Hello,

I submitted my porting request on 27th nov 2017 from vodafone to airtel. It has been over 7 working days and vodafone has rightly switch off their services. Airtel has not yet activated my number in spite of the committed 7 days. Meenu arora from the escalations team has been very rude and denied filing an official complain in this regard. My number is dead and has severely impacted my business. Regret moving to airtel.

      Hi all,
      From last 1.6 years, i have raised network compliant and still airtel team is keeping my complaint on hold.
      Their network engineers visits the home and recorded that no network coverage exist but still they are least bother about their customer..
      Also, in the end they will send one good mail on a happy note that sir your complaint is in progress and ticket will be closed from that mail as complaint will be catered in future may be in 2099.
      This is india's one of the main fastest network with 4g speed guarantee athough you can't use it as there are no signals but its fastest one.

        It is now very clear hat i was over charged wrongly by you for last so many months
        My present balance as per your sms to me is 6851.18.
        How rs 6450.68 became 6851.18 is beyond my comprehension?
        Subscription charges have wronly been deducted by you for the third connection which was handed over by me on 11 jun 2017 and i was continuously fleeced by your charging agencies till i raised the issue and your rep stated that i have three connections as per your records
        By looking at your attitude i feel like discontinuing my both connections also
        Pl tell me if i have one 99 plan and one additional 270/pm plan would you agree or not sine one base plan and one 270 per month should be alright with you
        Why did you make (99+270+270) into (270+270) rather than (90+270) plan?
        My mistake was that i paid you money in advance so that you kept deducting amount at your will and suddenly credited 561 rupees on 1 dec after i raised the issue with you.
        Please be gracious enough to accept your mistakes and your typical indian attitude towards sincere customers like me
        Please make my plan to (90+270) rather than charging 18 rupees a day for two connections as you would do for a customer having 90+270 plan

        The websites do not give names of any senior officials who can be contacted if problems are not sorted out. We go from one call site rep to another and give him/her details over and over again

          Dear all,

          I have bought corporate plans from airtel of rs. 99 but i wanted to change one number out of all to the plan of rs. 499.00 but you made a mistake and changed plan for all number from 99 to 499 and we were follwoign up with airtel on mail and through customer care but no solution is given and they also didnt send the invoice to us for past 2 months.

          Now they send the invoice for 2 month and asking us to pay the bill as per 499 plan and also our number have been deactivated.

          We are having problem because of this and we will not pay this amount as we have specifically mentioned on the mail that we only want to change plan for 1 number/

          Kindly look in this matter as this is not airtel standards.

            Airtel is trying to fool people by opening airtel money ac w/o their consent wen linking the number with aadhar. When i'm trying to reach them fr help regarding this it seems thr is no way to reach them (Tried all possible ivrs numbers). The height is that when i'm trying to send porting msg to 1900 it isn't even allowing to snd the msg -[protected]

              Dear sir,

              I would like to complain about the lack of response or poor customer service provided by airtel. I've been using airtel postpaid connection corporate plan, number [protected]. I'm having serious issues with airtel network in my apartment which has 6 towers and nearly 3000 residents living in cochin, kerala. The call gets disconnected in between or i'm unable to make calls, also the mobile data in 4g and 3g is extremely slow. All of the people living in this apartment has the same issue with airtel, network is very poor here and most of them has already ported to vodafone or idea as they have already complained to airtel several times and no action was taken to resolve the complaints.

              It's been 1 year since i'm submitting the same complaint to airtel and 3 site engineers has visited the location during this time. All 3 engineers who visited confirmed that there is network issue and they have submitted the data and report they collected from the location to airtel network team. All my complaints was closed with a response that airtel acknowledges the network issue and a tower maintenance is in planning and issue will be resolved in 90 days. I've tried to port several times in between and airtel customer care contacted me and promised that they will fix the issue in a week which never happened or no one from the escalation team bothered to call me back again.

              Below are some of the complaints i've raised with date and reference numbers for the same issue,

              2, 30 june 2017 - reference no: 77360467
              3, 17 july 2017 - reference no: 77823029
              4, 27 october 2017 - reference no: 80600560

              It's been more than 1 year since i'm raising the same complaint and they have not bothered to fix it yet. Airtel customer service is absolutely pathetic and their escalation team is worse. They only provide false promises and fake commitments. This is my last try as i'm fed up of complaining for the same issue. Request your help in this matter. Please let me know where else can i complain other than the useless customer service of airtel.

                My name is k. S. Chidambaranathan and i am an old man of 77 years. Suddenly airtel deducted rs. 99/- from my account saying that it is for superstore service. On enquiry with them they have told me that i have activated it through net. I am not using smartphone with net connection and i wonder how could i activate it through my mobile net. I also don't understand what nonsense the airtel's superstore service. It is only a airtel's superfraud service. They refuse to refund the amount to me which was taken from me by some tricky and fraudulent way. They are stealing their customers. I am going to change from airtel to some other genuine providers.

