Vas super store was activated earlier and renewed today without my consent. I had never given my consent to activate the service. I came to know today morning only when i checked my account balance. I noticed that my account was debited by rs. 35. I request to credit my account by amount debited for vas since last 15 days

Not getting Inernet offer for 309 recharge pack
Not getting the internet benefits for 28days and it shows u will only get unlimited calls and that for only four days...
My Broadband Number is[protected].

Internet and phone is dead for the last 6 days and no action taken after even repeated complaints. Worst network. Planing to change to some other ISP.
When someone calls my number, it gets automatically cut.
I dont receive any notification for the call nor any miss call.

I am missing on important call.

I Created my mpin before 1 year and I used used it yesterday and added Rs.1, 300 and to recharge it's asked the mpin and I Forgot the mpin and details.Please resolve my problem
The calls are not provided to custmor care.

I have been charged for internet usage
I still have about 22 GB of still data left

Last month also I was also charged which was reverted back later

Kindly escalate this matter and correct this charges immediately

    I had ordered a landline for my business in the month of August and this was through a corporate contact. The gentleman assured me of a connection. He sent an executive the same day to collect payment, mind you, this man insisted on cash and assured me of a connection the very next day. This never happened much to my disappointment. 2 weeks later 2 people came from Airtel to install wiring, all this while i kept receiving multiple calls regarding unavailability of TAG in my area to install a connection, even then wiring was installed. After a month of back and forth again, no connection was installed. And amazingly, Airtel started billing me for an inactive connection. After 2 months of this drama, I submitted a written complaint to customer care asking for a refund of the amount of 1000 rupees that they rightfully owe me. No one in Airtel Customer care Is aware of the processes for pretty much anything. This is my third negative experience with Airtel, till date they have been unable to resolve anything. I keep getting multiple calls from executives and emails one after another asking me for new derails each time and even after having provided all the teela any documents, no refund has been issued. No one replies, no one responds, they only get the Customer stuck in a loop. This is all a scam now. I want my refund, after 3 months of drama with Airtel, multiple calls and emails, they still refuse to process a simple refund of 1000 rupees. Just yesterday some silly executive calls me and talks about lack of funds, insufficient balance etc etc with me, no one even reads the emails. I have sent them all my details for this stupid refund and nothing. No confirmation of refund from their end. No one in the departments talks to each other, there is no awareness of processes, they keep harassing the Custoner and taking them for a ride. I am one of their oldest customers with a VIP phone number and account. This is how they treat their customers. I would never recommend Airtel to anyone.

      I have attached the issue as image in this mail as i can't explain every time. I have already explained my issue max 5 times to airtel executives, no resolution from last 72 hours. Really very dissapointed with such a so called big brand.

      Resolve my issue asap i have so many urgent issues to deal with and all are on hold just because my primary number is not working, you can't even imagine which phase i m going through due to this issue caused from airtel.

      Every time when i am having call with customer care they were saying issue is already been escalated but no resolution even after 5days.

        As i require 29 landline connection i drafted a requesting mail for landline connections to airtel
        [protected]@in. Airtel.com on 20th dec 2017 from there i got respond that there concern team will visit to our place for feasibility still person did not turn up and from there no response. We already marked mail thrice from airtel customer care i got calls but no use still my problem exists

          I am using airtel postpaid service and after raising so many complains airtel team has not resolved network issue.
          Raising complains from more than a year and everytime airtel closes my calls without intimating me or resolving the issue.
          Paying bills without using it properly.
          Worst service and network.
          Airtel has still not provided me the time required for smooth installation for upgrade because from last year it is pending and there has been no progress. Does it take so much time?
          Paying bills from a long time without proper utilization, how many more billing cycles i need to pay unnecessarily without proper service?
          If can't be resolved airtel should advise so that i can port my no.

          My Sim sms services is not running and show failed error please solve my issue thanks

                  My mobile number is [protected] and i recharged my account with rs100/- talk time tariff and got full talk time thru my airtel app. Next i recharged with rs 8/-power pack for std and local. The tariff rates as per my airtel app was 30paise/min for 84 days. But when i started making calls the rates were not as per tariff given when i recharged. Request clarify and reset the tariff rates as per the rates and resolve the issue at earliest.

