I have linked my airtel mobile with my adhar number as per the order from the govt of india in september 2017. Immediately i received an sms from airtel saying that they have opened a bank account in my name with the adhar details. Airtel has no right to open a bank account in my name with my adhar details without my consent.

My lpg subsidy has been credited to the airtel account recently and i have no access to this account to get this money back. I am not sure whether any other payment has been credited to this account. This seems to be a consumer cheating procedure supported by the govt. Of india. Even though many similar complaints have been raised by consumers, govt of india is still asking the people to link their mobile numbers with the confidential details of adhar. The bank accounts created by airtel should be closed down immediately by airtel

Hi, you are right that mobile company has opened bank account in your name using adhar is illigal & without consent, govt of india through RBI permitted no of companies including mobile operators using mobile apps for basic accounts up to & maximum Rs 50000/- in an account. However it does not mean that operators can open a/c w/o your consent. Now days there are stiff competition among financial institutions to get govt subsidies to their individual accounts. Now you may insist operator to close the account in your name without any charge or else complain banking ombudsman in this regard against operator

    Land line out going calls has been barred
    I had made the payment by 11.20 a. M in the morning they told after 4 hours it will be automatically will be started
    After making the payment its 7 hours over still the connection is not working if this complaint has been not solved within half hour i will disconnect all my connections of airtel in my shops

    still the land line has not been started already its geeting 24 hours of bill payment .now iam going to complaint this to your head office branch that the complaint given by us has been not solved take this as serious and clear this complaint

      Dear sir,
      I belong to guwahati and before we got the news of closer of reliance we gave five no. Of reliance to be ported to airtel to m/s padmavati. They committed us to get the porting been done in 15 days, but porting was not done then we approached them they said us that porting in cug plan takes time we didnt asked them to do the porting in cug plan they on their own did it. We just asked them to get the porting done in the name of shree udyog. After fifteen days we were again asked to submit the documents we did it we were asked to wait for another 15 days we waited. We cleared all our dues with reliance but due to the negligence of airtel again our bill got generated in reliance we were asked to make the payment we did so then we were asked to wait for seven days. But till date our porting is not been done we are continuously following it up. Sometime we get answer that the mam is in meeting sometime we get the answer that mail is been sent but got no response till date. Is this the way of the comapany to get the work done. We are facing a lot of business in carrying out our business. No one there is concerned about this work without any reason we are been harrashed and the persons sitting in the store dont have the way to talk only one person name ajit was talking to us but till morning they are not recieving our call. They neither tell us that the porting will be doen nor they reject us

      as you know that we have posted this complain to you on 12th dec 2017 but apart from this till today no action has been taken neither we have received a call from the co. nor our porting has been done

      the sales executive who has taken our porting request is also not interested in responding to my calls or SMS and at padmavati airtel store they have started misbehaving with us

        I bought an airtel hotspot yesterday afternoon on dec 11, 2017 and the person who gave it said the activation will be done in a couple of hours. The sim has not been activated yet and i’m just wondering what is the point of even getting it delivered home if this is the case... It is totally annoying. He said a person would come to verify my address in half an hour today and that person has not showed up yet. However, i might have to take some kind of action if there is no response today.

        I got new sim for 4G sim swap from Airtel after their procedure my old sim got deactivated but new sim is not activated till now.

        It is really upset me, Always am recommended airtel network but today they service seems to bad.

          After porting from postpaid to prepaid i am unable to recharge through web/apps.. I have raised this complaint many times to customer care but there is no proper response.. Really fed up with the customer care guys as they are unable to solve this simple issue from 3 months.

          Even i can not not able to recharge from my airtel app for my number. Many cases has been raised but none of them has been solved by customer care.

            I have applied for a broadband connection from airtel. Executive came and collected all the documents and an amount of rs.1000/- as connection registration fee from me on 11/jul/2016. Even though i am not available at home he came to my office and collected the documents and money. He gave a slip as acknowledgement. From then there is no response from airtel back. I called airtel after 20 days of waiting and got different replies stating connection is not possible, and other saying connection will be given on the next day and profile not created yet.
            From then onwards till now (12/12/2017) i am continuously trying to track, the only reply i will get is profile not created and supervisor not available.
            I dont know how the supervisor is not available all the time.
            If we pay the bill even 1 day late, the customer will be charging the late fee, if airtel is not paying back and not giving customer the value, what should be the penalty for the airtel. By continuously tracking with them, might be i have paid again so much for my mobile bill.

