    My airtel broadband connection has received excess bill as compare to earlier bills. On calling to costumer care, i get to know that my plan has been changed on relocating to noida from gurgaon where as while shifting, airtel has confirmed that my plan will remain same.

    This is really disappointing attitude from airtel. They have neither close my gurgaon connection and also activated new plan on noida connection.

    I am using airtel from 8 years and using airtel broadband from 2 years but i have never expected such behaviour from airtel.

        I had requested to cancel my postpaid airtel dongle number:[protected]. But they keep on charging me every month even tough i have not used any of the data.

        My plan is data card 999_new (Without voice and sms) and device is alcatel mw40cj
        Imei [protected].

        I want to disconnect as soon as possible to avoid charges.

        I have sent them frequent mails but no one response. Kindly help me in this matter.

          I have been using my airtel number for the past 17 years. Last month without my knowledge 3 value added services were added - rs.49 on 15th november for topdoctorsonline, rs.35 for glamour zone on 23rd november and rs.99 for superstore on december 4th. I deactivated the services on the same day by using mobile app and sms, but i have been charged for the same in my bill along with taxes

            Hi Team we recently ported to airtel from other net work .first time they charged Rs250 for data and voice for month. But no use to be in airtel since they are not activated 4G . We called customer care and registered complaint no::C4GDA[protected]. but no one is tacking action on this. My money totally waste. Please help me on this.

              Sir i am using airtel 4 postpaid number in bhilwara, but from last 1 year having many issues in 4 g network . I request u to take an action . Ihad complained many times in airtel officeor ustomer support number . But they had not done anything for me .Please reply me on my mail id . [protected]@gmail.Com . I dont want to port but i want better service from my company as bacause i am the oldest customer of aairtel

                Recharged my prepaid no. With 448 airtel prepaid plan on 12 november 2017, which will remain for 70 days as per the plan from airtel. But on 12th december 2017 activated same 448 airtel prepaid plan by mistake.. While 448 1 plan already active on my airtel prepaid service, need refund for other 448 deducted for same plan for same services..

                  My airtel number [protected] suddenly stopped receiving signal on 26 nov 17. I complained on [protected]@airtel.in atleast 10 times. I also got duplicate sim from the airtel shop twice but still for 17 days today 12 dec, the problem is not resolved. They are unable to find out the problem too which is highly unprofessional. I have had to suffer mental turmoil for long because of this issue. Please do the needful as soon as possible

                    I had applied for mnp from airtel postpaid - bangalore circle to airtel prepaid - chennai circle on dec 1st, 2017 using aadhar as identity proof and authenticated using finger print with a nearby retailer.

                    The old sim card was observed to be deactivated on 9th dec, 2017. No notification sms was received for the porting activity. When the new sim card was inserted, it failed with error "sim card registration failed".

                    I had contacted airtel at 121 several times during the day on 9th dec and 10th dec, 2017. All the suggestions given were tried out but turned out to be futile.
                    I. Restart the phone
                    Ii. Insert sim in another phone
                    Iii. Select ind airtel manually in network settings

                    I was promised that connection will be activated withing 15 mins, 2 hrs, 4 hrs etc. Over the phone. Nothing worked.

                    A written complaint was made to airtel [protected]@in. Airtel.com on 10th dec, 2017.
                    Reference number: 56899227 was generated on 11th dec, 2017. A follow-up email from the service specialist from airtel was received with useless response.

                    I forwarded that email to the airtel's appellate authority for tamil nadu (Nodalofficer. [protected]@in. Airtel.com) and followed up with a telephone call immediately ([protected]). The details were found from https://www.airtel.in/mobile-nodal-officer.

                    I received a response from nodal team on the same day (11th dec, 2017) that the issue was being looked into and i will be updated on the progress.

                    That was the last that i had heard from them.

                    My day to day routine requires me to stay connected at all times. Since all my accounts are linked to my mobile phone number, it has been extremely difficult to carry out my activities.

                    Kindly look into this issue and facilitate a speedy resolution.

                    The problem was resolved on 16/17 th Dec, 2017. Continuous follow-ups were made with the Nodal Officer from Airtel. The issue was finally resolved.

                      Gamepind service activated automatically on my mobile phone number [protected] and a sum of rs 30 deducted. Its a breach of trust by airtel. If like this manner services got activated then customer has to port from these unreliable operator services. I have to deactivate the service when i saw this wonderful sms from airtel. I already ported to airtel from tata docomo few months back and now i realize it was a mistake. Noone has time nowadays for such things to get sorted out. Kindly look into it.

                        Hi, my wife moved to bangalore after our marriage and i have initiated the request to change her airtel postpaid from andhra to karnataka.

                        I have initiated the request with airtel customer support and i also went to airtel store last month.

                        Nothing is done so far and i am paying a lot for her outgoing airtel calls. I am ending up paying 1600 per month because of this. I am not sure why it is taking more time just to migrate her postpaid plan to karnataka.

                        I am not happy with the way they respond saying wait for sometime.

                        Actually, i wanted to change her plan from postpaid to prepaid and from andhra to karnataka. I went to store last month in indiranagar bangalore and i asked them to make this change. I have submitted all the documents they have asked for and they asked me to wait for 90 days. I am not sure why i need to wait for 90 days to make this simple change.

