Airtel has opened airtel payments bank account without my consent, i sent many mails to this company to deactivate my account but no one bothers to deactivate payment bank account instead of help they reply me to use all amount and make zero balance in account and when i tried to nake zero balance the application does not allow
This way the company is looting peoples money to make profits
Because of this account my lpg subsidy is credited to airtel payments bank which dont allow you to transfer money or withdraw full amount
Its cheating, and they should be jailed fraud business
I want my money back and close account
After failed attempts with this cheating company i ported my number to idea but the problem is not solved
The executives are irresponsible and negligent
I want the company to deactivate my airtel payments bank account immediatelys

Dear Sir/Madam

Kindly make a note that till date there is no action taken to close airtel payments bank account, instead of closing account airtel is sending sms to me to use money the airtel paynents bank account
I request you to take serious action on airtel to close the said account

    I am debdas bhattacherjee. I am a part time businessman and want to use the airte money app to recharge and pay bill. I have activated registering my mobile no [protected] an airtel money account after downloading airtel app. My airtel no [protected] is an airtel money no. I have done a trancsaction for rs.100 from it on 6.12.17 and it was successful, but from yesterday no recharge done however there is a balance of rs.190.00. So i request you to solve my problem and to active my account for recharging. Regards..

      I ve wrongly entered the mobile no. While doing online recharge through netbanking for my prepaid number. However when contacted the airtel service they said that it cannot be reverse back. Does this mean that one cannot make a mistake? Ive tried sending msg to 59109 and got a msg to send the details in the following format

      Subscriber number must be 10 digit and transaction id must be between 6 to 10 digits. Please re-send wrr[space]wrong_number[space]transaction_id[space]amount[space]right_number.

      However, till now no response received.

        Sir,
        I am suffering from network problem as i got new 4g sim in november 2017. Stating was great as great network but now there is a problem. It shows no internet connection and also disconnected from internet and provide me 2g or3g network. And also sometime there is no network as i want to call someone. Please solve this matter

          0n 11.11.2017, an excess amount of rs. 100770.00 made to airtel via paytm for fixed line connection number [protected], relationship no. 11747568. (Documents already attached). After discussing the case with airtel support team and submitting all the necessary documents and proof of payment, i was assured the payment would be refunded back within 7 working days w. E. F 11 november 2017. But, after taking several follow ups, issues not resolved. I appreciate if you could refund this payment.

            Respected sir, i have been using your sim from last 18 years, and all my family members. And we were happy. But nowadays we are facing some problem with your company. Whenever i recharge my number with some talktime balance, it get deducted by your company without any reason. And your company's costumercare service is also not giving me any details, and not even solving my problem. I just want to request you to please stop deducting my balance from my number. I hope you will understand my situation and solve the problem. Thank you.

              Dear all,

              In continuation to my further mail the reply sent to me by airtel is attached after the disconnection of my mobiles for four days that they need another 96 hours. However my one number is replying by automated reply that the "you are not dialing a valid no, please check the no. You have dialed. I am using this no from last eight years and how it become invalid no. The back hand team is just of poor engineers and pathetic. I do not know how to deal with these peoples. The 121 and 198 they say to go to store but the manager mr naveen rai at sector 7 ramphal chowk, dwarka, new delhi-110075 over there he left office yesterday on 08/12/2017 at 6.00 pm and stopped picking my phone. So i will not suggest any body to port or buy new numbers of airtel.

              I am very much fed up owith your pathetic services because i requested for de-consolidation and postpaid to prepaid of two no's -[protected] and [protected] from my family plan and de-consolidation is done by you but both the no's are disconnected by you i don't know on what reason and what fault of yours and i am without phone from last three days and even on your complaint no. 198 is unable to lodge complaints and get ticket no for my complaint, they are not ready to lodge my complaint and issue a ticket no. So it is unfortunately a very bad services by the airtel. I visited your store at sector -7 dwarka, ramphal chowk, so many times and did not get any solution for the same. So, i request you to port my no directly from your side and issue us the port code (Mnp code) so that i can port my no's. To some other service provider.