                    Today mrng airtel deducted rs.99 from main balance for some super store for which i have never subscribed kindly resolve the issue. Not able to contact the customer care. If the issue cannot be resolved let me change my network. Only in airtel they can do like this not any other networks.

                      I have recharged with 3998, 30 days international roaming to usa.
                      I am getting messages and mobile data, but not able to make any calls and not getting any calls.
                      Tried all the settings and given compliant but no use.
                      Recharged on 27-nov-2017, but no use till now.
                      Either fix this issue immediately or refund the amount.

                        I am buying a sim card and i will attached this number in my aadhar card but airtel company will closed the number and issued another one, when i will want otp from aadhar to change my mobile number the another customer will be abuse and behave very badly so i will complaint for that customer. If my complaint will be not work i will complaint in consumer court.

                          I am an airtel customer since 2008. But i believe that airtel, now, is not working up to retain some loyal customers. I purchased a new airtel 4g-sim, of bihar/jharkhand circle, in august 2017. Now i regret my decision of opting airtel for 4g. The signal of airtel 4g/3g at deoghar, jharkhand is highly unreliable and discontinuous. The signal reception is worst here. I have to switch off and on my mobile repeatedly to recieve some signal. Where the price of recharge plans is steadily being increased by airtel, atleast they should also work towards improving the signal quality. Please rectify the problem asap as this is becoming highly frustrating and unacceptable.

                            Hi,
                            I am facing this issue since a month now. Whenever i try to call on any non airtel number i hear the message "all lines are currently busy". For a successful call it takes more than 20 attempts, sometimes, it even crosses 100. Airtel is clearly looting us. I believe they share a single line with multiple customer (May be with 50 customers). Please have it checked and try to resolve the issue. It just pathetic service from airtel. If somebody wants to make an emergency call, how he/she is supposed to do it.

                              Airtel wallet issue. Update [case:1077091]
                              I made a big mistake by going for the # chortel (Airtel) by porting in to it. I added an amount to chortel wallet and now i am not allowed to make a recharge or send back the money to my bank account. They have literally robbed me. They asked me my poa (Proof of address) and poi (Proof of identity) for which i provided chortel a copy of my aadhar card and pan card when they asked for it. Despite providing all the details, this # chortel bank didn't lift the restrictions from my account. I am so much regretting with my decision to go for chortel. There is no one to listen to your complaint guys. Don't go for chortel. They are the # thieves. A suggestion for chortel, just ask people to donate and they will do so happily, at least don't loot them.

                                I am 7 years old of you customer
                                One week ahead, my simcard network will be closed, so i'm postpaid now, i went to care. I took the simcard but it was 5 days yet another verification was not done. Your team does not help
                                After few days you will launch 5g service, but keep the customer alive for it or otherwise use any of the 5g
                                I hope you will leave my problem

                                  Hello team,

                                  This is utter stupidity to experience a voice issue even after continuing your service as a postpaid customer for the last 2 years. Airtel, i have escalated this issue many a times but nothing helped from your end not even the sim replacement.
                                  The most shocking part is, i am using 2 sim card on one phone and both are of airtel. I have absolutely zero issue with the prepaid one but unable to understand that how can a airtel team can give such bad reception to postpaid customer.
                                  Kindly address this issue quickly and try to maintain a relationship, would be my advice.

                                    I had a postpaid mobile number with airtel, i converted it into prepaid as i had to travel onsite for 3 months. The sim didn't work when i was abroad. I tried to contact airtel for reissuing a new sim for the number once i was back, but airtel refused to give me the sim stating that this cannot be reissued as i had ported the number from vodafone. I contacted vodafone as well and they said you have ported it, we cant help. This is the number i have linked to aadhar, netbanking and other important government communications. I have also raised a complaint with trai but i have had no response. Can you please help me to get back the sim with my mobile number? I need it urgently and i am not sure how to go about this issue.

                                      Iam staying at pappanamcode in trivandrum in kerala, i am facing network issues for past several months, and complained about it several times to the operator but my problem didn't get resolved. Even 2g connectivity is poor in my area, i can't even communicate with others through call, if it is continuing like this i don't have any other option but changing the operator.
