Dear sir,

I was out of station and couldn't use my airtel sim# [protected] (4g sim card) for some months (Nearly 5-6 months) and now i have returned from my onsite visit. But now i need this sim card to get renewed. So please do the needful.. I gave this contact number to most of the daily activities and please get the issue resolved at the earliest.

    When i moved in to my new building three years ago, i asked airtel to install a connection. They said they’d visit in 7 days and never did. I tried for almost three weeks. Now i got a call one week ago saying that they’re providing v fibre at very cheap rates with good fup. I told them to confirm if it was really available and they made me wait five minutes and confirmed with my building, my wing and flat number that they’d send an executive to tell us more and that the connection would be up and running in 72 hours. Today i called again and asked them for a new connection and they accepted. They had no records of my previous request and the stupid employee kept telling me about the plans for 20 minutes and at the end of the call after confirming the exact location and asking for landmarks and stuff he told me to wait while he confirmed my appointment. Two minutes later he goes “i’m sorry sir but our people have confirmed that we cannot provide you with a connection.”
    Why are you doing this airtel? The customer care people just keep making promises and then say it’s not feasible?! Is this v fiber thing only for a select few areas for advertisement? The buildings which are barely 20 metres away have your broadband and here i have been trying for three years and yet you guys treat customers like this!
    I will wholeheartedly recommend that people never buy your services if this is what your “all india connectivity” looks like!
    The unholy address where your executives never come is - kanakia samarpan, off w. E highway, asha nagar, kandivali east.

      I have 4 numbers in my family names and they are as follows:

      From the last 3 years, we have been facing issue on no network when we entered our home. The address is 66, pocket-2, ground floor, jasola, new delhi-110025.

      Your engineers visited and mentioned that there is extremely week network at jasola pocket -2 and hence in side home there will always be a problem.

      Moreover when i again spoke at call center, i was told that the complaint is closed. If the problem is not resolved how can the complaint be closed.

      If this is not getting correcting in next 4 days time, i will be lodging a complaint on trai and moving ahead for portability for all my family numbers mentioned above

        My number is [protected] i have subscribed for 2499 plan and a child number is free in this plan. When i received my bill, there is a rental charged for child number too.

        As discussed earlier with nodal officer, he clearly told me that "you will not charge a single rupee for child number".

        I have send mail regarding this so many times but there is no resolution.

        There was one more issue that i cant manage my child number in my airtel app.

        Every time c. Care team said that it will resolver in 24 hrs. But problem is still pending.

            Kattathanda house barengaya village, belthangady taluk, d. K. District.
            Karnataka.

            I am writing this letter behalf of my village people. Barengaya is a
            Village in belthangady taluk of d. K. District, karnataka with an
            Average population of about 4500 and consists 6 shops, 3 hotels, dairy
            Cooperative society, govt primary & high school, co-operative society,
            Cottage industry, grama panchayath and a post office. The village is
            About 8kms away from the famous ‘sri kshetra dharmastala’ and about 3
            Kms far from dharmasthala-kukke subrahmanya road.

            As the village does not have a cell phone tower (Of any network
            Provider). Since there are 4g/3g/2g towers located in neighbor
            Villages (Air distance 2.5 kms) i. E. Nidle and kayarthadka village
            Including telephone exchange with broadband service, we can’t either
            Make calls nor access internet because of very poor network coverage
            (2g only) caused by external obstructions (Trees, hills and mountains)
            We villagers are finding it difficult to connect efficiently to the
            Outer world in this era of information technology. Often we feel
            Deprived of some of our basic rights because of this.in the era of 4g
            Neither do we have adequate land phone connectivity or broadband
            Facility, not to mention students and farmers. There are thousands of
            Students and farmers resided in this village

            Installing a cell phone tower could be a solution to all the above
            Mentioned problems and would be advantageous/profitable mobile
            Operators. Villages are many times quoted as the backbone of india.
            “empowerment of villages is the empowerment of india” they say.

            On behalf of all villagers i request to take action in this regard at

                1900 per port ka message nahi jata h. Jiske karan muje port krane me asuvidha ho rahi h phone no [protected] h. Please 1900 per port hetu sms seva suru karne ki kapa kare. Bar bar sms karne per sms fail ho jata h. Company ke complaint 198 per bhi sunwai nahi ho rahi h. Please slove my problem. Muje dusri company ke net se judna h. Karpya meri madad kare.

                  I am the estate manager and my entire society depends on the service of airtel. The society is situated at golf course road gurgaon and i have been calling the senior staff of airtel for activation of around 35 centrex numbers from past 5 days but getting no response. They do not bother to even pick up the call and revert back. Even the area in charge does not bother to revert back or get the complaint attended..

