I have raised a complaint to airtel for the issue of no network in multipler areas. First complaint (Ref no[protected] was raised on 27 november 2017 (The reason complaint ould not be lodged earlier was everytime we called the custoemr care there was always some issue with their sytem and they could not register the complaint). Second complaint was lodged on 28 nov 2017 (Ref no.[protected]. We raised third complaint also from my secondary airtel number on 3 dec 2017.
Whenever we are asking the customer support they just say that the network team is working. If we are paying for the network and we are not getting services and response at the same time then sir kindly help me out as i have been facing the issue and it is troubling me in working also as i am not able to contact my office colleague since i work from home and it is affecting me financially.
At the same time they are advertising for such a great network in remote location when their network is not even available in metropolitan city like capital of india

as per airtel my first registered complaint was logged on 2 sep 2017 which is still un resolved.
Kindly help me in same as such subjective answers leads to nothing.

    Without any reason my mobile number [protected] was goes out of service and deleted from airtel network system without any reason. I contacted nearby airtel customer care office & they people not properly answer and said they can't do anything...!! So kindly reply & satisfactory answer to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com as soon as possible..!!

      Whatsmob service has been activated on my airtel number [protected] without my consent or permission. This is the problem we prefer to maintain low balance in the main bala]nce account because as soon as you recharge one or other sevices get active automatically and then keep on ringing the customer care plus they only advertise on the customer care cell and there is no direct complaint no. On which one can talk to their representative not even 198.
      Please refund my rs. 150 balance asap.

        I have converted my numer ([protected]) from postpaid to prepaid 1 weeks before, but after that i am not able to recharge. I visited airtel store many times may be more than 10 times. Everytime airtel person s are saying they are sending email to their respective team but why they are not resolving he is also not aware.
        I am totally helpless. Since i am using this number since years so i can't change this number also. I cannot believe that airtel is providing so cheap service.
        Please look into this in priority.

          My number got deactivated suddenly. No prior communication to me before deactivation. My personal details are linked to the mobile and have been put into a bad situation because of this.

          When contacted airtel office they say they dont know. It just says deactivated.

          When asked how to activate it back again? The answer is dont know.

          When contracts customer, they said they cant do anything only office can do.
          I vented out my anger, and csr stopped connecting the call for further clarification.

              On monday 4th december i have submitted the migration application from post paid to prepaid. They have cancelled all post paid connection on tuesday, but not ready to give connection to prepaid after 4 days also, today is friday after continues follow up and two escalation still i don't have any solutions, still i have not got my airtel prepaid connections/

              My number [protected] is having signal problem and frequent call disruption. I will be porting this number shortly unless I see any usefulness of airtel connection
              As you say Airtel is India's fastest Internet but I have phasing problems and I think it is indias worst network. It shows full range but the Internet speed is 2 kb / 3 kb and this is 4g speed. I am not able to search any thing for school studies.
              Plzz resolve it.
              Airtel has blocked my number [protected] without any valid reason, even after sim Swipe my number not restored yet.
              They aren't replying me over email or through customs care.

                This is highly undesirable from the company like airtel, i bought a post paid connection no [protected] on september, due to some reason i had to surrender the connection after surrendering the no, i got a call by the company to pay the unpaid amount which was around 1050 and i tried to pay the same online, but as the no was surrendered i couldn't pay online, i asked the person to collect the payment from my office after calling almost ten time to locate my office and making me wait for long at office the person didn't came around one week later today on 8/12/2017 without any intimation someone called vikki shaw (Who says i am not from airtel but i am authorized to come to your home) no [protected] comes to my home when my mom is alone at home and almost threatens to pay 1391 which almost 350 rs higher then my bill and says he will only leave once my mom pays the bill.

                We felt like a criminal and as we have done any fraud to airtel, i will definitely take this matter to the higher authorities as this is about our security and it is against the public safety, if i would have denied to pay the money the company could have taken the step, but it was not like that.

                My plan is Rs.299/-, Iam in algeria, i cannot use internet & calls also . But every month airtel is putting more charges in bills, it is purely cheating.how dare air tel put unnecessary amount in my bill without my knowledge.This is not at all acceptable. i need to take action against airtel.last 8 months they are putting these type of bills, when i approach them to get a postpaid card. airtel told that payment every month Rs.299 only i aslo beleive and got the connection. now iam even algeria also without using they are putting more money in their monthly bill. when i make complaint also there is no response.

                From last 1 month I am facing problem...In the day time whenever i call from my airtel number, it gets cancelled by itself. Even others cannot call to my number. In same location other airtel numbers are working fine.

                  This is very bad.
                  Please don't make fake promises and offer to customer. They have to suffer a lot

                    I have ever seen such a worst network ever. Its going to be one month now, still i'm not able to activate my prepaid number.. Airtel network registered many uncountable complaints, but everything is closed without providing the exact reason.. And whenever i ask about complaint action status, it will be always "technical error". Is there any team not working in technical side.. Now what is the next step to recharge my mobile number.

                      I am raising this concern regarding my mobile no : [protected]. I had downgraded my plan in oct. Before the downgrade there was a data balance of 74.21 gb for the previous month in my account. It was reflecting in my account till 6th nov 2017 which was later lapsed & removed from my account.

