Sir, yesterday i complaint in your office located at perambur about stopping of net in my cell no[protected]. They have also sent a message to 1925 to stop & told me that i will receive msg from your office with an hour. But even after 8 hrs i have not received any reply. Again i have sent a msg at 09.29 pm regarding the subject matter. To this i have received no keyword found msg. I do'nt understand how a village or illiterate people can get their problems with their cell phone could solve. Pl reply this complaint.

Sir, even to-day I went to your airtel office at Paper Mills rd, Perambur for confirmation regarding stopping of NET in my mobile.This time they have sent a msg to 1909 for the above complaint & the registration No is [protected].Then just at 1.06 hrs I reced a msg stating that my mobile is already registered for the fully blocked category in NDNC registry. What is this NDNC registry? How do public know about NDNC registry. When I will get the confirmation that my complaint has been carried out & no NET charge will be charged henceforth?. I am really sorry to say the administration part of airtel has gone very low. No body wants to take pain.Every one says come afterwards or you will get msg after some time.To stop this NET in my mobile I have visited your office four time. I am a retired army person(senior citizen). Then imagine the state of your office at perambur. I am sorry to say this.
What is this ..it's is fraud or what
I have reached 399 it's for 70 days ...But now I got message that my pack will be expired in 2 days ..within 35 days my pack validity will be end...it's 70 days back

    My internet has everyday after 10 pm not working its‚ problem is only for [protected] my brothers net is working but my net not woking on same time. I have recharge 498 but no benefit get to mi. This issue i think fraud doing airtel with customers. I see from 4 day net is not working after 10 pm but in the network its see h+ and net is not surfing anything. Pls don't use airtel. My prevouse was recharge vodafone its so better than airtel

        My name is roopa, my mobile number is#8*04, my sim is inactive, it is a prepaid card, i have been using this number long time... Suddenly from september month onwards the airtel sim network is not active, when i tried to call it says as this service is not active. I was in usa for short time and i'm now back... I need the sim to be active for banking and other transactions. I have sent more emails to airtel customer care before, no replies... Kindly do the needful. I want to use this same sim and same number. Kindly active the same asap...

        Also i have been debited as international roaming charges as 99 rupees even though the sim is inactive,. I want this to be credited back as well. If i have receive the reply, i'm forced to contact the consumer court!!!

            While recharging on paytm, i entered the wrong number and recharged 2000. On querying paytm, they said to contact operator with the operator reference number (Transaction id mentioned below). Please help me reverse the amount. I have also tried 'wrc (Wrongno) (Transid) (Amt) (Correctno)' send to 59109 message. It responded as no keyword found.

            Both the numbers are mine only.

            I tried reaching for customer care executive through every number i could find on the internet for airtel customer care. (121, 198) none of them could give me any option for speaking with a human.

              I have been continuously mailing to airtel customer care from the months of september 2017. But my problem still exists.
              And everytime they give me a complain no.
              I am still not able to receive incoming calls and also not able to calls 121 nor on 198.
              When they call me they always calls me on my alternate number or when i am in my home network.

                Airtel has deducted charges so many times. Recently they deducted whatsmob service activate charge which i don't even know. Called up customer care they said user must have click on pop up and immedietly reversed the charges. Airtel is totally fraud company. They don't have ethics. If they don't know about the service how can they reverse the amount within seconds. It happened with me 4-5 times. They have looted us all these years. Now, jio has teaching them lesson.

                    Videopindw service has been activated and money deducted without any prior info & acceptance from customer. It is auto renewed service too. Deducted rs 15 and activated for 3 days. Txn id n[protected]. It's loot. I want my money back & strict action against this fraudulent act of airtel mobile services.

                    Another such service has been activated today i. E. On 6th december 2017. Classyandglamvideos at rs 5 per day. Again it's auto renewed service. Has been activated without any approval. Really pathetic. Need to take strict action against bharati airtel limited for such loot.

                    Total loss of rs 20. But more than money it's against company monopoly and indecent activities or in short loot.

                    CLASSYANDGLAMVIDEOS service has bees activated on my airtel connection and deducted INR 99 from my balance. I just deactivated this service. Airtel is looting their customers.

                      I want to say that from 10 nov i ok the 3g balance in my offer of airtel. From every sunday 49 rupees deducted from my main account balance. Without my permission pack was renewed and rupees deducted from my main account balance. I also checked that no service is active. At the last i want to say that stop this deduction of rupees from my main account i would be grateful to you.

                        I have a post paid airtel number and i got my international roaming started on the same and got 10 days pack activated for australia. Its been three days i am in australia and i can only receive incoming calls. I am not able to make out going calls. I have called india airtel service from australia 10 times and all they have to say is that they can not access my account and it will take 24hrs. Now its been 3 days and after endless isd calls from me no solution has been done. I have gone through lot of inconvenience and have lost lot of money and business because of non working of my cell and because o[censored]nprofessional attitude of airtel employees. I have spoken to airtel customer service endless time and all of them are clue less. I will certainly file a case in consumer forum. I am highly disappointed in airtel services and i am a very unsatisfied customer and will change airtel once i am back to india.

