I had submitted a request for closure of my broad band wi-fi service associated with the land line no. 45024714, installed at my residence : flat no. 251, sangam apartments, zone-h-4/5, pitam pura, delhi-110034, on 7th dec. 2017 at around 07:30-8:00 hrs. Requesting for closure of the connection w. E. F.[protected] positively as i had to move out of country for a period till 1st april 2018. Probably one mr. Altamas was on line who recorded the request. On my specific request only he disclosed his identity with a conversation id too which i don't remember now and being out of country, can't even find out and mention here again.
But i observed the service was still working till 10:30 am the next morning on 8th dec. 2017. Now today itself i have received an e-mail intimating the bill generation in respect of my wi-fi connection.
Being out of country i can't even confirm whether the service has actually been discontinued till now or not.
It is requested that please do confirm about the closure of connection or execute the instruction with immediate effect and confirm by return mail.
Also i had requested for discontinuation of the "auto debit of the due bill every month from my credit card" feature with immediate effect. But thanks to the worst most working of your voice interactive response system of working, which otherwise requires more than half hour at least to finish a task, the person handling my call, didn't confirm anything about that even.
Being out of country presently, i can't even check and confirm at my own about the service being still continuing or not and as per prevailing instructions whether the next due proportionately (Part) or full bill shall be deducted from my credit card account.
May i now expect that being fair in dealing i shall get the response after the needful done and confirmation of discontinuation of auto debit of the bills in future?
If executed immediately (If not done so till date), properly and confirmed to the effect, i may again like to get the service restored, on my return to india some time in april 2018, else i may reconsider to have similar services from another service provider.

    I know about the status of my complaint against bharti airtel customers service submitted on 4th dec, 2017 regarding long pending of my port request.
    My original complain as below:
    "i have applied for port to airtel of my reliance no. [protected] on 30th oct, 2017. My upc code is es844561 as sent to me several time via sms. But my port is rejected numbers of times, reason shown upc mis-matched. I have communicated several times to airtel customer centre at nagaon, assam, india. But in every visit no satisfactory reply found only informed me that it is rejected. Previous network r.com already closed. Suffering lots as i have been using it since 2005."

      As on the airtel website, the promised speed of broadband plan of 899rupees is 40mbps, and I am receiving speed of 16mbps. I have complained to them regarding this issue but everytime I complain them, they say "There is still no technology in my area". I don't get this I live in Dwarka which is a posh area and I am sure there might be a huge consumer base of Airtel Broadband here. They just don't want to provide the service. I request you to atleast confirm a date of when that "Technology" would be available.

        I am facing network issue since last three months. My complaint numbers are
        79168081
        81389210.

        mobile numbers([protected], [protected], [protected])
        When i call customer care, they give false promise for resolution. But the thing is, I am waiting for the resolution and till date i am not getting any updates from their end. Without using Airtel service i am simply paying my bill on time. Today(10/12/2017 at around 10:15pm) when i called and asked about the status and informed that i am going to disconnect the service, one gentleman simply say 'your wish!!!' and the tone he was using while talking with a customer. So shameless persons in customer service. They are not even in mood to listen to customer and give gentle answers. When i called 515 i simple get one sms "Dear Customer, you tried to reach us regarding the n/w complaint for your mobile number. Your service request is already in progress...". But how long???? Its been a month.

        How can you claim that you are the fastest network in the Country? You should have some shame while deceiving the customers this way!

        My question is when i am unable to user Airtel service why I am paying bills for all three numbers and on time???

        I will disconnect this services asap if not resolved and will take strong action by porting all my employees numbers to other services and write about your irresponsibility and the way you cheat customers in social sites and articles.

        Please dont think it as a kind of threat or blackmail, you(airtel) have given lot of troubles to me.

          Hi, I make a recharge of Rs 7 from airtel.in, the site is reflecting make a rc of 7 get Loc+std call at 30p/min for 27 days after reviewing this pack i recharged (through airtel.in).
          Successfully recharged i relieved a msg from airtel that " Enjoy all loc+ std at 30p/min with 1st 90 sec of day @2p/sec."
          I want to know why this hidden price is not reflecting on the website.
          Airtel making customers fool.

            My number was changed from airtel prepaid to post paid on 12th oct 2017.
            Since then their records show the number change, but whenever i have tried to log in and make payments or check my bill, the website responds"please type a valid post paid number".
            Inspite of repeated calls to airtel 121 and [protected], whi incidently ask for 24-48 hours to resolve the problem, the problem remain as on 10th december.
            No one can put me on to someone who can resolve this issue

              I had changed my operator from reliance to you and i visited your airtel express store in jayanagar 9th block, bangalore. They collected cash of rs.500/- and issued me a sim card bearing no;[protected]u. They did not issue any receipt. They only promised me that once the line is activated the prepaid plan will be activated and amount credited. I find that still my balance is shown is 0-they told me that was the minimum plan. What happened to the amount paid by me since the cost of 4g sim is rs5 only as printed in the cover. Where is the balance rs.495 gone. Kindly investigate and credit the amount in my account immediately, otherwise i shall be constrained to report to trai and other authorities. I was under the impression that themuch advertised plan of rs.478 for 70 days will be applicable to my case

              one rajkumar sharma from no:[protected] got in touch with me today morning and said he will refund a sum of rs.400 and wanted to know my bank account details, but i refused to share the details with him.i told him that i will be lodging a police complaint against him.Airtel should intitiate action.what is happening in this company?