                      I have raised a concern with airtel cc / nodal / appellate who was unable to provide appropriate resolution. While i speak to airtel team they confirms that data carry forward will be forfeited if bill plan is downgraded.

                      My concern is while plan was downgraded by airtel team member they have not informed about the lapse of previous month data. They should have informed me about the same.

                      My request is to get the data of 74.21 gb for the previous month credited to my account.

                        My airtel prepaid no [protected]. I recharged for 199 pack which includes unlimited calls and 1gb data per day for 28days as sms from airtel received. Recharged on 2/12/17 at 8:28pm which was successful transid is[protected] but this pack is not active. Calls, data, sms etc charged till now. Kindly activate the pack or return the amount. Recharge was done using my airtel app and davit card.

                          I have been a subscriber of airtel no [protected] for a decade almost with a nice relationship with airtel family. I regularly recharge with rs 648 which expired yesterday for which i tried to recharge as usual using my airtel app at around 3 pm yesterday using my u co bank rupay card.. The first attempt failed for some technical failure from your end. So i tried for the second time which was a failure too. The recharge was not done. Suddenlt i got messages from my bank that the amount has been deducted twice. Where did yhe money go? I contacted the bank branch and they intimated tbat it has been paid to airtel gurgaon.. Please my money rs 1296.. Please.. Iam sending the bank messages

                            My monthly mobile bill is rs 236. Suddenly i have been given a bill of rs 955. This came about when when my data was cut off after 10 days and i needed it to contact my you broadband service. I was never given the data that lasted for a month. A lady in airtel said i have to pay rs 300 so that my data can restart and since i had an emergency i said okay. And then a bill of rs 955 was thrust upon me. One kaushal of airtel relationship team assured me that i need not pay this bill and on dec 8, 2017 i would be getting a bill of rs 236 which is my usual bill and i only need to pay that. I have a audio recording of this conversation. Yet i was harassed contiguously withsmses in thousands forcing me to pay the bill. This is unfair trade practice. I have sent a mail surrendering my airtel connection immediately. Please do that immediately.

                              I want to bring to your notice that saddam - ‭[protected]‬ and siddu - ‭[protected]‬ have promised 16mbps broadband speed in our area (Rustum bagh, bangalore) and took money for 3 months. Its been more than 3 weeks and the speed is yet to upgrade beyond 2mbps.

                              When i called customer care, they informed that new lines are being laid and no timeline can be committed for the speed upgradation.

                              I felt cheated by the false promises of airtel sales personnel mentioned above. I have requested for service cancellation and requested for full refund. But only partial refund is being given.

                              I urge airtel not to promise what they cant deliver and spare other people of the misery i went through the followups and calls.

                              Airtel is number 1 in poor service and not in speed as they claim...

                                I went to airtel customer releationship center at tumkur on 18 november for prepaid to postpaid conversion, they didn't accept the request mentioning that photo is not good. Again we went on 2nd december, initially declined to take request mentioning that they don't take request on saturday, after long discussion they took photo and aadhar as proof. We paid 25 rs and took sim card from here. They mentioned that within 2 days conversion will be done, but till now it is not at processed. It looks like they are intentionally not accepting for conversion. This is not acceptable the way customer is treated. Please take action on the center and convert from pre-paid to post - paid

                                  I have ported my number from airtel postpaid to reliance jio, it has been 4 days my number is activated in jio, but airtel hasn't disconnected my number even after complaining 3 times to customer support. Fed up from airtel. My number is activated in both the compaines. Jio is ok with their part, problems are with airtel, i dont know why they are not resolving my issue

                                    Dear team,
                                    Actually 250 data plan suddenly activated in september in my airtel app, i have informed to airtel customer care, he will be also cleared at time of september with complaint, but again showing in my bill next month again i am doing call to toll free he is again doing again lock complaint again close the request, and again also repeatedly showing in my bills again and again i am not satisfied in airtel service
                                    Actually this time call to toll free her chaithanya she says 1000 wave of from ur bill
                                    Still not cleared
                                    What is ur problem kindly clarify.

                                      I'm one of your customer using no [protected] where my offer is i can used 10 gb per month data however plan is automatically changed by your company and i don't have info about this and they have charged extra amout in my billable last 2 last month and when intalked to customer service executive he again agreed to give 10 gb and remove my extra charges of this. But again in next month they again charged extra amout for internet and they dissconnect the no. And barred my outgoing call and as well as incoming call. I've a small business and this no. Is important to me because of no. Off i felt lots of problem not follow up with any one my client as result this is hamper my business.
                                      I'm ready to pay my bill but not extra amout so my humble request to take this serious and start my no. On priority.

                                        I requested for postpaid to prepaid conversion on 5th dec. I got prepaid sim from store (Brookfield, bangalore).in evening, postpaid sim stopped working. I inserted prepaid sim but didnt get any network on my phone. I restarted phone several times but nothing worked. On 6th dec, store guy told it will take 24hours to get it resolved. On 7th dec (Today) he replaced the sim. But still no signal on my mobile. I am out of service from last 48 hours. No response from airtel. Also, dialing 121 or 198 from other phones is waste as there is no option to contact executive.