We have 350 villas gated community spreading in 350 acres of land in kompally. We have been facing signal problem in spite of registering complaint before airtel there is no use. Nothing has taken up. The registration complaint no.79340683. Registered in the month of september 2017 and the concerned network in charge name is mr. Arun his contact no. [protected]. He is least bother about take a call and resolve issue. I have been chasing this guy's but no use hence, this post

                      I am holding 6 connections of airtel. I stay in gurgaon in malibu towne, crest wood. The problem is that inside my residence i am unable to receive both call signals and 3g/4g signals. If i need to use my phone or use internet, i have to go down to street to use your services.
                      I had reported this on 27/11/2017. After this a survey was carried out by your team and my complaint was found to be correct. This was refered to your technical team by survey team.
                      On saturday i received a call from your technical team. The caller never identified himself and hung up after just stating that i will have to wait till the time the infrastructure is upgraded. No timeline was given as to by when my complaint will be resolved nor any other relevant information was provided.
                      To be able to use internet at home, i applied for a broadband connection based on the information on your site that excellent broadband connectivity is available in my area. Also paid an amount of rs. 500 as booking charge.
                      After that there was no response for 5 days. After repeated follow up with your customer care, i was informed that connection cannot be provided as availability of the same is not there in my area. This is something very funny.
                      Should i surrender all my connections and use services of some other service provider?

                        The tagline you all use... Just remove the hell thing right now!!!
                        I thought to be a better network... But the thing is... Its the worst network.
                        Not even a single network so that i could talk to the executives right out there.
                        I am not able to call anyone from my present location. No network... Only on this service provider i have with myself. I need a soultion. My packs, my money is just being wasted as i am not able to use a sinlge bit of the data i have.

                          छले ६ माह से एयरटेल के नेटवर्क ख़राब हो रहा है, कालिंग और डाटा दोनों पर समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा हैमैंने एयरटेल में जून २०१७ में शिकायत दर्ज कराई थी, उस समय मुझसे बोला गया, एयरटेल की साइड अपडेट हो रही है, इसलिए आपको समस्या का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, तब एयरटेल के अधिकारी ने मुझे १ माह का टीम दिया था, और अब में ५ माह से बराबर शिकायत कर रहा हु, परन्तु कोई सुधार नहीं हो रहा है,
                          एयरटेल से परेशान होकर मैंने अपना नंबर पोर्ट करने के लिए सन्देश किया, तब एयरटेल के अधारिकारी ने मुझे फ़ोन किया और बोला हम आपकी समस्या का समाधान करेंगे, परन्तु एयरटेल क अधिकारी ने मुझे झुंट बोलकर गलत प्लान दे दिया और और बोला नेटवर्क और वीओस के समस्या आपकी २-३ दिन में थे हो जाएगी,
                          परन्तु आज तक कुछ नही हुआ, मेरे पास ३० कॉर्पोरेट कनेक्शन है और ५ निजी उपयोग के लिए, अगर एयरटेल मेरी समस्या को २ दिन के अंदर दूर नही करना है तो मेँ अपने कॉर्पोरेट नंबर और निजी नंबर बंद कर दूंगा और किसी अन्य कंपनी का उपयोग करूंगा,

                          अन्य कंपनी एयरटेल से बहुत काम दाममेँ प्लान दे रही है, और एयरटेल झुंट बोलकर प्लान देती है और नेटवर्क और सर्विस बहुत ख़राब है,
                          मेरी एयरटेल से अनुरोध है जो प्लान आप ग्राहक को नही दे सकते है उसको झुंट बोलकर न बेचा जाये,
                          और एयरटेल अपना नेटवर्क नही सुधार सकता है तो मुझे मेरे प्लान का पैसा बापस करे, ताकि मेँ किसे और कंपनी मेँ जाकर अच्छी सर्विस और अच्छे नेटवर्क का उपयोग कर सकू,

                          एयरटेल के ग्राहक सेवा में कॉल करते है तो बोलते है सिम कार्ड निकल कर फिर से दाल लो या सिम कार्ड चेंज कर लो, एक इंसान को ये समस्या हो सकते है, ३५ लोगो को नहे हो सकती है
                          और वो अपने एयरटेल के साइड कर चेक करते है बहा सिग्नल voice & data very good or excellent शो करता है, जो के एयरटेल की वेबसाइड गलत बताती है, बस एयरटेल ग्राहक का पागल बना रहा है,

                            Please look into this and do the needful and return back rs 30+rs 55.
                            It is also requested not to go for any such services. The numbers given to send the request to stop was not helpful for me. Probably the process be simple, so that it will be customer friendly. I am unable to understand the sanctity involved in asking for minimum 350 characters.

