Hi,
I am formally registering complaint against airtel for arbitrary levying of one time charges without intimating of applying these charges, this is either wrong doing if their employees to meet targets, either way they cannot charge without initimation this is gross fraud and i demand that others be careful and airtel administration reigns in its spurious employees, as they claim these charges are applied automatically, if that claim of your employees are true you would be subject to violating consumer rights as a company policy. You are suggested to take cognisance before this comes to your doorstep as a major company policy wrong doing. If it's not a company policy discipline and fire the erring and corrupt employees.

    I am using Airtel from 10 years. I did n't got any problme about signal ever. But now signal is too weak at my office desk home at any where it's continue bufaring .
    I missed a lot calls. When I am to do a call some one that time it's need 20 times to trinig a complete a call .
    Where i need to complaint for this low signal problem?

      Hi i get offer by airtel recharge with 399 for 84 days.
      After recharge confirmation sms come with same as they offered.
      But within 2 minutes they send another sms and reduce the from 84 to 70.
      I called them they confirmed this is server problem you 84 days because you get 84 days offer
      Now after 70 days they change plan and cut my 14 days without any information
      I am also attaching all related sms screen shots.
      I don't want 14 days but they are layer someone give punishment for this type of cheating.
      Also they cheating in data balance consumer using 300mb and they cut 700mb

        Dear sir,
        My grandmother has been charged ₹120.00 on 11.12.2017 on her airtel number with an sms saying "thanks for choosing adofgames...", while no permission was asked prior to that and since she is 76 years old, so she is incapable of reading sms-s let alone confirming offers.
        When the customer care was called and asked for refund, the service provider mr. Bikash adhikary said that the subscription was confirmed by sms confirmation on 4th december (No sms came on that day) and would again charge the same amount next month if not stopped. Neither did he refund the money, nor did he treat us with respect and kept on using sarcasm as defense. This is unacceptable and now the phone balance is ₹0.49 with which no calls can be made in case of emergency. We are afraid to recharge the phone as the same may recur again. This is not the first time airtel has deducted money in such unjustified manner, but in the past i did receive refunds in few occasions after much harrasment. I wish this money be refunded too. Kindly guide who else to complain.

          Please deactivate my Airtel Bank account. My account number is: [protected]. This account has been started by the Airtel retailer without even informing me about it when I went to link my aadhaar number with my Airtel number. Tood bad now my Indane gas subsidy goes to this account. I don't want my money to go to Airtel bank account.

            Worst airtel service in my 12+ years with airtel

            I moved to new flat & requested for new broadband connection through online. When requested, got a call quickly, they checked the feasibility etc & gave the document proof & paid advance rental. Upto this it was all very quick. I was informed by the executive that in another 24hrs will get the installation & connection. Then started the trouble. Waited for 2 to 3 days. No calls from airtel representatives nor the customer care. When called for customer care, they said no issues we will escalate dont worry. Will make this request high priority, in 24 hrs our executive will call for the installation. Again after a day when called up, it was too irritated & frustrated as got the same answer. Again patiently waited for one more day. No calls. When again called customer care & asked to connect to their manager, they put the call on hold for more than 15 mins but no response. When called up again, the answer was no feasibility in your area. When asked up that most of them in the apartment uses airtel & currently the executives are coming in daily for giving connection., the reply was the technician said there is no feasibility.

            If no feasibility, then how come the person raised request after me from my flat will get the connection?

            This is the worst experience with airtel in my past 12+ yrs relation with airtel. I really felt annoyed & frustrated. If i speak with customer care, then they will update as not feasible. Now a days no trust on airtel, its become worst day by day. It does not give value for customer relationship. Is not the customer care to understand the situation we are upto? But always say technician will get in touch soon.

            Fully frustrated & disappointed with airtel service.

              I am calling to customer care from 2 months, but they are not solving my issue of bill details, they are not showing me bill, i want to port my number. Now what to do. And my number was suspended in last month and my message service was deactivated for 4 days, and i faced many difficulties because without sms service we can't process online transaction. And airtel company is not giving me by bill details from 2 months. And i can't port my number to other company because of bill issue. I am in big trouble. Please help me.

