My complaint is still pending and no one attended this service request. I really disappointed with your service as i have raised my complaint 1 week ago and still waiting for resolution. I really don't know if you guys are concerned about the time as the broadband connection is useless for me and it seems that i have paid for waste. As per current status it seems that your team not able to change the router. This is my kind request to cancel this connection immediately and refund the full amount. If i need to take any legal action regarding this, i will go for it.

There's a technical problem regarding my router. It is not working. Due to this, my phone line has stopped working. Internet is not working. This today morning. Please provide help as early as possible.
Sir i am using 4G phone but i have recharged 3G plan. before getting 4G phone internet speed is good, but now these days i am much suffered. can't download or seeing online videos. when i want to download a image it take 2 minutes. i am much suffering .

Dear Sir,

I have an Airtel no. [protected] which i took in year 2007. I last used the no. in MAY 2017 . I tried inserting the sim recently and found that it is not working. I'm sure there is more than 58 Rs in it and validity was lifetime. Pls check and activate my sim card.

I am using an airtel prepaid sim and for the past five-six days i am having a lot of problems as the network is poor in my area . The net is too slow and my nUmber comes unreachable when someone calls on it . I hope my problem would be Solved as soon as possible

    I’m trying to do an international roaming topup of Rs.1199 by all means like retailer, online, app, Paytm but it’s getting rejected by airtel and the airtel customer care people are not responding properly to resolve my problem.

      I added 5000rs to my airtel money a month back and now i am unable to spend the money on any platform from past one month. They keep showing that your account is blocked for the transaction, i visited airtel customer care store twice but they couldn't resolve the issue and did not provide any satisfactory answer. I have talked to customer care over the phone but there was no result.
      Never seen such a poor customer service in my whole life such a bad experience so far.

        This is ramesh my mobile number is ([protected]). Three weeks before i lost my mobile along with sim and i have applied new sim ekkatuthangal airtel show room than paid 25 rupees got sim. Sim is not working called customer care they said meet show room. I went show room again paid 25 rupees got new sim same problem happen like that one more time happen. Totally same sim three time paid no than complaint raised online no reply. Mobile linked with bank and working area more important i cant able transaction and customer cant able to meet. So much problem facing.

          Not getting 3g or 4g signal in my device. Customer care ppl told me that 3g or 4g service is in inactive status due to their technical issue. But their are not ready to solve it soon or provide me any alternative. I did reset my device too but of no use. My office work is completely stopped due to this. Such a worst service by airtel customer care. Pls help me how to take this further.

            Requesting to you that please solve my problem i am your loyal customer since 4 years i am using airtel broadband and landline also my family also using airte.

            Still you are doing like that means i will change the network to my self amd my family members and broadband connection also i will change.

              I did number porting to Airtel. Internet and outgoing started but all incoming SMS/calls are not working. Everyone getting message as number invalid. What to do? customer care has no clue and gave some useless recommendation. I see its common problem but solution is not posted by anyone. If anyone know what i need to do it will be very helpful.

                I am customer of airtel (Satara, maharashtra) mobile no.[protected] from last 6 years.
                I have switched to airtel 4g before 5 months.
                But i have not able to get 4g services on my handset (Iphone 5s).
                I have already registered complaint to airtel customer care but they told that there is no 4g services in your region but my mobile shows 4g network.
                Look forward to my complaint else don't make false statement about india's widest network and faster 4g network.

                  I am a frasted customer of airtel, because before 6 month ago i raised a complaint about internet issue, but somehow it is still in pending, but this is not a issue in your openion, but still on 10th dec.2017, i visit the following airtel store, submit documentation for postpaid to prepaid conversion, he gave me 2 days deadline, but it is not resolved, again i called customer care they said it takes 4 days, ok i again wait for 4 days, but it is not converted, again i complaint customer care, they gave 24 hours deadline, but again same the issue was not resolved, then i visited airtel store they said they dont have any revert of the mail, again i called customer care they again gave me 24 hours deadline, but still the same issue this is not converted, i call prepaid customer service they said they didn't have any request about postpaid to prepaid conversion.

                  So my question is, is i have to pay 1 year bill extra to convert this number to prepaid in airtel prepaid as well, is this is the way you deal with your customer?, or like my previous request against internet which is not solved after 6 month, like that i have to wait 6 month atleaset for conversion.

                  I am very frasted with your service, i dont know i am with your network since more then 1 year.
                  I visited your store 2 times - one side auto expence is - 60 for both side 120, so i visited 2 times - means rs.240.
                  Again i have to pay my rentel 1 week extra mean approx 200. So i have to pay total rs. 440, for this, till today.
                  So who is goint to bear this expence.