                            I done recharge of 448 which had 70 days unlimited call and daily 1 gb data.but if i call to any number it is saying you did not have sufficcient balance.i tried to reach airtel customer care on phone but in vein unable to reach them.
                            Hi.. I have taken the transfer of the no from Company to my name. The old sim is deactivated but unable to activate the new sim card. It is showing the network but on dialing 59059, it is showing 'not registered on network'. Its been two days since the no is deactivated and causing lot of inconvenience. Kindly help.
                            Unusual services activated on my airtel no and they deducted amount daily. Its very big trouble for me. Please returne my money back otherwise i will switch my communication band. I can not bear it anymore

                              I did an online recharge of rs100 (Full talktime) on 15th nov using rs75 from airtel payment bank and rs 25 from my debit card, transaction id [[protected]]. The transaction showed as failed, however the said amount was deducted both from my airtel payment bank and my debit card.
                              I had multiple rounds of discussion with customer care, airtel gallery and was told it would be reversed in 5 days. It is close to 15 days and yet not refunded to my account. On visiting gallery or customer care, looks like either they don't know how their own system works or don't want to help, they keep suggesting ivr nos which doesn't proceed anywhere wasting my time and effort.

                              [dec 2017] again visited the gallery and also called the customer care which was a sheer waste of time and effort. The customer care team on multiple occasions neither knew the process and disconnected my call saying that they are forwarding to their supervisors as they were not able to resolve my issue.

                              Need my amount refunded back to my payment sources (Airtel payment bank and debit card) asap

                                I have applied for port to airtel of my reliance no. [protected] on 30th oct, 2017. My upc code is es844561 as sent to me several time via sms. But my port is rejected numbers of times, reason shown upc mis-matched. I have communicated several times to airtel customer centre at nagaon, assam, india. But in every visit no satisfactory reply found only informed me that it is rejected. Previous network r.com already closed. Suffering lots as i have been using it since 2005.

                                My number is [protected]. For the past few days i am experiencing that i have been charged for unwanted 155223 services. I have never subscribed any of the services. Whenever i stop any service, another services automatically gets activated. I feel like cheated. Please stop all this.
                                I have a Airtel connection [protected] Can't do some outgoing calls .when i have make a call then computer say you have not account balance but i have unlimited calling plan for 70 days and also i have balance i have many time request but still i have problem with calling

Later i recharged with Rs8/- power pack which said 30p/min for both STD & local for 84 days. But when i made calls it showed 60p/min for both local and std. Req clarify and resolve the issue.

                                  I had recharged pre-on - post on my number [protected] to have some extra data for usage but it said recharge has failed. My rs.259 got deducted from my debit card on 17th dec'17 and i have not received any refund even after 12 days.
                                  Its a corporate number registered under my company jones lang lasalle property consultants pvt ltd.
                                  I even spoke to your customer care representative mr. Adheshwar singh regarding the same.
                                  Also attached is the snapshot of the recharge failure and money deduction.

                                    We sent an email regarding a complaint to [protected]@in. Airtel.com on saturday dec 2, 2017. No response received. We called up 198 — they said they cant help as they dont know who handles the mails!
                                    The nodal officer/appellate gave no response either. Their phones cant be reached or have no option to discuss a complaint and neither do they respond on mail.

                                    My airtel postpaid was converted to prepaid 16 days ago but am still not able to recharge. I made several complaints, visited multiple airtel stores for resolution. You can check your system for all the complaints I have lodged so far.

                                    Last 2 month i will ask company consolidation bill till time not received .. Airtel customer support very bad. Near airtel customer support ask, not response. Our company 19 nos, every bill i pay NEFT payment only.. Airtel side No Response. Every time ask mail, but not done any resolve. Net work also very problem . My No : [protected].
                                    I using Airtel Network since last 3 year, but since last some week i have some problem woth ur network my mobile didint get a singnal from airtel and show Tower none
                                    For regarding that i also complaint to your customer care executive
                                    On 7th November
                                    So plz do some need ful action regarding this asap

                                      I took a new wifi service from swargate pune center in september 17. Now since 17th november 2017 i am getting threatning calls and messges from [protected] to surrender my wifi number [protected] as it belongs to one of the valued customer and he wants it back.

                                      I did not ask for that specific number. Its their mistake., they are threatning to disconnect my services. On what basis? My payment is regular. If my wifi services are discontinued i will file an fir against your swargate pune center.

                                      If that employee of your swargate center continues ro message or call me it will force me to take further action against them.

                                        I have made a complaint regarding network issue on 18 nov and till date that is not solved. Kindly see to it soon we have 4 airtel connection at our place and none is working. I am not able to receive any call nor i am able to do. Its creating lot of trouble. I have ported my no. To airtel from voda but its more worse than vodafone neither the complaint is solved nor any executive have contacted regarding this its been high time i have placed so many complaints but its of no use.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