              And now they are showing me 4239.95 rupees bill, and they have no justification about my this bill. This bill is fraud. Because my plan is 199 rupees. They did not sending me bill my mail.

                Hi
                I was applied for a new connection (2 times) of airtel with broadband in karol bagh firstly, on 30th november and secondly, on 14/12/17 but connection was not installed yet as more than 15 days already passed. And i was paid installation charge money both the times (500 each).
                I cant got a proper response from airtel, when i call airtel customer care or senior member everytime thay saying that connection will be installed in next 2 hours but connection was not installed yet.

                  I have recharge 149 ruppes continually 5/6 month and 1gb perday benefit... But this time my mistake don't avail offer. I will recharge so my request i m a old customer of airtel so give me a chance and benefit this time.. I quit to airtel this time surely my last request to airtel to complete my request quickly contact me quickly it's my last request to airtel network

                    I have a jio prepaid mobile and since most of my family members have airtel postpaid, i also wish to port my jio number to airtel. Initially on 02/12/17 visited their customer centre in bangalore hsr layout and per their advises submitted all requisite documents of my wife's parent airtel postpaid number and also her fingerprint impression and generated a upc number valid until 7/12/17 and shared with the concerned executive of that centre. No action and hence spoke to their customer care 121 and lodged a complaint under ref. Bal/56625003 dtd5/12/17. No action and hence again visited their above customer care and due to some technical error per their request we resubmitted all the documentation and fingerprint. Also generated another upc and shared but no action. Complained to their nodal officer under sr 81595387/5.12.17 & again under sr 8177041 dt.10/12/17. Based on their advises visited the same centre and represented and again generated another upc valid until 24/12/17 but still no action until today, ie. 15/12/17 for such a small mobile portability process when trai and govt. Of india legally permit mnp between telecom operators. Can trai or consumer forum intervene as i am now with no phone and plans of either operator and no positive response within specified time frame for action. Whom to be blamed or is it my mobile portability request illegal for airtel. Spoken to so far 25+ executives of airtel and visited 3 centres of airtel, generated 4 upc nos. And got the jio approval for portability but no action. Hence complained to nodal officer desk and appellate desk. No concrete action either positive or negative till date from any of those approached airtel personnel. What best can we do in such an arrogant and lethargic service providers and can theiir airtel promise be trusted.

                    I Hope the above COMPLAINT is still active and not resolved because one of the executives called this morning and said the network MNP is put on hold by AIRTEL and will be resolved in January 2018. But I am not convinced and hence I am escalating further and hence expect the issue as not resolved.

                      I recently deposited an amount of rs. 147 in my airtel wallet. Now when i try to do any transactions from it a notice appears and says "debit for this account is not allowed". I would like a refund if airtel can't process transcations beacuse it sure as hell can accept addition of money into the wallet. Neither can i transfer the amount to anyone nor can i use it to recharge my or anbody else's number.

It'd cleared in a bill in a name of late fee charge i paid a bill before one day to due date it's reflects in a bill also but airtell charging me extra and airtell promising me extra 100 rupees discount of previous month extra charges in this bill but i am not received this discount but reflect in a bill i contacted customer care also but nobody response.

                          My name is soumik prasad

                          Issue: sir today around 1:30 approx i had made a payment of my postpaid account of rs 500 via my airtel app payment wallet.

                          Now with your great app says thank you for the transaction message came but within few mins some another message came as failed transaction, so i have redone the transaction via the payment app now this time message comes as thank you n all.
                          Now when do i check my bank account balance found that i had made a 2 time transaction of rs 500 of paying the bill so i had given a call to the customer care another good expirience the person pickup the call was in his own dream world speaking what god knows so asked for the supervisors help now the person came with complete timeline n details as to take the call n put a complain letz the customer go off to sleep for 10 days.

