Airtel Digital TV ID:- [protected].

Recharge on 11.11.2017 for Rs.290 and airtel provide confirmation that your next recharge date is 13.12.2017.

And today they message me to recharge for digjtal tv and cut the connection without any clarification.

I try to communicate with there customer care representative but they dis connect my phone for 3 times.

I Need proper clarification and recharge for atleast 13.12.2017.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    My name is vijaysinh g jadeja

    I just bought and activated airtel sim today and recharged it with 549 with gives a data benefit of 3 gb per day. But it turns out that airtel is simply fooling people with false promise.

    After the recharge i put a 1.8 gb file on download and as the file was downoaded to 76% my airtel data was exhausted. It never happened to my jio sim or vodafone.

    When i tried to creach the coustomer care through ivr it was unresponsive. It says to dile 3 but nothing happens when i dail three.

    I am looking to serve them leagel notice for the same. Pls advice.

      I have converted postpaid to prepaid plan since above 20 days before of given [protected], but i m not doing upto of any type recharge, "Recharge not successful show on screen" ( online/retailer ), i have many time raise complane to your customer care but my problem is not solve. so plz explane the same or solve the same ASAP, if not solve the my problem ASAP so i want to taken dissension of my self.

        I subscribed for 50% night cashback offer yesterday. I got sms confirmations that my night cash back is also activated. I used the whole 1gb data between 12-6am, but did not receive any cashback. I was not able to work without internet.
        Instead of giving this type of offers and cheating, they shouldn't have given this offer.
        Please, resolve this problem.

          Hi i am seva sai kumar. R my mobile no [protected] andhra pradesh vijayawada i am using airtel network from past 5 months onwards in starting 3 months network having no issue past 2 months especially past 1 week onwards getting irritation of this network because calls not connecting properly even 10-15 time calling to some person then only call connecting in that 10-15 times call beep coming & disconnected really getting very irritation kindly check from u r end resolve this issue data having no issue its gud (For me network showing full strength only but calls only not connecting properly)

            AM REALLY FED UP WITH AIRTEL, ONE OF WORST SERVICE PROVIDER.
            I WILL TAKE UP THIS MATTER TO CONSUMER COURT AND DRAG YOUR OFFICIAL TO TRAI ALSO.
            I HAVE ALREADY LODGED COMPLAINT.

            WHY SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT IS NOT TRACEABLE BY YOU WHEN ALL EVIDENCE HAS BEEN GIVEN BY ME AS
            PAYMENT PROOF. YOU FEEL I AM LIAR OR DISHONEST.

            SUCH A SHAME TO THE WHOLE TEAM OF AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE AND NODAL OFFICER.

            I WANT REPLY WITHIN 2 DAYS OR ELSE RETURN MY MONEY. I WILL GET IT DONE BY COURT ORDER.

              I recently opened a mobile showroom namely as SAZY Smartphone Store and recharge center at near Kaltex Petrol Pump depo, Nagaon, Assam. Hence I applied for an E-Top Airtel Sim. A Guy named as Bhuden does the processing here like supplying e recharge, vouchers, etc...

              They told me that it would take around two weeks to map the area and then only they could provide me the E-TOP Sim. Its been a month now and i just recieved airtel sim two days back and I am still waiting for the Bhuden named guy to activate my ### sim..I also applied to Aircel and BSNL E-Top Sims which only took 10 minutes to aquire..

              You guys are supposed to be the fastest network, then why the hell the processing is so slow. My contact number is [protected]

              Today i went to airtel office to procure some recharge vouchers around 4 pm, but the fellows gave me an attitudinal response and told me that its past their office hours they won't sell me the vouchers for my retail outlet...

Any person call to me mobile switch off message pass to customer... Wh??? I am more than 9 years using the airtel net work, but current last 10 month still problem. Please solve the problem immediately other wise i am port mobile to another network

                  I have purchased airtel v fiber connection in ahmedabad district at 1/12/2017 they told me the connection will be provided within two days. But when i called them they only reason to say. And the authority also not able to receive the call but no connection acquired yet at my home in chandkheda.                       Day before yesterday i requested them to upgrade my sd box to hd. With 599 rupees they promised to replace the set top box and they will offer all hd channels free for 2 months.
                      Yesterday the installation was completed, but i couldn't watch all hd channels... English movie channels and sport channels were missing. When i complained first they wasted my time for 1 hr... They are taking 30min to listen to a 3.41 minutes recording...
                      When they don't have any excuse, they are saying they cannot give all hd channels free...
                      When i asked for refund and disconnection they are just dragging the case...
                      Disgusting customer care...
                      Tata sky customer care is way better than yours...
                      The same issue happened to one of my colleagues... This means you are cheating customers with fake offers...

