S/month wala hai or mujhe bill ka msg aaya h 1425r. S mujhe bataye ki itna bill kaise aaya or agar koi extra offer add kia gaya hai to mujhse pucha kyu nahi gya activate katne ke liye....

I am navdeep singh from punjab using the airtel mobile number [[protected]] since last 1 and half years and i want to port out my airtel no. But whenever i am sending sms (Port [[protected]] to 1900) for generating upc (Unique porting code) they are not providing me the upc code, after that many times i. E more than hundreds of times i called up customer care and did not get any response they are just receiving the call asking...

I have recharged my no. [protected] on 19 nov. For 169/- with the pack o[censored]nlimited all local+std calls and 500mb 4g/3g data/day on your new 4g handset. Valid for 28 days. Also, i have 7.68/- on my account but still i am not able to call anywhere and unable to use data pack as well. This issue occurs since 3 dec. I have contacted customer care but still it seems there is no progress. Kindly look into it.

I have a plan of 49 rs per month with 2 gb data per month and 180 minutes in total.
Last month i did not use the total quantity of data and talktime still airtel has charged me extra amount of rupees.

I called them but they told that there are other usage. Means i do not under stand i have not used it for any other purpose still they charged me with extra money.

I have taken cug plan @ rs 499 + tax unlimited calling local n std calling per month with 10 gb data free per month for next six month, but airtel sending me excess bill amount of rs. Bill of rs 836 it is suppose to be rs. 588 inclusive of all taxes.
Even after 3rd time calling to customer care it is not rectified yet.

This is completely harassment...

I was using airtel data card till october and requested for cancellation of connection in airtel store near srinivasa nagaga branch, bengaluru, which they refuse to take it and asked me to place via customer care. I had requested for cancellation on 18th oct but as of today till 05/12/17 they keep on generating the bills and every time i called customer care service they keep on promising that the bill will be waived off, but nothing is happening....

Airtel is not providing the services as per description of the plan.
I was going to recharge of rs. 509 and the recharge description is
"unlimited all local, std and roaming outgoing calls, 100 sms/day and 1gb 3g/4g data/day. For non commercial use only."

But their executives on airtel store are saying there...

I live in a gated community and our family uses 7 airtel connections and most o[censored]s in our community use airtel as well. But for the past 2 months, the service has been terrible and i've been having a loss in my business which is mostly network oriented. It's been 2 months since i last used my internet while at home as there is no service at all. To pick up a call or make one, i have to rush down the roads to make one. There has been neglectable...

One of the worst networks ever. We have raised a complaint many a times they have never responded. Now that my whole family is in airtel, no one o[censored]s are able to receive calls. Tried which ever way possible with my mobile, everything is just waste of time.

I am sending this mail because i cannot contact through phone as am in abroad with my work. My air tel number [protected] that am using for the past 4 - 5 yrs last november 28th it got deactivated i need to active it back as this number used for all my banks and also in my aadhar card, pan card etc. For my bank transaction otp also receiving to air tel no: currently i cant do my transactions kindly provide the necessary steps to activate...

This is in regard of my bill in which you have charged me for sending 8 international sms which i have never sent.
I called at the customer care and the executive was so rude and she could not explain why you have charged. She said that this will happen every time you will use facetime which cannot be disabled if a person is using iphone.

I submitted my porting request on 27th nov 2017 from vodafone to airtel. It has been over 7 working days and vodafone has rightly switch off their services. Airtel has not yet activated my number in spite of the committed 7 days. Meenu arora from the escalations team has been very rude and denied filing an official complain in this regard. My number is dead and has severely impacted my business. Regret moving to airtel....

Hi all,
From last 1.6 years, i have raised network compliant and still airtel team is keeping my complaint on hold.
Their network engineers visits the home and recorded that no network coverage exist but still they are least bother about their customer..
Also, in the end they will send one good mail on a happy note that sir your complaint is in progress and ticket will be closed from that mail as complaint will be catered...

I have bought corporate plans from airtel of rs. 99 but i wanted to change one number out of all to the plan of rs. 499.00 but you made a mistake and changed plan for all number from 99 to 499 and we were follwoign up with airtel on mail and through customer care but no solution is given and they also didnt send the invoice to us for past 2 months.