              The same thing is happening at the store i have visited 20 times in three days to the airtel store and spoke to mr. Naveen rai at your store but no solution. He is saying that back hand team is hopeless and only they can solve your problem i van't help you.

              Your services are gone pathetic and poor.

                  I have applied for a new 4g sim against my existing 3g sim on last week of november. It has been more than 10 days i have not received the sim; wherein it was mentioned that ti will be delivered within 4 days from the date of application.in addition, after i have applied for the new sim i have been facing connection issues i. E. Difficulty in calling and call not being connected. Kindly look into the matter seriously as i have been suffering for a long period. Thanks.

                    Hi, my wife moved to bangalore after our marriage and i have initiated the request to change her airtel postpaid from andhra to karnataka.

                    I have initiated the request with airtel customer support and i also went to airtel store last month.

                    Nothing is done so far and i am paying a lot for her outgoing airtel calls. I am ending up paying 1600 per month because of this. I am not sure why it is taking more time just to migrate her postpaid plan to karnataka.

                    I am not happy with the way they respond saying wait for sometime.

                    actually, I wanted to change her plan from Postpaid to prepaid and from Andhra to Karnataka. I went to store last month in Indiranagar Bangalore and I asked them to make this change. I have submitted all the documents they have asked for and they asked me to wait for 90 days. I am not sure why I need to wait for 90 days to make this simple change.

                    And they said if I want to change her plan from Andhra postpaid to Karnataka postpaid, it will be activated in 48 hours, so I did that to avoid extra charges and even this change is not done yet and I am paying a lot for the bill.

                      I am frustrated and want to escalate my point. I have been chasing customer care and instead of resolving my query they are sending me my bill again and again. Even upon calling they are not giving me any information and unable to sort out my problem.

                      I have been charged extravagantly high for data usage on 22 nov when i was abroad. I used mobile internet for few mins just for google maps and i have been shown 545 mb data usage in my bill for that day which is not at all possible. I got a message from airtel that when i am abroad and my usage goes beyond rs 649, international roaming plan will be activated where i have 500 mb of data available, so i intentionally set the data limit on my phone to 450 mb. As per me, i might have used just few mbs.in worst case 450 mb after which mobile data would have been disabled automatically.

                      So i am wrongly charges which is very frustrating. I kept on asking the specific data details from your customer care and they just keep sending me my bill again and again. They are giving stale reply for security reason we cant give specific details which site or app has used that data. It's my usage which anyways airtel can provide to me. If not i cant buy the point that i have used 545 mb data as i have set the data limit on my mobile to 450 mb. Kindly check and resolve this issue asap.

                        I got a message today at 3.39 am that videopindw service has been activated @ rs0.0 for 1day (S). Txn id n[protected], 09dec17 03:39.                         I didn't even opt for this then why this has happened to me?
                        I deactivated the service sent stop sms to deactivate. But it is sending a revert message that stop is an invalid entry???! I want to ask why do you activate any service without customer acceptance. I want my money back.

                          On 14-oct-17, i make a recharge from my airtel app using my debit card. The amount get dedicated from my debit card but the recharge get decline by airtel. I have call in there customer care many times, but still the amount is not credited in my bank account. Poor service. I have all your recording of the conversation with your executive and team leader. I think your bank accounts are running out of money that's why you people didn't refund my amount.
                          Take my money as a donation and make your service good.

                            I have got 3 airtel connection with you. It's third time i am putting my complaint against network problem with wifi and phone network. Please look into it my contact numbers are [protected] for wifi, [protected] for my phone and my wife no [protected] for my wife. If not sorted i have too close it down finally. I already reported my problem twice and still keep paying for it for no no reason but i am not going to tolerate it anymore. Pls let me know if it's not going to be sorted as my wife had already her online exams bcoz of itermet trouble... If not possible pls tell so i can switch to other network available. Thanks and wait for ur response

                              With deep dissatisfaction, I would like to inform that Airtel which brag about it's network connection whether at urban or rural areas, fails to keep its promise. In my area, the internet connection is too poor to open a single page. 3g SERVICE IS NOT UNDER COVERAGE .
                              In my opinion Airtel first should fix the issue regarding the coverage of 3g in semi urban areas then continue upgrading it's network. Many a times we people from this area have complained the matter to the customer care executive but no work has been done yet.
                              Every possible stuffs has been done but the 3g issue is still on it's run.
                              My area description- Place- Kurseong, Pin Code- 734203, State- West Bengal.
                              The other details can be find out through Adhaar card link on my number which has been made.