                            I purchased airtel on 11-sep with modem sim number [protected]. This modem gave average acceptable/browseable speed of atleast 100kbs atleast in the first month (1-2mbps was mentioned and shown during sales though). After the first month, airtel people kept reducing the speed month by month and now it is much worse having too much issue with the speed. And their reduced speed is in 2kbps range only and so modem became worthless now.

                            I am summarizing all kinds of issues below which i have been facing everyday and i have all screenshots proof for each issue (Samples attached) and it can be sent along with this case registration.

                            1. When clicking on a link like in a mail, it starts opening but then it stops without opening the clicked link. And so i had to keep clicking the link multiple times till modem starts getting signal again and then responds to that click
                            2. Page cannot be displayed issue
                            3. Page keeps loading and i need to refresh the page or switch on
                            4. With the crap speed of airtel, essential websites like google mail, yahoo mail, netbanking nothing opens. I have to try moving the modem here and there, switch it on/off etc till it does something but noting works. For 2 mins of work, will it be acceptable to waste hours and hours like this.
                            5. And top of it, it is highly intolerable when they neglect a response to this issue when i sent 2 mails to their customer support [protected]@airtel on 12nov & 27nov (This is why they take advance payment safely so that they can ignore responses silently).
                            6. Modem is at the same location but wondering how come the speed is reducing month by month.

                            It is a clear fraud and intentionally being done by airtel at the background inorder to restrict the data usage and so such saved data stolen from existing customers goes to new customers to make more business. With that understanding and headache over speed issues, there is no way they can or they will want to fix this.

                            As part of resolving this issue, i am needing my advance payment refunded after pro-rated calculation according to the way this modem worked and how their speed was (Airtel kept reducing the speed after first month onwards). They can take the full payment in sep (Good speed), half payment in oct, 1/3 in nov, dec. Not much to the surprise, nov & dec are the worst as they can see my reduced data usage for nov & dec because they made the speed in such a way browsing cannot be done and so data is saved for them. Good business fraud tactic.

                            Since Friday and Saturday, I have been trying to do a simple thing of bill payment on internet banking. As you can see the attached screenshot again from Saturday attempts, the banking site and even google.com/yahoo mail sites were not opening. If the modem is not good enough for such sites, then what it is good for and why did we pay the amount in advance for 6 months as per their plan, so that they can cheat?

                            There is no point in waiting for airtel's customer support response as I have already dropped this concern two times but they didnt respond or fix at all. I would like this to be escalated further for their attention for closing the plan only. I am sure they will not want to fix this permanently even if they do so, it will work for 1 week only and again they will cut the speed intentionally. Having said that I am interested in cancelling my plan only and get my amount refunded after the pro-rated calculation per month so far and based on their worthness of the modem as explained above. Pls do the needful so that airtel dont screw every other customer like this as they must have been doing so for long time.

                                    I am navdeep singh from punjab using the airtel mobile number [[protected]] since last 1 and half years and i want to port out my airtel no. But whenever i am sending sms (Port [[protected]] to 1900) for generating upc (Unique porting code) they are not providing me the upc code, after that many times i. E more than hundreds of times i called up customer care and did not get any response they are just receiving the call asking the name and saying pls stay on line i we r checking and keeping the call on hold for sometime and after that disconnecting the call.. I dont know what to do now?? Any one can tell me if there is any other way to get the upc code please???, being harrashed from this i think airtel is very worst in this market and a no.1 cheater deducting money from customers fraudly, i am not ready for any kind counciling. All that i need is just a upc code. If i dont get that in a day or 2. I am going to throw this sim and will go for a new sim and also i will tell whoever using airtel in my home (9 people) and all my friends circle to stop using airtel and throw it in dustbin by breaking airtel sims. And move to bsnl.

                                    Hence, it 's my request to trai and india governments that please take some necessary actions against those operators who is not sending porting code to their customers after deducting money for the same sms and for that they must be charged a heavy penality so that they can be taught a lession, if any kind of informations required from me please do contact me on [[protected]].

                                      I have recharged my no. [protected] on 19 nov. For 169/- with the pack o[censored]nlimited all local+std calls and 500mb 4g/3g data/day on your new 4g handset. Valid for 28 days. Also, i have 7.68/- on my account but still i am not able to call anywhere and unable to use data pack as well. This issue occurs since 3 dec. I have contacted customer care but still it seems there is no progress. Kindly look into it.

                                        Sir,

                                        I have a plan of 49 rs per month with 2 gb data per month and 180 minutes in total.
                                        Last month i did not use the total quantity of data and talktime still airtel has charged me extra amount of rupees.

                                        I called them but they told that there are other usage. Means i do not under stand i have not used it for any other purpose still they charged me with extra money.

                                        Airtel wants me to pay a bill of 696.54 rs. Airtel has incurred charges of 576.3 under other usages. But i don't what are the other usage neither they are telling me as i have not used for anyother purpose.
                                        Usage over package is "zero: means i have not used extra data nor extra talktime than why they have charged me more and that too 576.3 rs.

                                        Waiting for my issue to be addressed and solved.
