtel without my consent. Tried to reach through customer care but their pathetic call center did n't connect me to an executive.

            I want my money back and assurity that in fuutre no similar instance will happen.

              My number is [protected]...almost 8-9 days ago I applied for conversion of my SIM from post paid to prepaid...and it was told from Airtel office that when network would gone you will insert your new SIM. Today when network have gone I have inserted my new SIM but no network is there till now. WHat to do?

                I have been working in hitech city, phenix info city sez, hyderbad, i have been noticing that the airtel 4g speeds are dead slow and many times, it displaying 4g but no internet connection, the same issue i have been facing while i am commuting hitch city to jntu.
                If this is the case i am going to switch my netowrk provider as soon as possible, what is the use to have 70gb data left with airtel postpaid sim.
                What a shame airtel.
                While i am complaining about network issue, you guys know the problem but acting smartly like not knowing anything about network issue.

                Atleast trai should consider this kind of thieves and give proper punishment.

                Hello,

                I shifted back to Airtel network sometime in May this year. Ever since, I have been facing bad or no network and internet coverage. I have raised this issue with Airtel a couple of times but no concrete solution has been provided.
                I am a POST Paid User for Airtel for many years, last five months I am facing lost of trouble in Many locations in Bangalore. My office & House also I have network issue. They are not resposing properly and Solving the issue.

                  For your information i have went to your air tel office coimbatore lakshmi mills branch on 15/12/17 friday to sort out my gas subside amount. There i met your executive mr. Ranganathan around 4 pm, he asked me to sit near about 20 minitue and he did not answering me any thing he talking about with the neighbours and staff,

                  Aftrer that i asked him if can not do my process tell me i will meet some other executive. Then he told me for your process i need tab. That is not available here give me your mobail phone i want to know you m pin. He did some thing and looked my sim

                  Regarding this i have made a complaint to your customer care on the same day as per their advice i brought a new sim on saturday to activate the same number ([protected]) so for its inactivate. I din't know whats happening in your airtel office.

                  Continues follow ups were made with your person who issued me a sim still he replying me with in one hour it will be activate sir. This is i am hearing from the guy still saturday the sim no is [protected] 0097 imsi no is 4049 4099

                  I've just got an Airtel postpaid SIM and all the necessary documents were submitted. It's been more than 3 days and my SIM is not working. Whenever I call on 59059, network not registered message pops up.
                  Dear sir my airtel no is [protected] airtel service is very 2 poor after many complant airtel service no change so we port my no airtel reject 7 time idea give me to up plan 50% less but airtel reject 7 time my porting kindly do the metter thankingyou
                  I get this massage "Dear LPG-ID 3XX..4495 your last subsidy was credited in Airtel bank. To change bank a/c for LPG subsidy you may contact your desired bank for seeding Aadhaar."on 7th December 2017. But since today the was not credited on my airtel bank..
                  Since this sim was purchased I can't buy airtime online to recharge, transaction failed, tried various online merchant same thing, I only receive calls

                    I have airtel number : [protected] and my name is vikalp namdev
                    My airtel payment bank never allow me to pay money for anything. I don't understand why it then allows me even to credit the money, if i cannot use the app and spend it.
                    I have around 244 rs in the airtel wallet and i want airtel to either solve the issue with my account, or refund the money.

                      I am consumer of airtel dth and i live in chennai. I received two calls from the number[protected] on sunday 17th december at 10.37 am and 12.31 pm a girl asking me to recharge my dth for rs 160 / and told me if i recharge i would avail an offer to watch all my existing channels for a period of one month from the day of recharge. I recharged on line immediately and after next two days i am getting a recharge reminder saying that my balance will end in three days. I raised a complaint on air tel customer care for which i recieved a complaint number about this fake call and fake offer. But nobody answers me properly. Kindly look in this matter as i feel cheated.

