I recharged with 449 plan but in my area i am not getting 4g Signal and for 3g network speed is 2-10 kbps. I raised 3 complaints in spam of 1 month, still there is no improvement. Whenever I raised complaint no proper response, sometimes my calls are also disconnected. Please take necessary action. Because of poor Network connectivity I am not able to work and also not able to browse any thing

      I have complained regarding network disconnected on 12/12/2017. The complaint was closed on 14/12/2017 late evening by 8.00pm after so many follow ups. I have already requested the engineer to check completely so that it may not happan frequently. But on 15/12/2017 the network my broadband was disconnected. I called customer care the lady spoke with me rudely and told they will check within 24 hours again. But till now 16/12/2017 my problem is not solved and nobody turned up.

        I'm mr. Phani, i have lost my airtel prepaid sim and applied for the same number in airtel store, located at suchitra, secunderabad. I have lost my patience waiting for that process. I don't know whether it is true or not, when ever i visit the store they will be ready with a delay reason. I'm just fed up of this thing. Even now i'm in the airtel store, now the reason is "server down". Its been 8 days i have applied for it and it is still in process. Irritating service and worst service from airtel. Customer satisfaction is worse. I don't think playing with customers is not good. Even now i'm waiting to submit the complaint. I hope it may complete successfully.

          Hi,

          On 14th dec suddenly my sim got off. I called up at customer care twice and speak to customer care executives they said they are resetting the netwrork and if the problem persists i have to go to the contact centre and ask for a new sim. I did the same on 15th sept and they promised that within 4-8 hrs my new sim will get activated. Till now the new sim is not activated and my old sim starts working only on 2g. Despite many calls at customer care and satisfactory answer from them still there is no solution. They always promised that we are escalating your problem on priority basis but nothing happening. I am really pissed off with this service of airtel. I am an old customer of airtel and facing this problem very first time related to services of airtel.

          I need the immediate solution on my problem.

            It is to inform that on 16th december 2017, a value added service was activated on my prepaid number without my concern. The comedy munch service was activated and ₹35 was immediately deducted from my account. After calling to 155223 the deactivation of the service was done. But my ₹35 which was deducted from my account has yet not been refunded. I expect my money to be refunded as soon as possible. Please do the needful.

              My last complain reference no:-pr[protected] and they closed my complain without any sollution.
              Iam using airtel last 12 months bt facing problem from starting there are no covrage any network on e/501 ramol residency ramol tolnaka adani circle, s. P ring road ramol ahmedabad-382449, i cant receive at least any call or internet facility after changing of sim card chip or mobile facing same problem so wt can i do i complain many times in customer care they always said that there are problem in ur handset or simcard pls change or check i change both bt problem remain same on my office address too 2, suryakiran complex, nr. Bachuram ashram smruti mandir canal road, ghodasar-380050. I receive e when internet on 1-2 singnal bar, sim card no:[protected],

                My mobile number 994o587825 is blocked and suspended for non-payment for amount around 10k+. I wanted to know from airtel that when my credit limit is 3600rs why did your system allow to cross the limit over my credit limit. Should you have not stopped my outgoing service once i cross 3600.. So is your entire airtel system is faulty or not even capable to track a customers usage. Is airtel system is not automated. I dont understand you charging the amount more than credit limit that is set. I have been airtel customer for more than 10 years. Even customer care is not ready to register a complaint for this because already they know that its their fault not fault from customer end. Dont know still how many customers are going to fall into their trap of charging excess money. Time to wake up everyone. There are so many way that airtel follow to steal money from customers. Even before 2months airtel had activated 2 plan at a time to charge double money. Then i have call customeer care they tell me 'ok sir we will reverse in next bill cycle'. So do you expect every customer customer to find your fault and complain. Until then you can happily charge from customer hard earned money.

                Never going back to airtel. Their reputation is gone.
                Im even going to stop every other airtel service that im already using.

                  The airtel network give worst network ever when i complaint about that thing they only say one thing many time i do many time this thing but network not work properly so kindly take action on airtel to slove this problem and he always send hai message but the problem was not solve and he always send one message after my call and they always say there has no problem in network but i am suffer from this network problem they say india fastest network but it was not truth

                    I have recharged for a amount of rs.150 to mobile number [protected] on 14-dec-17 using zaakmobikwik through online and transaction done by hdfc bank. After the amount deducted from my account the pop-up shows that "the recharge was unsuccessful", so i thought the amount will refund automatically to my account, but this was not done yet. Please check and recharge or credit my amount asap.

                      * i was shifted to pune in aug where airtel network was zero.
                      * i wrote so many mails regarding this to airtel but no one helped.
                      * atlast i had to swithoff my number when they said this problem cant be resolve now it will take time.
                      *now i shifted to vadodara and i want to resume my services, for that i asked airtel to clear my bill for the duration when i was not able to use airtel because of there nwk problem,...

