I had ordered a landline for my business in the month of August and this was through a corporate contact. The gentleman assured me of a connection. He sent an executive the same day to collect payment, mind you, this man insisted on cash and assured me of a connection the very next day. This never happened much to my disappointment. 2 weeks later 2 people came from Airtel to install wiring, all this while i kept receiving multiple calls regarding unavailability of TAG in my area to install a connection, even then wiring was installed. After a month of back and forth again, no connection was installed. And amazingly, Airtel started billing me for an inactive connection. After 2 months of this drama, I submitted a written complaint to customer care asking for a refund of the amount of 1000 rupees that they rightfully owe me. No one in Airtel Customer care Is aware of the processes for pretty much anything. This is my third negative experience with Airtel, till date they have been unable to resolve anything. I keep getting multiple calls from executives and emails one after another asking me for new derails each time and even after having provided all the teela any documents, no refund has been issued. No one replies, no one responds, they only get the Customer stuck in a loop. This is all a scam now. I want my refund, after 3 months of drama with Airtel, multiple calls and emails, they still refuse to process a simple refund of 1000 rupees. Just yesterday some silly executive calls me and talks about lack of funds, insufficient balance etc etc with me, no one even reads the emails. I have sent them all my details for this stupid refund and nothing. No confirmation of refund from their end. No one in the departments talks to each other, there is no awareness of processes, they keep harassing the Custoner and taking them for a ride. I am one of their oldest customers with a VIP phone number and account. This is how they treat their customers. I would never recommend Airtel to anyone.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Internet and phone is dead for the last 6 days and no action taken after even repeated complaints. Worst network. Planing to change to some other ISP.
I dont receive any notification for the call nor any miss call.

Matter resolved on 25/11/2017 it was pending due to state location when we entered in odisha state then my sim port facilities has been activated on 25/11/2017.

I did police complain also.

In Sangamner Sone aera 4g networks are not available and calling services is very poor my other 10 to 15 Friends become irritated form 2 month please impove the service otherwise we port our sim in to other sim