                        Myself sreekanth. M. S, a resident of trivandrum district writing this mail to inform your office that i am deeply dissatisfied by your customer support centre functioning in karamana, trivandrum district of kerala state. I have bitter experience from your customer executives not only once but twice. I neglected my 1st experience not to be reported because i just thought it may be due to their personal problems, professional burdens or overcrowds in their office etc etc. I also didnot bother to report it because i dont want to be reason for someone's agony. Anyways my first experience is as follows. Around 6 months ago i approached the above centrein need of 7 post paid connections which i wanted to distribute among my cousins and friends. As we entered the office the 2 customer executives were dealing with another clients and hence we took a nearby chair. I forgot to say that at that time i was an airtel customer and i am not mentioning my number only because of your warning messages not to provide the same here. On our turn we approached an executive and first of all i asked for a duplicate sim card which i had to upgrade from 3g netwrok to 4g (Not only that the sim card i was using then was an old mode sim, ie not nano or micro sim). I just got the shock that the executive is not even taking notice what i am telling him. Not even looking on my face. May be taking duplicate sim cards were not of much business value to them. Hence such a dealing from them. As a customer i were very much humiliated by this response. My mind was so made at the time that why should i take network connections where the customers are not treated well. On the very next day i initiated a mobile number portability request to idea network and now i am a happy idea customer. As far as the post paid connections are concerned i approached the bsnl office nearby which also gave me wonders. What i got was warm welcome and they also provided me with 7 consecutive numbers. I didnot wanted to report the experience but i thought it must be reported to their authorities when this kind of humiliation received the second time. This time i reached the office with my wife archana sreekanth who was also an airtel customer. Her sim card was temporarily in active because it was not linked with aadhar. At that rime a lady executive helped us and she told my wife that after linking the no with aadhar the sim card will be fine. At that time my wife was not carrying aadhar card with her hence we enquired the lady executive that when will the shop be closed. We were answered that they will close by 7.30pm in the evening. (This all happened around 3 pm in the afternoon). As per the information myself and my wife went to the mentioned airtel showroom by 6.15 pm in the evening. At that time the lady executive has left the office. We reported the problem to the male executive present there. Once again i got the old response which i do not want to repeat again here. He told us that he cant help us because mobile number cant be linked to aadhar number after 6 pm in the evening, since it is a webportal. I know what it is and how all this system works. If he wanted to help he could have done it & i know it very well. With the old humiliation bruises in my mind me and my wife stepped out of that office. She was also deeply dissatisfied by the service not rendered. I told her to port the number like what i did. May be she have initiated the process, i didnt talked to her regarding this after that incident.

                        So, here i am marking my deep dissatisfaction once again with your customer support centre functioning in karamana, trivandrum. I share this experience to a number of friends of mine. They suggested me to report this to your office. So consider this as a warning bell since your's is a service sector establishment. If your value this mail feedback do the needful ensuring good executive support (Atleast through good conduct)

                          Dec-2-2017 i requested for airtel broadband connection through airtel website
                          My address:-
                          No.39, ekangipuram, ayanavaram, chennai - 600023.

                          On 5 dec 2017, airtel executive, mobile (+[protected] came to my house and asked me to pay online rs 500/- towards installation charges, which i promptly did by using my debit card. Plus 100rs as service charge for him...

                          On 6 dec 2017, i received a call from field engineer of airtel ph - (+[protected] and he stated that the broadband connection at my location was not possible due to technical reasons. Since airtel is unable to provide broadband connection to my house. Why they informed me before itself. I request that rs 500/- plus 100rs service charge taken as installation charges from me, should be refunded to me. Also could you let me know how do i contact airtel broadband customer care from my non-airtel mobile number?

                            Airtel service in jharkhand area is very worst useless. How can airtel tell a white lie that it's an india's fastest network. No network outside the town no network coverage outside the town. Playing money money games luring us only by there offers taking money and providing worst service. How dare airtel keep shameless mouth to tell a white lie in front of india faking about there worst network to be best and fastest network. I think airtel must get ban in india for false commitments and poor network. Such a # network.

                              A service is activated on my no. [protected] From last 7 years for call rates lowering on a particular no. For which rs. 1 is deducting from last 7 years . After contacting to the customer care they were not responding well. We also visited to the airtel service centre but they said we can't do anything and you should contact to the customer care for this . We are trying to resolve it from customer care from last 3 months. They are providing us some methods but after all trying, We are are not successful .

On december 5th i have paid my bill of rs 601 through phonpe app. The transaction was successful but it showed some error. So i tried again. Again the transaction was done successfully. After that only i checked for my sbi account balance and found that the money was deducted twice and a total of about 1202 rs was reduced.                                 To 6th nov 2017. Before we travelling, called customer care and checked about

                                International roaming. They said it will be 80rs per call and no extra charges.

                                We calculated according to that and used it for 2 or 3 min per day. But the

                                Bill has come 6444rs. Really i don't understand why this much bill amount. When

                                We contact customer care they mentioned, its not for the call its for data

                                Usage but we didn't use data at all on those days. We got the local sim over

                                There and used it for data. If its required we are ready to provide the local

                                Number. Automatically per day package of 649 is activated; there is no

                                Information at all about this package. Requesting to waive this amount and we

                                Are ready to pay the amount for the calls which we used and not for the data.

                                649 daily package needs to be waived off.

                                  Hi all,

                                  I forgot my mpin on my airtel app and i tried to reset the mpin by giving details but sms is not coming and how could i reset mpin.

                                  I called on your customer care number and they are also asking mpin at first.
                                  If i have mpin, then why should i call customer care.

                                  Please do something at the earliest. My cash is in the wallet and i want it back to my account.

                                    I purchase airtel’s rs 495 recharge plan at new sim on 14th oct. That time the plan offer 84 days validity and comes with unlimited calling and the promise of 1gb data per day. Now it's automatically changed it's a type of fraud. When i talk to airtel customer care he told me to talk retailor what plan he given in 495 retailor also told me that was same as that day he recharge.
                                    So how without any pre intimation airtel can change plan for 70 day 1gb
                                    While this rs.448 plan is launch after this rs.495 plan which i taken.
                                    This is complete fraud is going on in airtel.
                                    I taken because of airtel brand but they are making people fool.

They offered me 313 plan n convinced me to recharge but now not activating the plan... N they are deducting my money on daily basis according to 478 plan...