                  Thats beacuse i need this number, thats why i am waiting and requesting, otherwise i through this number an your service in dustbin.

                  Or i have to to customer forum, for this, please tell clearly. And asap, so that i will take necessry steps.

                    Hi all,
                    I have raised a complain before 4 to 5 months regarding network issue in my area. But nothing happened until i shoot a mail to the nodal office. After mailing nodal officer a survey held at my address in next 15 days and after that nothing happend yet.

                    It was happened before 4 to 5 months ago and i am still facing the same issue. Now what is the solution i am not able to understand as the upper level management also don’t looks interested to resolve the issue.

                    Port number in other operator will be better option.
                    Poor network, no voice clarity, no 4g connection/3g worst as well and network remains poor always.

                    I have about 38gb data in my number airtel postpaid [protected].but unable to use it even though the 4g network is excellent in my area. this happens every month. automatically settles for few days after complaint. again n the problem recurrs.
                    I have airtel 1GB/Day 4G data plan on my airtel prepaid. I check my data usage continuously, but I hardly use 600MB when airtel says I have used my data usage limit. This is a story of every another day from last 6-8 month. This is highly irritating. I feel cheated. So this is high time to port in to JIO.
                    Recharged for 110 got topup 100 but without my consent deducted 99 for Airtel superstore; I am not interested ; please refund my Rs 99/- It’s disgusting on Airtel to dupe customers. sent sms to STOP- if not done within next one hour then will change to JIo. Call me at [protected] bsnl number.

                        I have airtel prepaid no which i have been using since 2 years. This number is registered in my all banks and gov. Record.

                        I am in international roaming and have problem with network. I logged a case with airtel ' [|bal|ref56826595|]' and mail flow is running since more than 7 days now but no output.

                        Every alternate day someone calls and tells that matter has been escalated but output is still 0.

                        Not sure how to escalate this issue to airtel higher management. If anyone has any reference then please share it with me.

                          I can’t transact any amount. I loaded 11100 from my credit card to airtel wallet. Now it say debit to your account not allowed. I can’t pay for anything.                               In delhi, i got a new card on dec 16th at 3 p. M but cannot active my card.. Yesterday i go to cp airtel store again after buying the new card. They told it was airtel system problem and i should wait for 24 hours to reactive the card again. Now more than 24 hours, still cannot connect 59059 to active my card. Very urgent! My card no. Is [protected]. I am a foreigner and this is the forth year i come to india. I used airtel and vodaphone before. I think airtel is good. But what happened to airtel now? Bad service!!!

                                Dear sir,

                                Myself “ashwani raj” using airtel number “[protected]” since long while moving to china for a business trip i subcribed to a basic 2999 plan for 10 days, i used 1 gb of it in 5 days and disconnected it once i landed in india. Now airtel gave me a bill of 78000/- after almost 2 months, against international roaming data usage for a period of 1 hours in bangkok. I didn’t subscribe to thailand roaming. I used free wifi at the airport and now airtel people are calling in for bill payment.

                                I have few question, when my credit limit is 2000/-, how come airtel didn’t restrict my services? Why i have not received my alert and mail regarding the usage? Why i have been told to wait for 2 months for bill?

                                I am a working person with very low income i have the responsibility for my family, i am the only person working in my family. Due to this wrong bill, i m mentally disturb, i am not able to pay this wrong bill. Please get this checked.

                                  Hi,

                                  I submitted a request to convert my postpaid number to prepaid on dec 11th monday. I paid all bills promptly on time and settled the interim balance of billing cycle and got a prepaid sim for 30 rs from airtel arc facility at navalur chennai. I was informed that the migration would happen in 96 hours (4 days) after which for 1 day my mobile wouldn't work and thereafter i can use the prepaid sim. It's now more than 7 days nothing has happened and airtel appellate team doesn't respond to my emails any longer. Airtel customer is so poor and pathetic and it is better to avoid airtel in chennai or tn circle. As the appellate officer manikandan (I assume is new) is a complete waste and customers will have to lose their valuable time and not offered any good service.

                                      recharge done twice of 509

                                      I recharged my mobile no with ₹509 and it didn't showed but amount was deducted. So i recharged again with 509 on the same number and i recieved the confirmation message of the first just before second recharge was done.in short done same recharge of 509 on same number twice. When i asked the customer care people and even gone to airtel store to either refund or to extend the validity they refused me to do so. As in reliance jio if anything...