                        And they said if i want to change her plan from andhra postpaid to karnataka postpaid, it will be activated in 48 hours, so i did that to avoid extra charges and even this change is not done yet and i am paying a lot for the bill.

                          My airtel hotspot was working fine till today afternoon. But now i am able to connect to it but there is no internet connection. There is an exclamation sign on the connection.

                          The internet connection is not available anymore. The hotspot hasn't been used today so the data limit hasn't exceeded too.

                            I have linked my airtel mobile with my adhar number as per the order from the govt of india in september 2017. Immediately i received an sms from airtel saying that they have opened a bank account in my name with the adhar details. Airtel has no right to open a bank account in my name with my adhar details without my consent.

                            My lpg subsidy has been credited to the airtel account recently and i have no access to this account to get this money back. I am not sure whether any other payment has been credited to this account. This seems to be a consumer cheating procedure supported by the govt. Of india. Even though many similar complaints have been raised by consumers, govt of india is still asking the people to link their mobile numbers with the confidential details of adhar. The bank accounts created by airtel should be closed down immediately by airtel

                            Hi, you are right that mobile company has opened bank account in your name using adhar is illigal & without consent, govt of india through RBI permitted no of companies including mobile operators using mobile apps for basic accounts up to & maximum Rs 50000/- in an account. However it does not mean that operators can open a/c w/o your consent. Now days there are stiff competition among financial institutions to get govt subsidies to their individual accounts. Now you may insist operator to close the account in your name without any charge or else complain banking ombudsman in this regard against operator

                              Land line out going calls has been barred
                              I had made the payment by 11.20 a. M in the morning they told after 4 hours it will be automatically will be started
                              After making the payment its 7 hours over still the connection is not working if this complaint has been not solved within half hour i will disconnect all my connections of airtel in my shops

                                Dear sir,
                                I belong to guwahati and before we got the news of closer of reliance we gave five no. Of reliance to be ported to airtel to m/s padmavati. They committed us to get the porting been done in 15 days, but porting was not done then we approached them they said us that porting in cug plan takes time we didnt asked them to do the porting in cug plan they on their own did it. We just asked them to get the porting done in the name of shree udyog. After fifteen days we were again asked to submit the documents we did it we were asked to wait for another 15 days we waited. We cleared all our dues with reliance but due to the negligence of airtel again our bill got generated in reliance we were asked to make the payment we did so then we were asked to wait for seven days. But till date our porting is not been done we are continuously following it up. Sometime we get answer that the mam is in meeting sometime we get the answer that mail is been sent but got no response till date. Is this the way of the comapany to get the work done. We are facing a lot of business in carrying out our business. No one there is concerned about this work without any reason we are been harrashed and the persons sitting in the store dont have the way to talk only one person name ajit was talking to us but till morning they are not recieving our call. They neither tell us that the porting will be doen nor they reject us

                                as you know that we have posted this complain to you on 12th dec 2017 but apart from this till today no action has been taken neither we have received a call from the co. nor our porting has been done

                                the sales executive who has taken our porting request is also not interested in responding to my calls or SMS and at padmavati airtel store they have started misbehaving with us

                                  I bought an airtel hotspot yesterday afternoon on dec 11, 2017 and the person who gave it said the activation will be done in a couple of hours. The sim has not been activated yet and i’m just wondering what is the point of even getting it delivered home if this is the case... It is totally annoying. He said a person would come to verify my address in half an hour today and that person has not showed up yet. However, i might have to take some kind of action if there is no response today.

                                    After porting from postpaid to prepaid i am unable to recharge through web/apps.. I have raised this complaint many times to customer care but there is no proper response.. Really fed up with the customer care guys as they are unable to solve this simple issue from 3 months.

                                    Even i can not not able to recharge from my airtel app for my number. Many cases has been raised but none of them has been solved by customer care.

                                      I have applied for a broadband connection from airtel. Executive came and collected all the documents and an amount of rs.1000/- as connection registration fee from me on 11/jul/2016. Even though i am not available at home he came to my office and collected the documents and money. He gave a slip as acknowledgement. From then there is no response from airtel back. I called airtel after 20 days of waiting and got different replies stating connection is not possible, and other saying connection will be given on the next day and profile not created yet.
                                      From then onwards till now (12/12/2017) i am continuously trying to track, the only reply i will get is profile not created and supervisor not available.
                                      I dont know how the supervisor is not available all the time.
                                      If we pay the bill even 1 day late, the customer will be charging the late fee, if airtel is not paying back and not giving customer the value, what should be the penalty for the airtel. By continuously tracking with them, might be i have paid again so much for my mobile bill.

                                        I took airtel secure as they told me that my phone will be secured from accidential and liquid damage and insurance will be renewed monthly 49 rs will be debited automatically
                                        And till now it was being deducted
                                        When i tried to claim the airtel secure they told me the plan is not there
                                        Its only for postpaid and rejected my claim saying improper handling which is not even mentoned in the terms and conditions

                                        To one assist as per ur terms and conditions there is no term such as improper handling in the insurance agreement given by ur team and i need the proper assistance and remunerisation for this issue