                          Now my question rises like i was a reliance customer for around 5-6 years n old one mr lijo fron airtel sevice manager took my account n told me to get in as i also do found the confidence n approach that being the best in the telecom sector lets go for it.

                          Trust me its a horrible expirience which i am getting from day 1 like bill payment issue app issues now what else left. What kind of service and approach which you do towards the customer?

                          Like to get my own money which i have paid the billed amount n with the mistake of your airtel app i have done another payment as a loyal customer now ihave to wait for this whole complete month correct? Which is being said the tat by the customer service team see rs 500 is not the issue that i have paid but the its the revert back of the services which i am getting its just awesum.

                          Its just really making me sick n tired of it why is such so? Why should i bear your issue? You say itz airtel promise postpaid promise its all fake nothing which you can do.

                          Requesting you if you please go through the email want an revert which i need to buy. Else i am marking the email to all the heads who are available in the system.

                          I would require an quick and prompt action on this regard.

                            I want to change my number from postpaid connection to prepaid connection as i am very disappointed from the postpaid plans. I had clear all my bills. Kindly help me to solve this because i am not able to pay the unnecessary bills. If my problem will not be solved within today there is no other way to port my sim or change it. So please register my complaint and help me to convert it from postpaid to prepaid.

                              I haven't got any refund for the the failure transaction (Transaction ref[protected], which was being processed on 25th nov.

                              My axis bank got debited with below mini statement and corresponding mobile number ([protected]) is not recharged please take steps so that my account got credited back.
                              I have added all the necessary information related to it.

                                I have received a bill from airtel for a period they have not provided any service. Now, i am getting frequent spams to pay my bill. When i complained they waived off the faulty bill but left approx. 9 rupee pending.

                                Yesterday (15th dec 2017), the customer executive request me on call to drop a mail today (16th dec 2017) so that he can waive the remaining amount. Which he was not able to do due to some technical issue at their end. Then the same person went on to write a different date (1st jan 2018) on the mail. Now, they are calling me and asking me to drop a mail in jan2018 to get the amount waived. When i declined this request, they sent me a link to make the payment for the fraud bill they have generated.

                                Now, the issue is why should i send any mail to get a waiver for a service which was never given to me. And, if i have to send a mail to them, then technically i am providing them a service. And for that i need payment. Else, they can go and waive it off, without needing a mail from me. As they have billed a non-customer of the mentioned service, they cannot hold me hostage to send any mail to them

                                  I was vodafone customer but airtel offered me better plan and have promised me for better connection so i port my number from vodafone to airtel but ever since i port my connection i am just complaining about the service. They always say i will get a call from technical team but it never happened. Airtel is claiming to be the india's biggest network but i must say you are worst then any other service providers.
                                  I want assurance of network and internet speed. If you can't offer that then i need refund and compensation for the time i wasted behind complaining.

                                    After inserting the sim, when the signal came i dialled a number and call was not going. So i removed the sim from phone and thought to use it later when it get activated. But then only i came to knew that once the sim is inserted, it should not be taken until it gets activated. I inserted the sim 2nd time and waited long. I dialled 59059 for the activation but the call was not connecting. What should i do to get my sim activated??

                                      Airtel stores manager was asked to migrate said no from pre to post paid service, which was done but service stoped on 29 nov 2017, due to defective sim, sim was replaced but service did not restore. Again was asked to replace the sim which was done, still no service.
                                      I have been requesting and visiting airtel office at hamirpur 177001 but in pain,
                                      I am told at some level my profile has been fiddled with by airtel office and not been able to restore the service till date. This causes great hardship both financially n mentaly. Ok wish to why sincere efforts not being put by the company to restore mob service on no [protected] as yet.

                                        I recently changed my number from airtel prepaid to postpaid. Before 3 years ago, this sim was already ported with telungana to chennai sim.
                                        Since the day it got activated, i am unable to recharge online through paytm or my airtel app. The transaction gets declined in both the cases without any reason.. I tried recharging other airtel numbers and they all worked fine. I would like to request you to kindly look upon this issue and fix it as soon as possible.
