I have made a recharge of rs 230/- for my account id [protected]-001 on 28 nov. But there was some issue with signals and i lodged a complaint to this effect. However no engineer turned up at my site till 2 dec. Everyday they give the same answer that he will come today, but no respite.
Now it seems that the supervisor to whom i last spoke disconnected my call when i asked about the harassment i have to face because of lack of service...

I visited the airtel store belgaum to get post paid data on that day they initially issued me data card no. [protected] but this number was not activating that day due to some problem, so airtel staff has asked me to return the same and instead of that they have issued me new data card no. [protected] and this number was activated and i used it for two months and paid the bill also in time, but now airtel customer care is calling me to pay...

For the last 2 months i've been trying to deactivate data booster pack from my plan but the option is unavailable online to do it. Every month i'm forced to pay rs 400/- extra on my plan because the airtel service people are not deactivating the booster from my plan.

I lost my mobile recently & immediately blocked my airtel sim. I bought a duplicate sim 5 days back from nearest airtel store. My sim is not activated till now. I have recharged my airtel mobile no.[protected] on 30-nov-2017 through net banking feature with online recharge txn id[protected] of rs 448 on airtel website. Amount deducted from my bank a/c but recharge got unsuccessful and amount still have not been refunded to my bank. We contacted airtel but they are denying recharging and saying we cannot recharge....

I am noticing reduction of money from my balance more then 10 times due to the activation of value added services which i never activated. I don't know what is happening but i am very disappointed and irritated. When ever i try to call on airtel customers number then it can't we connected to person and i have to talk with robot. I am really fed up with this. If this continue i will change my service provider....

We are using internet connection of airtel in our office, which is not working since last two days and the fact is airtel is not providing any support in this, imagine working in office for two days without internet, which is close to impossible.

This is really very sad that airtel being such a big brand doesn't bother to provide a small support which is required from them, none of their executives are bothered to solve the...

I got a sms saying hot chillies activated on my mobile. Amount of ₹ 49.0 detected from my account. I didn't activate the service. Immediately i have deactivated the service. Airtel is cheating without my authorization they activated this. I tried to contact customers care but not able to make it. Help me get the refund.

Worst airtel service...

From last three weeks there is no 4g network in my area.
Every time i call customer case and they say issue will solve in 2 days, but nothing has happened yet.

Why giving us false commitment?
Is this the way u treat your customer?

Hope u all look into this matter and solve 4g network problem as soon as possible.

Recharged for rs.549 on october 19th by airtel app (Transaction id : [protected]). The plan provided unlimited calls and 1gb data per day for the total of 70 days. The plan was supposed to end by december 27th but my plan got expired on[protected]. When i called customer care to resolve this issue, i was told that the last recharge was made on 5th of october and the validity was 28 days. Dropped mail as well but no proper response till now....

Airtel internet is shaped, in the sense some sites load faster such as airtel tv, youtube but if i try to open a video in chrome it gets stuck. This is clearly a violation of net neutrality. You can't dictate the terms in which we use data just because u don't like it. Another thing is you can never get past 10mbps whatever you download. All the ads are just lies. One more thing you would have never decreased your 4g prices if reliance jio...

We had been using airtel fixed line[protected] for more than 3 years plus.

3 months back all of sudden the line[protected] got disconnected and various intimation has been forwarded to activate line only promises but no steps to resolve issue of activating line.

Surprising when we dial[protected] one hears bell is ringing with this our cuatomers are feeling our work place is closed or we intentionally are...

1. My wife hemalata mob no [protected] and [protected] was ported from a rcom to airtel. On 12 nov 2017.
2. Since porting these nos mob signals were coming on/off and suddenly on 01 dec incoming sig was lost showing no signal bars on both mobiles.
3. I have lodged complaint with customer support, i was told that my connection stopped as address verification not completed.

Sir, i got lot of wrong calls and missed calls to my airtel number. Please send me the incoming and outgoing calls list of my number for the last 9 days (24/11/2017 to 02/12/2017). Please send me the calls list of my number to my mail id as early as possible. My airtel mobile no. [protected].
