My airtel postpaid number is not being used from last 4 months. Still, am receiving the bill statements. Called a customer care 2 months back and lodged complaint saying, i have not used the connection. They didn't respond. And again, providing bill statement for every month and calling to the number provided to pay bills.

I received a bill of 500 even thought i haven't used it for 2 months. My bill plan is 299 rs/-. They called me to say pay the bill. The customer care person told to pay the bill for 300. I rejected to pay cause i haven't used it. I have asked them to deactivate the number. They were silent all these days and my number is still active. Now again, after 4 months, i am getting the bill statements of the number.

    Greetings!
    I would like to register my complaint against airtel customer care support office (Airtel show room) which is situated at navalur, omr (Near ags theatre), chennai.
    Yesterday (13.12.17) wednesday around 6:00pm, i visited to the above said airtel show room with my wife and children to discuss about my phone tariff that i have with airtel.
    The following unwanted things were happened when i entered into the office.
    (I) while entering into the show room nobody welcomed me and not even given a chair to sit, in which no other customers in the shop except the people working in that office and some other people who are working for airtel.
    (Ii) i was standing in front of that enquiry person, i asked certain clarification but he rudely replied to my questions and asking me to come on next week with out giving any kind of respect.
    (Iii) while continuing my conversation, the other people of that office also joined with that person and shouted on me.
    (Iv) they have insulted me by using disrespectful words.
    (V) they have threatened me saying that they will block my number and they forced me to tell the mobile number that i am using.
    (Vi) they also argued with my wife without giving any kind of respect to her.
    The above said event insulted me a lot and has given a lot of depression to mind and soul. My children and wife were got afraid of this event. There is a cc tv coverage, where you can see things happened on yesterday evening.
    I am working as a professor in a reputed institution in chennai and this unforgettable incident was a great insult for me in my life.
    Here with i request you take appropriate action against that show room people as soon as people and let me know accordingly.
    If i do not get appropriate reply, i will go for legal action immediately.

      Airtel is running the show in the worst and unethical manner. I advice ppl to switch over to any damn other service provider but not airtel... Frustrated by being with them. There's no transparency in dealing with the customers. Airtel is a big fraud.. Everytime you recharge your prepaid for no reason the amount keeps getting deducted from your account till you reach as low as to zero balance. Airtel telecallers quite prompt in promotional stuff but for grievances you never get connected even in 100 decades.

      I don't subscribe any games but i have been charged Rs. 50 per month for diamond twister 2 in my airtel no. [protected] please deactivate this service from my no. given above

        Hi,

        I have just port my no from vodafone to airtel ([protected]) and now realized that there is 0 network in my office located in commerzone tech park yerwada, pune.
        I am continually talking to the customer care but no resolution, whole day my phone is on no service mode and the airtel people does not even care to solve the network problem.
        I have raise first complain on 6th dec (Ref[protected] and have given my friends no to contact me but this complain got closed by mentioning that they were not able to contact me. Here i have question to them do you have mind? I have mentioned that my mobile no is on no service mode then how could you able to contact me on that, thats why i have given friend's no.
        However i was in keep on calling them for status and got no positive answer.
        Today they have raise another complain (Ref[protected] and told me this time it would be resolve in 4 days.

          My outgoing calls are not connecting in one attempt, every time i call for around 4 to 5 times then it connects. Even the internet connection stays unstable, even i tried to call 198, that too is not getting connected,, to the same numbers if i try with other network the calls get connected, i am facing this issue since 2 months. This is the worst experience with airtel

          My airtel sim got deactivated and I want to reactivate it, so i tried to contact the customer service they didn't even listen to my complaint and cut the phone...worst service ever.
          I was unable to recharge my prepaid mobile number with 448rs after porting from vodafone to airtel using paytm.unable to contact customer care also all hopeless options are coming instead of directly talking to customer care. Please help me with this.

            I am devidutta bibhutiray using the no ([protected]) for last 8 to 10 years. From last 3 days my sim is showing of (Sim card registratin fail). When i ask the customer care they said me to go to the nearest airtel retail store with adhar card to register my number, but when i went to retail store 50 k. M away from my locality, they said it have been deactivated. So i want to why my life time validity sim have been deactivated by you. It is the primary no to my business. So i request you to activate my above said no as soon as possible.

              Hello, i am subhasis debnath a postpaid plan user of 499/-. Though my postpaid plan is 499/- and i did not use any additional package or overuse internet but my current month bill generated 1179.13/-. This is not your first time it happens with me multiple times. Every time i have to issue a complaint and then bill was rectified. This is very disgusting service. Please review and regenerate the current bill as soon as possible.

                Dear sir,

                I have lost my airtel sim last week and registereda complaint to block the number yesterday. After that they have asked to contact the nearby retailer to collect the new sim for the same number. I have paid for the same and collected and until now it is not activated and neither the customer care representative is not reachable!

                I am very much dispaoointed with the service request and received another sim card from the same retailer stating that by contacting the customer care only it will be activated. I have been struggling since past few days and kindly advise the airtel customer care to reactivate my sim card and ask the customer care representative from airtel to contact me urgently failing which will force me to register a complaint on these processes (As i have already given my verification several times and got the mail confirming the same from ndia)

                  I dont want any bollywood scoop services on my mobile-airtel-[protected]
                  Every now and then you announce and take money from my account. I did not ask and i dont want all these services. Kindly stop it and you have taken rs.135/-from i account and kindly put it back. Even if i give message stop there is no response. Kindly stop this and i dont have time to waste like these giving message. Thanks. Kindly stop unneccessry cutting off. I dont want it.