                Airtel deducted rs. 99/- from my account saying that it is for superstore service. I never activated this. I have requested to deactivate this service. But so far nothing has happened and neither was my money refunded.
                I saw in the web forums that this is going on for the last 2 years!!! Thousands o[censored]sers have complained about this and yet no concrete action has been taken. How can Airtel charge me Rs 99 without my permission ?
                This is very unethical and needs to be fixed. I am a Airtel user ever since they started business. I am very unhappy with Airtel and their customer support.

                  On nov 3 i have recharged amt of rs.149 to airtel no [protected] n got offer of all local call free. The offer expired on 29th day, so i recharged same amt on dec 2nd. But i've not received the offer of free local call hence i recharged on dec4th same amt but still the offer is not recharged. Amt being charged to the local. So i request you please pay me back 149*2 to my account or activate the offer and recredit 149.

                    S of yesterday news i recharge my mobile with 199 plan, unlimited call offer with 28 days validity.

                    But message received that recharge my mobile with unlimited call plan with validity 4 day,

                    I called customer executive, she told that it was special offers for special no..

                    Have u mentioned any whare that??? It is special offer

                      Last week, i got call from airtel that there is offer on my setup box. The offer was if i changed it to hd, i would get two months subscriptions at rs.600. After two days i called the customer care and confirmed the offer again that the two months subscriptions are free. After the engineer came and changed the box, the channels didn't start. The engineer called me after half an hour that i have to recharge base package separately and two months subscription is just for hd. It's not free for complete package. Before the change, nobody mentioned it or made it clear to us while we repetitively asked whether two months subscriptions are free. When we called the customer care, we were told to recharge base package. After complaining, they even restarted channels for a day. Next morning, we found that the channels turned off and we have to recharge. When we called the customer care, no action are taken. They told us to recharge again.

                      I was to lodge a complain for misinformation, lying by omitting, and unethical behavior.

                        I ported my docomo number to airtel on the 24th of november and after inserting the new sim on 29th i didnt receive any signals till today 8:47am 5th december.
                        This is not a joke, the airtel customer care people and supervisors have continuosly given me fake hopes that i'll be getting it in a day or two or 4 hours
                        Since 6 days im not in contact with anyone.
                        Hopeless involvement from the customer care's end.
                        Im sick and tired of calling the customer care almost on a daily basis.
                        In todays world how important is it to get otp's for online transactions i'm unable to do any of it, i'm so helpless about it i personally went to the airtel store also they also didnt respond well.

                          I got a message from airtel saying thanks for subscribing to hot chillies service for which i did not subscribe. My balance got deducted for rs 50.
                          This is not fair. Airtel should not deduct balance without user consent. All the services should be manageable through the airtel portal and each and every deduction should be traceable. This will severely damage airtel's reputation. Kindly do not do such things in future...

                                I was used a airtel number since last 10 years, but unfortunately i was gone out of country oman so that time i can not use my number so my mobile number (+91-[protected]) is allocated to other person, how its possible??..                                 I was used as a pospaid since last 10 years, see my all bill detail and before going oman number was converted on to prepaid number

                                Kindly i hearty requested to you, please release my same number. (+91-[protected])

                                    When i moved in to my new building three years ago, i asked airtel to install a connection. They said they’d visit in 7 days and never did. I tried for almost three weeks. Now i got a call one week ago saying that they’re providing v fibre at very cheap rates with good fup. I told them to confirm if it was really available and they made me wait five minutes and confirmed with my building, my wing and flat number that they’d send an executive to tell us more and that the connection would be up and running in 72 hours. Today i called again and asked them for a new connection and they accepted. They had no records of my previous request and the stupid employee kept telling me about the plans for 20 minutes and at the end of the call after confirming the exact location and asking for landmarks and stuff he told me to wait while he confirmed my appointment. Two minutes later he goes “i’m sorry sir but our people have confirmed that we cannot provide you with a connection.”
                                    Why are you doing this airtel? The customer care people just keep making promises and then say it’s not feasible?! Is this v fiber thing only for a select few areas for advertisement? The buildings which are barely 20 metres away have your broadband and here i have been trying for three years and yet you guys treat customers like this!
                                    I will wholeheartedly recommend that people never buy your services if this is what your “all india connectivity” looks like!
                                    The unholy address where your executives never come is - kanakia samarpan, off w. E highway, asha nagar, kandivali east.

                                      From the last 3 years, we have been facing issue on no network when we entered our home. The address is 66, pocket-2, ground floor, jasola, new delhi-110025.

                                      Your engineers visited and mentioned that there is extremely week network at jasola pocket -2 and hence in side home there will always be a problem.

                                      Moreover when i again spoke at call center, i was told that the complaint is closed. If the problem is not resolved how can the complaint be closed.

                                      If this is not getting correcting in next 4 days time, i will be lodging a complaint on trai and moving ahead for portability for all my family numbers mentioned above

                                        My number is [protected] i have subscribed for 2499 plan and a child number is free in this plan. When i received my bill, there is a rental charged for child number too.

                                        As discussed earlier with nodal officer, he clearly told me that "you will not charge a single rupee for child number".

                                        I have send mail regarding this so many times but there is no resolution.

                                        There was one more issue that i cant manage my child number in my airtel app.

                                        Every time c. Care team said that it will resolver in 24 hrs. But problem is still pending.