                I have the following complaint against airtel :

                I travelled to the uk between the 28th oct and the 10 nov 2017. I had enabled ir services for 150 rs and was aware that if i make or receive calls or use data, the charges will be extra. Hence i had switched off the data and made sure i never make any calls or receive any calls during my trip.

                This month i received a bill of 6473.42 inr when normally my bill is around 1100 inr. Since i was sure i did not make any calls nor use any data on my trip (I had switched off data before boarding the flight, and used skype to make all my calls in uk) i checked my bill and found out that :

                1. I was billed 4543 inr for international roaming @ 649 unlimited incoming - 1 day pack nrc on 28th, 29th, 31st oct and 1st, 2nd, 4th, 09th nov and the associated gst rates.
                2. In the itemized statement under international roaming i had some charges for mobile internet. This is not possible because my data was not on during the whole trip.
                3. No other charges were visible to justify the activation of the 1 day pack.

                I made a call to the customer care and informed them that i did not make any calls to justify this activation. They said they will look into the matter and get back to me.

                Today i received a call from airtel to tell me :

                1. These charges are justified and they are because i “supposedly sent sms during my trip. When i asked darren (The escalation manager) for the details, he sent me a new invoice to my email.
                2. The new invoice now had some sms details under international roaming – 2. B sms which was not there in the initial invoice
                3. A new line item was added : outgoing call – voice on 29th oct, the number was no_cli for 00:55 and 0 pulse.
                4. I checked all the numbers under this list and all of them are spam numbers according to trucaller.

                These are the discrepancy i noticed :
                1. The bill sent by the escalation manager and the bill i received initially are different
                2. The numbers mentioned as sms are to spam numbers that nobody would message.
                3. I see sms sent on 6th 7th 8th nov in the new invoice, but i don’t see any 1-day pack activation for those days. Which shows clearly that there is something wrong in the billing and that airtel has made some changes with do not seem logic.
                4. I am 100 % sure i did not send or receive any calls, that i did not use any data (It was switched off) and that i did not send any sms, still these charges appear suddenly like magic after i probe the customer care.

                In order to move forward, i asked them :
                1. The raw logs which show what sms was sent to these numbers if at all they were sent.
                2. The raw logs which show what sites where accessed using the mobile data.
                3. A mail from airtel explaining why there was a discrepancy in the original invoice and the new invoice.

                Now i got another call from them stating the issue is with data usage not sms.

                I have escalated the issue to their nodal officer for the following reasons :

                1. The daily pack was activated on different days, they did not even send me a mail or sms to inform me of this activation.
                2. They are billing me for internet usage. And saying there is no data to prove it but that it is valid. I am saying i did not use it. I asked that they share with me the logs so that we are clear on if any website or application was accessed during this time.
                3. I spoke to 3 different people in their company who gave 3 different reasons for the charges (1. They said it was calls i made, 2. They said i sent sms. 3. They said it was data i used.) and i have received 2 contradictory invoices for the same period.

                Without any explanations they want me to pay nearly 7k worth invoice.

                  I t. S. Dharurkar. Complainant hereby placing the misleading by you'r representative. I had asked in nov 2017 for "prepaid mobile connection at the airtel outlet tilak road pune maharashtra. After discussion with the customer representative named viajanath he agreed to give me as per my requirement prepaid connection & i paid 250/- rs. For the said connection.. After which he gave me simcard for mob. No.[protected] & activated the sim. After receiving intimation about bill from your office i approach to mr. Viajanath for the sms of bill, he toid me that your connection is postpaid & not prepaid. Also he asked me to deposit bill amount 269.00 as charges of postpaid bill. I deposited the bill amount rs. 270/-cash in the same shop, for which i have received sms for receipt no[protected] dated 10/12/2017. So the representative deceive me at the time of connection. You can pl see the cctv footage. I want to disconnect this airtel connection immediate. Pl resolve the issue otherwise i have to approach cosu. Forum. Dharurkar t. S ba. Llb, advocate.

                    For the past 3 months, Airtel postpaid plan has been charging me for some international SMS to the above number that i have never done. Just last month they have charged Rs 60 plus tax for the 12 SMS international which they are claiming that I did. This is totally unaceptable. When I called, they are not even waiving this charge.
                    Not only this to my other child number which is not even a smart phone, they have charged Rs. 150 plus tax Rs 30 X 15 for some Videopindw service which they say, I signed up for which I am not even aware of what that service is for, leave alone me opting for it. Airtel has started making so much fraud for compensating for JIO loss.