                        I don't understand whatbstrategies are being used by airtel. I have recharged my prepaid number with 400 something plan which gives 1 g b per day for 70 days in which till date i havw seen max 10kbps speed... If that 1 gb gets over and i have urgent stuff to be done i do a top up of 2 gb for 3 or 4 days...in that top of i see even 9 mbps speed and in this case area does not matter... I am sitting at the same place where i used the normal plan.

                        Airtel, can you just elaborate why is this?

                          Even when the weather conditions are good, i am getting error code b001 which is for disconnection due to bad weather. When i called customer care, the lady executive does not even know how to talk to customers. Her behaviour was very rude and she did not even take my complaint and disconnected the call when i asked her to transfer the call to get manager.

                            This morning at about 10-20am i received a missed call to my mobile no [protected]. When i called back it is a recorded sex talk, which i could not even switch off. It ran for awhile. After it ended message of billing read it is 6minute call costing rs 150/-i wonder how airtel can allow such spurious calls and eat away all our balances for no fault of me. Please look in to the matter and restore my account balance. How a 6 minute call cost rs150-? Please inform action taken to my email [protected]@yahoo.com

                            Customer service representative called back and told us they are calling about the complaint. Told us they are calling from Airtel. asked for bank card details to remit the RS 150. When we got the text they are trying to take ₹4900 out. We had to immediately call our bank they did confirm that they tried to take ₹4900out of our account
                            Want to know who how a Airtel representative tried to take the money out?..

                              I have taken an iphone with airtel a year back with rs 1999/- plan per month, where rs. 1334/- is emi and rs. 665/- as rental. The airtel is charging this amount every month as part of my bill, at the same time their finance team (Bajaj finance) is deducting the same emi from my bank account from last april. I have informed this with airtel many times, but no action from them yet. Also airtel has informed that my contract is already ended by june 2017, still deducting the emi two times monthly. They have adjusted few amount in my earlier bills, but i have asked them to stop. Hence they haven't paid the extra amount of last 3 months back to me. At the same time, airtel has charged me emis after my contract period. The total amount deducted extra is 3 months of emi deducted from my bank account + 6 months of emi part of my bill after contract. I have escalated this issue many times, but no action yet from airtel. I am following with airtel most of the days, and it is affecting my life with lots of stress and tension. Please help

                                I was getting reminder to move to 4g from my existing sim(3g). Hesitantly when I moved( I was happy with 3g also) the sim is not working.

                                Dear Airtel team,
                                Kindly fix this or call at [protected] in case you need any details but you can't switch off my sim for 48 hours.
                                Just FYI: Vodafone changed my sim in 7 mins flat( including activation).

                                  There is no 4g data speed as airtel brags about as i have been experiencing problems since the day i have recharged my phone
                                  Why does they give you fake promises if they can't even fulfill it
                                  And there costumer service is soo poor that when i tried getting help from there they said they regret regarding my problem but have no solution towards it
                                  It just as simple as that i want my money back with an apology from airtel regarding their disrespect and fake promises.

                                    When I link my airtel sim card to adhar they open my airtel payments bank account and link my lpg gas cylinder to that account and my gas subsidiary go to that account and I was searching from last 3 months for that in my sbi bank account so I want to close my airtel payments bank account as early as possible

                                      I recharged with rs448 through airtel official website with the page showing recharge successful, money was debited from my account.
                                      But my number was actually not recharged.
                                      I contacted airtel customer care with the transaction number given by airtel website. But the customer care executive said that he was not able to trace the details through the transaction number. He then said that the transaction number didn't exist. Hopeless service. The transaction number which airtel gave me was not available to airtel customer care executive. He also insisted not to recharge through any online mode. So poor airtel...

                                        I have airtel postpaid connection, and having infinity pack of 799 in which i got 40gb 4g data.
                                        But from last 1month i am getting 4g speed only at youtube. No other sites i opened getting faster speed than 100kb/s. But in youtube i am getting speed of 5mb/s.
                                        Airtel is just fooling me by giving data.
                                        I have also complaint to 121 many times, but they are not doing anything.
