    I am unable to make call or recieve call from. Today evening what should i do plz help. I was talking toy frnd and suddenly my call dropped and now m. Unable to make call and i tried from other number to call me. Bt it was not connecting. I tried many ways bt i was unable to make it clear. Plz. Help me what to do now i have to leave tomorrow for some important work

      I do recharge of rs 390. On 11 dec 2017 at 11. 23 am.. At the exact time whole of money was deducted due to some schemes activated on my mobile no. About what i got messages at 11.28 am on the same day. I immediately deactivated all the schemes. The problem is i had not activated these all and had not took advantage of any of them. So basically i need my refund. So this is a humble request to refund my money as soon as possible.
      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      99 rupees got deducted without confirmation

      i lost my mobile on 3rd december 2017 around 6 pm .So i want to block my sim [protected] as soon and possible
      i also want a duplicate sim with same no. and same amount of balance left in it .

        Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹500 on4th 12 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So i have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 10days now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.           Hi.
          I have airtel number : [protected] and my name is uday ram.
          My airtel payment bank never allow me to pay money for anything. I don't understand why it then allows me even to credit the money, if i cannot use the app and spend it.
          I have around 200 rs in the airtel wallet and i want airtel to either solve the issue with my account, or refund the money.
          Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I'm using Airtel 4g but the speed I'm getting here is below docomo 2g and you guys are claiming to be the best.wow nice confidence you know.what ever do something on it or I'm gonna change this network.Even network is not there.
          50 rs was deducted from my prepaid balance for ICON services which wasn't requested by me.Everytime I recharge my balance goes nil because they deduct money from my account.i deactivated it but did not get my money back.i have lost 80 rs from my account now.
          It is one of the worst networks in range as well as transparency. I recharged with 799 which gives 3.5 gb data daily or is supposed to give. But even then my entire balance was cut as well as additional balance which I put

          Airtel network is charging high price for data packs compare to other network companies.. even though data network speed is very very low...

          For name sake its 4g speed but, working like a 2g speed. Solve this problem

              Hi,

              Its been really very sad to come through very bad services from airtel. I have an airtel secure plan since july '17 (Since last 6 months).

              I always take good care of my phone and never ever have been careless in handling of the phone. It is still working while the lcd is broken due to an accident, as someone pushed me from behind while coming out of the lift. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone from jacket pocket won't cover in the insurance, until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to carelessness. What a rubbish statement ever... May i request you to look into the matter..

              I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

              My Airtel no. is [protected]. I am facing problem of network from last 15 days. there is hardly 10% network for calls and 0% for data use. I have tried to call customer care persons, but same option is not coming during 121.

              Pl. resolve my problem and i have to port to other service provider.

              Today received a call from 8340152897 and person threaten me that company Airtel is going to disconnect all services on my no.

              Now these Company's have started threatening consumers who are paying them
              I am using Airtel 3g network but I suffering from network problem. Network is very in my area. Please do something for that.

                When i went to airtel gallery for aadhar card linking with my no [protected]. Your counter person is open saving account in airtel payment bank without any information & when i called to customer care for closing the same saving account immediately they says your account will not closed without giving alternate wallet account no. Why requirement of alternate airtel wallet account & what is my fault. I want close my airtel saving account immediately & reply as soon as possible.

                  This is to bring to your kind attention that, since the my mobile number porting was successful on 3rd or 4th december, 2017. I have been experiencing extremely slow browsing on my mobile phone.
                  I called airtel support guys and did whatever they asked me to. Example - change the internet settings, the apn settings, take the sim out and wait for 30 seconds... Everything, but with no luck.

                  Finally, the so-called customer support specialist (Customer cheat specialist), told me that i will get a call back from airtel network team to fix the issue.

                  I did get a call once from a lady who again asked me to do the same thing, which apparently did not work. She then told me she would call me back after 24 hours after resetting my profile from the beck-end.

                  Since then, i have been waiting for those 24 hours to end. I called airtel guys every day to inquire about the status, but with vain. Everyone kept lying that i should get a call back within 24 hours, but that never happened. Following is the sequence.

                  Spoke to airtel customer support specialist named bhavin, he promised me that i should get a call-back within 24 hours.

                  Next day, i called and spoke to franklin d'souza, i was on the receiving end of a fake promise again.

                  Next day, i spoke to a lady, fake promise continues...

                  Next day, i spoke to dhiren patel... No luck.

                  To make the things worst, these guys even closed my ticket without any proper solution or justification. However, i got a text from airtel saying they could proceed further with the ticket number because i was unreachable [which is again a lie]

                  Note - i need my money back!!! You charge me for 4g and provide 2g speed.

                    I don't know whose account is this and which bank is this. Can you please help identify the source and inform them. What is surprising that even if the person has entered a wrong mobile number why the bank has not verified it.

                      Why i am facing frequent call drop in the airtel network. Where as my idea is working fine in the same place.
                      I am staying in kukatpally near patel kunta park. Why cant you people address these issue inspite of many followups???