                    I have transferred my mobile number from company to personal. Its been 10 days the service is very pathetic and no one is responding properly.
                    Am not able to do any transaction without mobile number. Kuldeep is the manager in the airtel showroom, he picks up my call and he will not respond back.. Requesting your support to sort out. I have logged a compliant in airtel and number would be [protected]

                      On 9/12/2017 i have raise a request to port my number ([protected]) from idea to airtel. Today, 14/12/2017 my idea sim has deactivated and airtel not start its services, however when i replace my sim from idea to airtel, i got a message from airtel "your services have been set. Please restart your handset." but now i'm fully frustrated as airtel customer care persons are telling me to wait till 17th december. Without my active number how can i wait till 17. This is a completely a cheat case as when i get in touch with airtel the person who come to me with new airtel sim, he told me that your number will immediate activate once the idea deactivate your services. Requesting you to kindly do the need full as early as possible.

                      Mentioned issue is not resolved yet and no any revert from Airtel side. I thought they are big giant in telecom industry, that's why they are not taking my complaint seriously. Could anyone please short out my issue as my number is very imported to me. These days I am feeling just like a handicap. Requesting you to please please help me to start my services.

                        Dear sir, my airtel no is [protected], i am from
                        Mattukudiyirupu, nearby anjugramam, kanyakumari dist, tamilnadu, pin-629401.
                        If i am inside home there will be no 2g tower also, then no need to say abt 4g...
                        Please take necessary action by increasing the freequence or other, in anjugramam there is full tower which is 1km away... As airtel is my favorite, i think u will take necessary action regarding this.

                          I deposited an amount of rs 474 in my airtel wallet. Now when i try to do any transactions from it a notice appears and says "debit for this account is not allowed".
                          i have complained twice case no. is 1142771 but there is no action. i have to pay my airtel bill . Please solve my issue otherwise refund my amount in my account....

                          Today i called 121 from my no. I recharged my acc with 448 rs yesterday. Today i was recieving a notification saying my data was over and i coudlnt use the net whereas i t was showing on the airtel app that i had 200mbs still left. The guy over phone gave no solution and asked me to wait for his senior to call. I waited and recieved a call from[protected] this no. And he was continously laughing and have no answer to my questions he was very rude while talking and when i askd him about the problem he said its a temporary issue and will be resolved soon and thats it. I dont know how will airtel company progress with such # executives. His name was sudesh and told. I demand strict actions against him and my problem to be solved.

                            Hello sir,
                            I have been using airtel for the psat 5 years and my sim stopped working on 11th december 2017 and i called customer care of airtel and they asked me to take it to the store and get it replaced so i got the sim replaced from the airtel store and submitted all necessary documents on 12th december 2017.

                            Since then its been 14 december more than 48 hours and even after making numerous complaints against the issue on twitter, facebook and by calling them the sim is still not activated.

                            Executives asked me to switch off and on mobile, when i am trying to contact customer care, they are stalling me by asking for 6-8 hours every time i call.

                            I am to contact people and missing on all the calls. As i'm a freelancer and all my customers reach me through phone i losing on my potential business. I am extremely harassed & mentally disturb by this and by complaining everywhere. I am unable to to have any resolution to this from any one. Please give proper solution asap

                              As my friends and relatives are calling me they are getting that my phone is not reachable. After numerous times it is connected but that too disconnecting in the middle. I am facing this issue from last three months and i am sure it is not a problem with my mobile as i tried it in different mobile phone. Can you look forward into this and suggest me a solution for it.

                              Yes I am sure this is not an issue with phone but the network. Airtel is notorious for this kind of result. I was present in my cubicle in office and another colleague called me on my mobile. He got phone is switched off message. He came to my cubicle and found me at my desk and my phone on with all 4 sticks of network strength on my phone.

                              I don't know which part of India you live but Airtel network in Pune is very bad. They have a technical problem which they simply do not admit.

                                I have an AIRTEL connection([protected]). I had got a message from AIRTEL "Rs 399 get Unlimited calling LOcal+STD and 1 GB/day". So, I recharged of Rs 399 on 03/11/2017 and get a message to recharge sucessfully. Currently I facing a problem. I not able to use internet nor make a call to any one. Please resolve my problem.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I had recharged my prepaid a/c with rs. 169 from airtel app promised to have free local and std calls for 28 days instead it valids only for 14 days. I tried to connect with customer care but they outrightly rejected and said by giving unrelated terms and conditions it has, but the terms and conditions was"not specified"in the app. They sent me the customer satisfactory message bearing
                                  Ref. No. Cbnrv[protected], which i am not satisfied with.

                                  Kindly redress my grievance of this type of hidden charges.

This is the worst performance and services given by the airtel according to his agreements of service act. I feel that this is the highest degree of exploitation of the consumer rights.                                       12 december. The 103 rupees balance debited from my account but not credit on another account. Please sent back my money. My account no is [protected] and transaction id is[protected]. Send via bhim upi transaction [protected]@airtel to [protected]@paytm vpa address. Please tell me what is the region of this. Please give me my amount back. Fuddu bank hai airtel payment bank.
