    I had visited airtel store for postpaid to prepaid migration on dec 1, friday. My no. Is +91-[protected]. They gave me new sim.

    Yesterday on dec 2, saturday, my postpaid sim got deactivated and i inserted new sim in my mobile. However, it is not detecting any network. It seems to be deactivated.

    When should the new sim (Prepaid sim) be activated?

    It should not be the case wherein postpaid got deactivated and prepaid is not activated.

    I am unable to call.

    Please look into this urgently.

      I had applied a request for porting in airtel for my number "[protected]" on 10th november 2017 and i was being told that it will take 7 days for sim to start.
      After 7 days i went there sim hadn't started and they told me the earlier operator (Reliance) with which i was registered had declined my porting request.
      Later when i went to reliance store they checked and told me that your sim is terminated from our network and is registered with airtel.
      Again i went to airtel office and told them this problem they said it will take time for the issue to resolve and i have to wait.
      My sim isn't working from 1 month and airtel is taking no efforts to resolve my problem.
      If my issue doesn't get resolved in 4 days i'll have to contact consumer court and will take further action.

        I have taken a new connection from airtel for broadband but new connection installed on 30th evening and with starting the same they have generated a bill. Connection has not been installed and despite of several complaints no one at airtel bothered to revert and now i am forced to use my earlier bsnl connection which also i couldn, t disconnect because of not proper installation of my airtel broadband. If the airtel people can't serve then why do they they force so much for taking their connection.

          Any time calling a customer care but hi is a giving a time 7 days after coming 48 hours after coming and last time i am taking a senior supervisor hi is taking a robust 3 monts statement are coming why on line mention are 6 months hi is talking a 3 months why

            I have went to airtel gallery two months back to link my mobile number to aadhar as it is mandatory and very urgent to fill my scholarship form. They said that theay have done the process and mobile number is linked with aadhar. But if now i use that number for scholarship form purpose it shows that number is not linked. I do not understand that is this much time is required to linked mobile number with aadhar card. And if yes then they should not lie to customer. Such a bad experince i am facing now. This is not expected from reputed network company.

              Worst airtel service...

              From last three weeks there is no 4g network in my area.
              Every time I call customer case and they say issue will solve in 2 days, but nothing has happened yet.

              Why giving us false commitment?
              Is this the way u treat your customer?

              Hope u all look into this matter and solve 4G network problem as soon as possible.

                I made a recharge of 51 rupees for airtel hellotune i. E 36 for subscription and 15 for the song but then airtel smartly stole my money and added an unneccessary booster for my number itself, off which there was no mention of such booster available in the airtel app, also there was no mention anywhere that this money will not go to my main account. When i asked mr. Shabeer who was a senior level manager he spoke rudely to me.. When i asked them to reverse it to hellotune he says do whatever u want.. Airtel is a clear thief.. Its not about 51rs.. Its about rights to consumer and dont know how many more like me are facing the same problem.. Airtel lost its brand name, its exclusivity & its service. Highly disappointed

                  We are having a pre-paid mobile connection with airtel. On 27th november, 7.13 am, a message stating that adofgames has been activated and rs.120 has been deducted for that service under transaction id s[protected], though we have not requested/opted for any additonal service. Upon seeing this message, we contacted customer care of airtel to stop this service, as we have not asked for it. Though we received the message confirming stopping of this service, we have not been refunded rs 120. As we have not received the amount till date, we contacted customer care again on 2nd december for refund under ref. No. Cbdov[protected], 20.46 hrs. The response from customer care is not satisfactory. We request you to take up the matter for refund of this amount, as we have not requested for this service.

                      Today i reached of rs.448 to [protected] which is wrong number and my transaction i'd is[protected]. My actual and correct number is [protected]. I called customer care but that number is not helpful. Even i visited the recharge shop the person raise the request to customer care airtel but whatever amount i recharged won't sure to refund back. How to resolve this. I need the solution and how to get back it.

                        I recently ported my number from vodafone karnataka circle to airtel karnataka circle and since the day it got activated, i am unable to recharge online through paytm or my airtel app. The transaction gets declined in both the cases without any reason.. I tried recharging other airtel numbers and they all worked fine. I would like to request you to kindly look upon this issue and fix it as soon as possible.

                          Hi
                          This is regarding a dth recharge for my airtel dish tv
                          Date of recharge 5th september 2017 amount rs 510
                          Bank transaction id [protected]
                          Airtel dth consumer no [protected]
                          The recharge was not processed to my above mentioned dth account
                          I have tried to get them to refund this amount but they asked me to contact my bank, i did so and the bank and debit card company did an investigation and sent me their results. The recharge was done to some others persons account and i have those details from the card company.
                          I have forwarded them that along with a screen shot of the recharge history from the mobile airtel app that i used to do the recharge with.
                          I have sent emails and the only response i get is not helpful. They keep telling me that the recharge was completed.

                            I have called customer care for the issue of my offer. I have got a message that ₹179 there will be daily 1 gb offer. But after recharge it was like 1 gb for 28 days. But when i talked to customer care 'unni maya' about this she was like why should we concerned about your benefit??. Why do you have such a custom care if there isn't any benefit for us..
                            Hope you will be solving my problem regarding the offer also.

                              I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service. Alternate mobile number [protected]

                                Hi all,

                                My internet mb is deducted around 600 mb without using internet by me, and i called airtel complaint (198) three times and get three different answer from them. When i request for taking complaint they said we don't take complaint. Even they can not provide me the data o[censored]sage and details where can i raised my complaint. They said we don;t have any email id for complaint.

                                Can any one help me on this?

                                  I have made a recharge of rs 230/- for my account id [protected]-001 on 28 nov. But there was some issue with signals and i lodged a complaint to this effect. However no engineer turned up at my site till 2 dec. Everyday they give the same answer that he will come today, but no respite.
                                  Now it seems that the supervisor to whom i last spoke disconnected my call when i asked about the harassment i have to face because of lack of service and since then i am unable to contact them.
                                  I was using tata sky till now and had no complaints regarding customer care ever.
                                  Air tel like their mobile services is all about ads and no service.
                                  Since no one is picking up my calls in customer care now i thought of warning the prospective clients of this pathetic service. Please go for tata sky they are much more reliable.

                                    I visited the airtel store belgaum to get post paid data on that day they initially issued me data card no. [protected] but this number was not activating that day due to some problem, so airtel staff has asked me to return the same and instead of that they have issued me new data card no. [protected] and this number was activated and i used it for two months and paid the bill also in time, but now airtel customer care is calling me to pay the bill of the data card which was taken back i. E [protected] which i have never used.

                                    Kindly resolve the problem at the earliest

                                      I, ganesh jagannathan, am holding a postpaid airtel number [protected] of chennai number. For the last 2 months i've been trying to deactivate data booster pack from my plan but the option is unavailable online to do it. Every month i'm forced to pay rs 400/- extra on my plan because the airtel service people are not deactivating the booster from my plan.

                                      You are requested to immediately cancel the booster data pack from my postpaid plan otherwise i'll be forced to change over to a different service provider and file a complaint against airtel.

                                        I lost my mobile recently & immediately blocked my airtel sim. I bought a duplicate sim 5 days back from nearest airtel store. My sim is not activated till now. I went to the nearest airtel store & i was told to call the customer care again & unblock my sim. For the past 2 days i have been trying to reach the customer care but i couldn't reach, reason being heavy rains in chennai (Inspite of the fact, there was no rains at all). The response is poor even at the airtel store and at the customer care service department. There should be an instant contact number to the customer care executive in emergency cases. I am unable to unblock my sim till now. Please do the needful.