                      And also facing no network issue and voice quality. Unable to hear to call. #.

                      Worst ever network, why you are going to mountatins to check your signals, first you need to server basic location of customers properly.

                          Worst service ever i have ever seen my outstanding was 1250 rs and i paid 800 instead of this they stop my outgoing service after that i said please disconnect my all services i will pay remaining amount in 2 days but the wasn't and after few days my they stop my incoming too and continually send me bills which i have not been used why should i pay

                              First i got my offer (149 un la2a +28gb 28days) in my phone but when i replied with 1 the pack got activated and my balance of 149 got deducted, but unfortunately i did not receive benefits of 28 gb.
                              I have got this offer many times and whenever i check my main account banace this offer comes on my display.
                              On contacting customer care number 198. They provided this this email.
                              Kindly look into this matter and provide me the actual benefits that show on my phone. Or refund my balance of 149 rs.

                                I lost my mobile phone on 24.11.2017 and got my sim swapped on 27.11.2017 by aadhar card e-verification and they told me that it will take maximum 4 hrs. To activate the sim card. On 02.12.2017 my sim card was activated after filing lots of complaints, but no signals were received in my mobile and the customer care told me that your sim card is damaged as from our side your services are working properly. Then on 02.12.2017 i got a new sim card and now again they told me that it will be activated in 4 hrs, but i was activated on 06.12.2017 and still the same problem was existed as no signals were received in my mobile. Then i visited the store and they tried the sim card in their own device but still the sim was not working. I sent several mails and called many time to customer care from my alternate number [protected] but my request was closed due to no response from my side and my problem is resolved, but i responded and tried every procedure as told my the network team. Everyday my complaint is escalated to higher authorities but no respose is received. I tried my sim card in 5 devices but still no signals are receiving but the network team told me that i did not tried the same as my lost phone is showing active in their systems. I am totally frustrated with the services and want to port my number but not able to send the port code as no signals are in my mobile. Please help me out. Your response will be highly thankful.

                                  I have been an airtel customer for voice (From year 2000 onwards) past 3 months inside my house the signals are very weak, frequent call drops are happening this has caused lot o[censored]nworkability for me, including my other two members in my family are also using airtel.

                                  I was told by utarhalli airtel outlet (Near chikalsandra) that tower upgradation is going on will be resolved but it is more than 3months there is no improvement.

                                  Incase this does not get resolved iam planning a signature campaign in my layout with more than a lakh of subscribers of airtel to switch to another service provider.

                                  Appreciate a quick response and resolution.

                                    Network is very poor in madhapur and mindspace areas of hyderabad.
                                    Specially internet services are worst. Even 4g service cannot send a simple whatsapp message.
                                    Many people are facing the same issue.
                                    I have made a complaint regarding this issue earlier also. But i didnt see any response/action from you.
                                    Please take action immediately.

                                    Yes. This is a serious issue in such area. I already planned to port.
                                    Not just madhapur. But also in kondapur and gachibowli which is way worse. Today only i roamed thesse areas for searching hostel and checking speed test everywhere. Seriously disappointed and heard jio is at least good in some areas. So planning to port.

                                      Worst service, lost business and he
                                      Lost business of 13 lacks due to incoming calls net work issue, since iam using airtel postpaid for for last 7 years and i took this number for my business to deal with my clients.
                                      Last 1 week i made nearly about 10 complaints regarding incoming calls issue.
                                      1.1st they told me basics settings
                                      It's not worked out
                                      2. Told me to change new sim
                                      I did that still of no use
                                      3. Told me to wait for 24 hours
                                      Did that still of no use.
                                      4. Told me to wait for 4days
                                      Still of no use
                                      5. Again extended 2 more days to resolve the issue
                                      Still no use.
                                      6. Told me that they are going to suspend my services for 8 hours
                                      Still of no use.
                                      It has been more than 1 week
                                      I do a business i don't have any other alternate number, iam using this net work for last 7 years of post paid connection
                                      And i given the same number for my clinets.
                                      When i thought of going for number portable other network also saying 1 week for portable
                                      By trusting airtel people commitments
                                      On my issue
                                      I waited for 1 week, which is of no use
                                      And again number portability
                                      1 more week
                                      Means iam going to loose 1 more week business..
                                      Airtel has to pay me all loss of 1 week and next 1 week.
                                      My sincere request to airtel
                                      When you can't give service
                                      Please shut down your company
                                      Do not cheat people like this..
                                      At any cost you people should pay my loss
                                      Kindly listen to my calls which i made to customer care and understand how much loss i had gone through net work issue...

                                        Sir, airtel customer care representative told me that internet speed in my area (250404) will be 530kb/s to 2mb/s when signal will good if i recharge 3g pack. After recharged i get only 0.3kb/s to 100kb/s worst interest speed in full signal quality. I complain many time for worst speed. But no solution. Bad experience with airtel. My no. Is [protected].
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