              I took airtel secure as they told me that my phone will be secured from accidential and liquid damage and insurance will be renewed monthly 49 rs will be debited automatically
              And till now it was being deducted
              When i tried to claim the airtel secure they told me the plan is not there
              Its only for postpaid and rejected my claim saying improper handling which is not even mentoned in the terms and conditions

                  I am having 3 Airtel postpaid connections at my home.
                  But no network coverage since 15th November 2017.
                  In first week on Nov, 17 I ported my BSNL and Tata network numbers in Airtel and now getting frustrated because of this.
                  No solution given to me by network team. I have logged complaint on 16th Nov, but no solution till date.
                  Very bad network in few days there is no 4G network coverage only 2G network is available in somedays I thik it is shamfull for Airtel please thik about otherwise many of customers will change Airtel no to other

                      Hello all,
                      I had requested for broadband connection on dec7 and being rushed for payment stating the connection will be given in 3days. Today it's dec 12, i have been promised all false information and provided with unacceptable issue cases.
                      Airtel customer executive doesn't even have proof of what the field engineer speak to customers.
                      I had been dialing to cx for all these 6 days.

                      Every answer took me min 15- 35mins on call waiting.
                      No senior manager respond on call. Cx acts themselves to be seniors and fake the call.

                      I had been told several issues.
                      No copper line
                      No feasibility
                      No port
                      Address is given wrong
                      No network
                      Technical engineer will contact in next 3 hrs 4 hrs 24 hrs 48 hrs

                      These are the greatest airtel service answers.

                      Finally i had been asked to raise a request for refund.
                      Wtf.

                        Hi airtel team,

                        I reside near soulspacearena (Doddanekundi, bangalore), and facing a lot of network issues from past 2 weeks. There was one time when airtel was known for its services and network, but now i must have to say it's the worst network i have opted for. I regret my decision.

                        If you really care about your service users, then try to fix this issue else i need to change the service provider. It's up to you whether you want to retain your service user or not.

                            I have prepaid connection and i has recharged rs 448 for unlimited calling, 1gb per day, 100sms per day.
                            The internet service is so worst that i'm literally frustated n irritated by the service of the airtel. Every few seconds i get a pop up of minute minder. Most of the time data goes off when i am using and minute minder pops up even when th internet connection is off. I have complianed in customer service as well as the store of airtel but my problem is still on and i'm suffering problem due to this.
                            The service was good before few months now has become worst.

                                11 dec 2017 i install airtel digital tv cam card (For inbuilt set top box in lg smart tv)... Airtel instillation people extra charges for 21 meter wire. 10 meter free and 21 meter wire charges. Total wire 31 meter. My question airtel digital tv dish install my 1st foor roof... And card install my ground floor...10 meter wire is sufficient but agent charges to me 21x8= rs.168... Pure fraud to customer. I complain to airtel but no body help me. Don't buy airtel digital tv.

                                  I ported my mobile [protected] to airtel

                                  Sim given did not show any signal even after getting confirmation message about successful porting
                                  After repeatedly switching on and off it shows no service

                                  I went to retailer who gave another sim after taking money for the second time and told to wait for 4 hrs, after waiting for 4 hrs sim showed signal and requested to restart. After doing so again no service. 3rd retailer checked and said sim swap us under process and we can not help till the process is over. It's a very pathetic service by airtel and from past 48 hrs there is no service and no proper response from customer care

                                    I had created my airtel payment bank upi id in my airtel app on 6dec2017 and transfer the amount 300 rupees through upi in my airtel payment bank and that time the 75rupees cashback offer are running but i'm not received cashback. I'm also call the consumer care to slove the problem but they are cut the calls and they couldn't solve this problem. So, what is this? The consumer care's are not solve the problem correctly. So, solve this issue...

                                      Airtel payment bank store at jorethang market area charges rs. 20 per person for linking aadhar to airtel mobile number. It is the oñly store in this area. Please advice the store owner not to make undue profit from the government directive.

                                        I have emailed twice and tried to call the customer service numbers many times, but i have not received even an acknowledgement of my emails, let alone a response for the calls. Despite having sufficient balance and despite my phone being in an area which has airtel coverage, my phone has no service for the past many days. My phone number is [protected]. I have not only lost number of days of validity of my recharges, but i have also had to figure out other means to have a mobile phone connection for the past many days. Kindly look into the problem immediately as i am facing a lot of problems.