                              PLEASE KINDLY FIX THE PROBLEM ASAP.
                              If the same continues then I fear I will have to quit Airtel.

                                I am facing lots of issues with my airtel no which is [protected]
                                Issue facing from last 5 month no update from airtel

                                Below issue facing :-

                                1) call drop issue
                                2) cracking voice
                                3) unable to get call from someone, it's says out of coverage or switched off
                                4) unable to use internet

                                Facing issues from last few months 7/8 sr already raised still no response or updated

                                  I ported my sim from reliance to airtel and took a new sim of airtel 4g from the airtel store (Sector 11, panchkula). They took rs. 105/- for porting and issuing new sim. I used that sim in iphone 5s but never received 4g signal. It always showed 3g.
                                  Then i shifted to vivo v7+ and there also it always show h or h+.
                                  I made a recharge of rs. 448.
                                  What does i have to do to receive 4g signal?

                                    Hi,

                                    I am sandeep sanghi. I have taken a sim card postpaid sim of airtel from airtel sales guy's who have come to our office.

                                    He has given post paid sim card with no.[protected], 2-3 days back.

                                    Everyday i am following with them, everyday new person is coming and they are telling the address verification is done ev is

                                    Not yet done. They are keeping on telling some time and promise that the activation will be done.

                                    But utter disgusting thing is that nothing is done till now.

                                    It is most disgusting and disappointing to note that brand like airtel is so disappointing, disgusting, hopeless, irresponsible and carrying careless.

                                    Please resolve the matter immediately and activate the sim in next one hour or the complaint will be escalated to regulatory bodies and higher ups.

                                      I recharged my airtel mobile number -[protected] with 120 rupees on 4/12/17 which gives a balance of whole 120 rupees without any tax deduction. Suddenly a whole lot of messages came, of packs getting activated such as MAZAA TV, EROS NOW, ERO VIDEOS, ONLINE MOBILE GAMING & SUPER STORE deducting rupees of 5 and some even of 35, again and again, making my balance go down to only rupees 4. I was shocked as I have never taken any interest in these types of packs or even got any keen interested in them. At the same day, I called 121 to talk to the airtel customer executive service to deactivate these packs and get my recharge money back. The process is very painful to get to talk to the airtel executive but at last when the option came and I chose it, the call got cut showing 'INVALID NUMBER'. I tried twice that day going through the same painful procedure but got the same sad result. A day passed, I tried again with the same painful procedure and again received the same INVALID NUMBER coming on the screen after choosing the option to talk to the executive. Another day passed and (on 6/12/17) I was very disappointed with the airtel service yet I made a call as a last try. This time the call was received by a guy and I got relieved and quickly told him my problem. I got to know that there 17 packs activated to my number of which I have never heard before. I was shocked and told him to deactivate them all and refund my recharge money. But he told me that he has the authority of just deactivating those packs and in order to get the lost recharged money back I needed to contact them after 24 hours of deduction of the money. I was furious and narrated him my whole story, that I tried to contact them as soon as possible through the painful long procedure, being calm as possible but got no justice and he rudely cut the call while I kept talking. I feel helpless and scammed. My money got stolen and the only opportunity to get it back (by getting my complaint noted within 24 hours) was smartly taken away. This feels as same as like my money has got stolen from my pocket. I request the refund of my rupees 116.

                                        I have requested to activate basis services on my new Airtel number but until now there s no response from Airtel. Horrible service ..they have trained executive who like automated machine keep repeating that we will get back to you but nobody gets back.now it's more than 20 days even tired calling them.

                                        Airtel executive don't respond back to customers.
                                        They hardly understand the customer queries.
                                        They have such big name .still just to compete they giving smaller packs but customer service sucks.