                      I am very much fed up with your pathetic services because i requested for migration of postpaid to prepaid of my number [protected] the no is disconnected by you i don't know on what reason, i am without phone from last nine days, i even got a complaint number cfewk[protected], but no one is trying to resolve it so it is unfortunately a very bad services by the airtel. I visited your store at harshalayout, kengeri, bangalore so many times and did not get any solution for the same.

                      The same thing is happening at the store i have visited 5 times in three days to the airtel store and spoke to the manager at your store but no solution. He is saying that back hand team is hopeless and only they can solve your problem. But i had no result.

                      Your services has gone pathetic and poor.

                      I was a loyal customer from the last 6 years, but this situation has really made me against the network. Now im really starting to dislike the service. I need an answer for it, when can that be resolved.

                        I need a puk2 code for my number... Out going calls are blocked... And i don't have any idea about the puk2 code i need to know what it is and i need to know the code to unblock my outgoing calls for my number...                           sim stopped working and showing no signal nothing working

                          My mobile no is [protected]. I have ported successfully from tata docomo into airtel. I was using airtel network successfully from 10 to 15 days. But on 8 th of december my sim card stopped working it showed no signal. So i checked my mobile sim slots but there was no mistake. My both sim slots were working fine. So i thought there must be a sim mistake. So i contacted customer care but they said everything is ok and your connection is active...

                          My airtel number [protected] has been suddenly stopped working, it has been dead from yesterday i. E. 9-dec-2017. I am unable to contact airtel customer care also. Please activate my sim again. This number is important to me as it is associated with my all transaction and interactions. I have been using this airtel connection from 3 years. Please take action as soon as possible.

                            My mother (Phone number [protected]) is being charged rs 30 every week for some services that she never subscribed to. Specifically videopindw. I am not sure how many times she was charged but at least rs 60 or 90 has been charged (Rs 30 each week).

                            The final one was charged on:
                            Sunday dec 3rd 8:01 am
                            But it was also charged for the two sundays before that.

                            Please reverse these activation charges and also stop activating any add-on service without the customers confirmation!

                            There has been absolutely no response to this complaint and it appears the Rs30 is still being deducted per week.
                            Please take action immediately. This is daylight robbery.

                              A fraud online transaction was done infavour of airtelbilldesk mumbai on 10.11.2017 through my sbi card [protected]. Kindly refund the amount tome. Airtelbank has seized the account no [protected] in which amount had been transfered. We have sent mails to sbicard officials to resolve the matter as soon as possible but after one month no solution came.

                                With due respect and stated that i am a member of cisf of the ministry of home affires. Before minimum 15 years me and my family using airtel sim card. But there i found a serious problem with bad connection of network which is suffering me, my family also my village members.. For that i could not contact with my family, friends properly. As a force member i request to vodafone network authority that please resolve bad connection of network because we could not able to talk and use 3g/4g net with proper in our area please agrant my request for all member of villages, friends, my family and me. I need to talk with my family at any time. Your action will be good for us. Thanking you

                                With due respect and stated that I am a member of CISF of the Ministry of Home Affires.Before minimum 15 years Me and My family using Airtel Sim Card.But there I found a serious problem with bad connection of network which is suffering me, My family also my Village Members..For that I could not contact with my family, Friends properly.As a force member I request to Airtel network Authority that Please resolve bad connection of network because we could not able to talk and use 3g/4g net with proper in our Area please agrant my request for all member of villages, Friends, My family and me.I need to talk with my family at any time.Your action will be good for us.Thanking you

                                  Unable to recharge after converting from postpaid to prepaid.
                                  It's very disappointing that after using airtel for so many years, i am getting this treatment from this branded company.
                                  Due to this issue i cannot call customer care also. I am stuck as i need this number and cannot lose it. Cannot use portability option also as i cannot send message.

                                    I switched my number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid one an half month ago, after that i can't recharge my number with any amount, i complaint on your customer care and visited your airtel outlets numbers of time also change the sim card twice but couldn't get any solution till date, i am sending this mail considering my last attempt for resolution from you, if i cant get reply from you within 7 days i port my number to any other mobile operator including my other two airtel numbers and my dth also

                                      Dear team,
                                      I have a number of [protected], for this number due to network issues and costing issue i want to move from airtel to other network for that i have given port request on 23-oct-17 for that i got a call from airtel customer care & they checked the reason for port then i have given above mentioned reasons for that they have given a offer of 399 for unlimited calls and data for 3months then immediately i have recharged with 399/rs but i got only 1month benefit instead of 3months, immediately i called to 198regarding this & they told me to wait for 48-76hrs for benefit addition but it was not happen.
                                      I have called more then 5times to customer care but there is no response from airtel.
                                      Giving wring committements is a cheating of customer for this i need the proper solution

                                      I have given complaint for network issue from last 4months but as of now there is no resolution from airtel, i need the solution on this
                                      Due to this issue i have faced so many calling issues with this
                                      Airtel has to pay the penalty for this.
