I have applied for a broadband connection from airtel. Executive came and collected all the documents and an amount of rs.1000/- as connection registration fee from me on 11/jul/2016. Even though i am not available at home he came to my office and collected the documents and money. He gave a slip as acknowledgement. From then there is no response from airtel back. I called airtel after 20 days of waiting and got different replies stating connection is not possible, and other saying connection will be given on the next day and profile not created yet.
From then onwards till now (12/12/2017) i am continuously trying to track, the only reply i will get is profile not created and supervisor not available.
I dont know how the supervisor is not available all the time.
If we pay the bill even 1 day late, the customer will be charging the late fee, if airtel is not paying back and not giving customer the value, what should be the penalty for the airtel. By continuously tracking with them, might be i have paid again so much for my mobile bill.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
