recharged on this but not transferred to dish provider account

I recharged 350/- on 24-11-17, transanction done msg came with bill, but according dish tv, no recharged is on that nor till now credited. Both side contacted so many times on mail or voice. Sir i am helpless in this matter, their responses are not satisfactory to my query. Perhaps i suffered a fraud case as others. Trans id[protected]

my number always in not reachable

My phone number always saying not reachable. I am not getting any calls in my number. I phone number is [protected]/4g sim.
Please solve this problem. I am facing this problem in last two weeks. I am restart my phone many times but this problem was not solved. Immediately solve this problem. Otherwise i am going to change my network. All type signal is getting to my number but also it saying not reachable. Check the problem.....

broadband speed never more than 3 mbps for a 40mbps connection

Not sure how this mail is processed. I am writing this as a last resort. Probably a mail bot will send me an auto response.

Firtly, i have a 40mbps vdsl broadband connection but this connection is supported by airtel 4g hotspot from my phone!!! Ironic.

- ever since airtel shifted to vdsl, the consistency and reliability of bandwidth has deteriorated.
- i believe, the entire airtel chain of hierarchy is aware...

superstore airtel

They simply deducted rs.35 for a week and added that it will be renewed after 1 week validity. To deactivate sms stop to 155223. And the money is gone.

I deactivated it and next day another rs.49 got deducted for hot chillies without ant request from our part. This is frustrating us. I am gonna port to idea soon.

This is pure kind of fraudulent activity. It's disgusting. They just pick pocket us especially from...

wrong charges applied for isd rates

I checked with the airtel customer care on isd charges for calling australia and was informed to be as rs.10/min flat. But when the bill came i was charged at rs.200/min. I raised a complaint with appellate team and they went through my call with their customer care executive and confirmed an error from their end in providing me the correct rates. The extra amount charged was adjusted on 17th nov 2017 and was told to pay remaining amount...

need data refund

Whoever it may concern,

I was recharging my data plan with the 70 days 1gb /day pack of rs 448 online in my airtel number and i accidentally recharged 2 times and money was deducted both times.

neft transfer not credited into airtel payment bank account (8374441421)

I've transferred rs. 1, 75, 000 to my airtel payments bank ([protected]) using neft from my citibank on nov 6th. But it isn't credited to my airtel payments bank account yet. Citibank has confirmed again and again that the neft transfer is successful.

I want my money back. Please reverse the transaction or credit the money to airtel payments bank asap...

sim not working in roaming

I m using airtel prepaid sim [protected] north east airtel. On 25 of nov i entered in delhi at the time my sim was working. But on 26th of nov it was not. Network and 3g signal everything is showing but outgoing and incoming calls r going through it. This is not the problem of balance or anything i already had a recharge of 448 on 24th nov and a balance of 37₹ is also there sim validity is upto jan 18 after all of this i was not even able...

adofgames charges

Airtel is charging rs.120 every month for this adofgames service. This is being done without user's consent or confirmation. No action has be taken against this practice even after numerous complaints.

broadband connection not working

Our fixedline/broadband connection [protected] was working well till 21st nov 2017. Same was on adsl and without any request from our end, there was an attempt to convert it to vdsl from airtel. Configuration was never successful and internet connection is down since then.

Service id 90460782 registered on 21st nov 2017 remains unresolved in spite of daily follow up and escalation. Every day a new promise is made to resolve...

no 3g and 4g in the area

I have moved from gorakhpur to lucknow in hope and reliability on airtel. And

Currentlyi am in vikalp khand gomti nagar lucknow and there is no network of 3g and 4g. I am getting gprs here. And also call disturbances...

I have called customer care and also a technical person came to the place and said that there is only one tower at near which is too far and we have requested for height...

problem with message sending

Hi, i have ported my number from other mobile service to airtel becaus it is a good network but now i am facing a problem that when i am sending sms from my airtel number is is not getting received by the other person. Kindly resolve my problem plzz. I am using this number for bank account but now when any authentication that is happening through my number is getting failed. I had some problem with my airtel recharge so i went to madhu vihar airtel store. Mr himanshu, the contact person told me that they don't have any software for resolving prepaid issues. After a while i confirmed his statement from airtel customer care but his statement was incorrect. Strict action against him must be taken to miscuide the customer....

unwanted auto renewal

To whomsoever the complaint may concern i've come across an unwanted put over my head by your company.

The problem is your mobile operators are automatically deducting my balance in order to fulfill the internet requirements that i don't want

I first came across such horrible marketing @24 nov 2017. I clearly and certainly from now onwards don't want such auto renewal service.

erroneous bill

This is the 4th time I have been incorrectly charged on my post paid bill. I have been charged Rs 127 for excess data usage while I actually had 900 MB data pending which was carry forwarded this month. Apparently airtel has no customer complaint number. There's no way to make a complaint regarding this....