                      I opted for a plan of 199 of which i was getting messages from days 1 gb internet plus unlimited calling for 28 days, even this is getting flashed on my airtel app. Upon recharge yesterday neither my internet worked and offer they gave me is valid for 2 days instead if 28 days. I did complaint at their customer care number, he stated of different plan and he refused and didn't gave me a solution. I went to the office of airtel and complained there. The lady daughter and argued that i don't know how to operate things and i prooved her i do all my transactions digitally don't teach me digital use. If this is digital india where a company is offering you things cheap and on applying you are cheated and frauded with lower plans and on complain they say why did you do it on your own come to us. We will see and do your work. They are fooling not just customers but government as well. I am attaching three screenshot, out of 3, 2 are the offers i received of the same, 1 on my airtel app and another on my messages, 3 screenshot is the one they provided me the office with two days validity. Instead of 28 days and no internet. Kindly look in to the matter and get me a solution against companies malpractice and the hassel i faced during the duration, plus the embarrament i faced on the hands of the employee of airtel in the store.                         I am inserted my airtel after few months.. L have activated new plan of rs 448 yesterday but i am unable to make any outgoing calls even though customer care number also. I have tried my best to make any calls but i am not make that. So i want to complaint in the customer care no but it is also not going it simply says 'call is ended' please help me

                          I have been using airtel prepaid sim for the past15 yrs. Recently i was deputed to japan for an assignment. I topped up my account with rs1000 and also an ir package for rs3999 validity for 30days starting from dec2nd at an airtel office in kaliamman kovil street virugambakkam. I was able to make a call from hongkong during transit to tokyo japan on the same day. Unfortunately my simstopped working after that. How do i make it work as mynumber is needed to communicate to my house, book gas etc. Pl do the needful asap. Thanks

                              I've been using mobile no :- [protected] (From karnataka - bangalore region) from 2008 till present. It was my postpaid number from 2008 till 2016 and i've changed it to prepaid in 2016 as i had to frequently travel out of india on short work related visits to foreign countries so that i can recharge and use when needed.

                              I've changed this number [protected] from post paid to prepaid and activated international roaming as well so that i will get calls/messages when i was on travel out of india on business visits and it was working perfectly.

                              Now that i notice from oct 2017, my sim card is not working and not detecting any signal. When i tried to recharge it is saying "the airtel number is not correct", which is worrying me.

                              Can you explain me what happened here? Have this number is blocked, if so, please reactivate it and i continue use our airtel services in india and outside india.

                              Considering i'm airtel customer from 2008, please help me in this regard. I badly need this number as this is my primary point of contact number from 2008.

                                I am formally registering complaint against airtel for arbitrary levying of one time charges without intimating of applying these charges, this is either wrong doing if their employees to meet targets, either way they cannot charge without initimation this is gross fraud and i demand that others be careful and airtel administration reigns in its spurious employees, as they claim these charges are applied automatically, if that claim of your employees are true you would be subject to violating consumer rights as a company policy. You are suggested to take cognisance before this comes to your doorstep as a major company policy wrong doing. If it's not a company policy discipline and fire the erring and corrupt employees.

                                  I am using Airtel from 10 years. I did n't got any problme about signal ever. But now signal is too weak at my office desk home at any where it's continue bufaring .
                                  I missed a lot calls. When I am to do a call some one that time it's need 20 times to trinig a complete a call .
                                  Where i need to complaint for this low signal problem?

                                    Hi i get offer by airtel recharge with 399 for 84 days.
                                    After recharge confirmation sms come with same as they offered.
                                    But within 2 minutes they send another sms and reduce the from 84 to 70.
                                    I called them they confirmed this is server problem you 84 days because you get 84 days offer
                                    Now after 70 days they change plan and cut my 14 days without any information
                                    I am also attaching all related sms screen shots.
                                    I don't want 14 days but they are layer someone give punishment for this type of cheating.
                                    Also they cheating in data balance consumer using 300mb and they cut 700mb

                                      Dear sir,
                                      My grandmother has been charged ₹120.00 on 11.12.2017 on her airtel number with an sms saying "thanks for choosing adofgames...", while no permission was asked prior to that and since she is 76 years old, so she is incapable of reading sms-s let alone confirming offers.
                                      When the customer care was called and asked for refund, the service provider mr. Bikash adhikary said that the subscription was confirmed by sms confirmation on 4th december (No sms came on that day) and would again charge the same amount next month if not stopped. Neither did he refund the money, nor did he treat us with respect and kept on using sarcasm as defense. This is unacceptable and now the phone balance is ₹0.49 with which no calls can be made in case of emergency. We are afraid to recharge the phone as the same may recur again. This is not the first time airtel has deducted money in such unjustified manner, but in the past i did receive refunds in few occasions after much harrasment. I wish this money be refunded too. Kindly guide who else to complain.
