double payment of postpaid bill

I'm udit. My mother is using airtel postpaid sim. On december 5th i have paid my bill of rs 601 through phonpe app. The transaction was successful but it showed some error. So i tried again. Again the transaction was done successfully. After that only i checked for my sbi account balance and found that the money was deducted twice and a total of about 1202 rs was reduced. So please do me the favour and return my money to my sbi account. Herewith...

bharti airtel ltd excess bill amount

Hi, this is pratikshya srichandan. We travelled to indonesia from 31st oct 2017

To 6th nov 2017. Before we travelling, called customer care and checked about

International roaming. They said it will be 80rs per call and no extra charges.

We calculated according to that and used it for 2 or 3 min per day. But the

Bill has come 6444rs. Really i don't understand why this much bill...

forgot mpin and sms not coming to registered sims

Hi all,

I forgot my mpin on my airtel app and i tried to reset the mpin by giving details but sms is not coming and how could i reset mpin.

I called on your customer care number and they are also asking mpin at first.
If i have mpin, then why should i call customer care.

Please do something at the earliest. My cash is in the wallet and i want it back to my account.

airtel's rs 495 recharge

Dear sir/mam,
I purchase airtel’s rs 495 recharge plan at new sim on 14th oct. That time the plan offer 84 days validity and comes with unlimited calling and the promise of 1gb data per day. Now it's automatically changed it's a type of fraud. When i talk to airtel customer care he told me to talk retailor what plan he given in 495 retailor also told me that was same as that day he recharge.
So how without any pre intimation...

not activating offered pack

Airtel dth is doing fraud... Offers one package n will charge you more for same package... They offered me 313 plan n convinced me to recharge but now not activating the plan... N they are deducting my money on daily basis according to 478 plan... N i called customer care n their customer care executive talked very rudely... I want my money back n will disconnect the service......

my internet has everyday after 10 pm not working.

My internet has everyday after 10 pm not working its‚ problem is only for [protected] my brothers net is working but my net not woking on same time. I have recharge 498 but no benefit get to mi. This issue i think fraud doing airtel with customers. I see from 4 day net is not working after 10 pm but in the network its see h+ and net is not surfing anything. Pls don't use airtel. My prevouse was recharge vodafone its so better than airtel...

My name is roopa, my mobile number is#8*04, my sim is inactive, it is a prepaid card, i have been using this number long time... Suddenly from september month onwards the airtel sim network is not active, when i tried to call it says as this service is not active. I was in usa for short time and i'm now back... airtel wrong number recharge reversal

While recharging on paytm, i entered the wrong number and recharged 2000. On querying paytm, they said to contact operator with the operator reference number (Transaction id mentioned below). Please help me reverse the amount. I have also tried 'wrc (Wrongno) (Transid) (Amt) (Correctno)' send to 59109 message. It responded as no keyword found.

Both the numbers are mine only.

no incoming calls while in roaming

I have been continuously mailing to airtel customer care from the months of september 2017. But my problem still exists.
And everytime they give me a complain no.
I am still not able to receive incoming calls and also not able to calls 121 nor on 198.
When they call me they always calls me on my alternate number or when i am in my home network.

balance deduction whatsmob

unusual recharge of internet

I want to say that from 10 nov i ok the 3g balance in my offer of airtel. From every sunday 49 rupees deducted from my main account balance. Without my permission pack was renewed and rupees deducted from my main account balance. I also checked that no service is active. At the last i want to say that stop this deduction of rupees from my main account i would be grateful to you.

unsatisfied customer service

I have a post paid airtel number and i got my international roaming started on the same and got 10 days pack activated for australia. Its been three days i am in australia and i can only receive incoming calls. I am not able to make out going calls. I have called india airtel service from australia 10 times and all they have to say is that they can not access my account and it will take 24hrs. Now its been 3 days and after endless isd calls...

intentionally reducing speed of data card by airtel

I purchased airtel on 11-sep with modem sim number [protected]. This modem gave average acceptable/browseable speed of atleast 100kbs atleast in the first month (1-2mbps was mentioned and shown during sales though). After the first month, airtel people kept reducing the speed month by month and now it is much worse having too much issue with the speed. And their reduced speed is in 2kbps range only and so modem became worthless now.
