I have recharged my mobile number with rs 399 on 27th october 2017 by airtel payment app. First time the transaction goes failed my amount deducted fromthe bank account, then i thought that the amount would be credited back in some time and i have done recharge of 399rs again, and it was goes succeeded.
So for the previous amount i have lodge a complaint on customer care and the airtel store too, but till the date i have not got my money back and any reply from airtel representative yet.
I have visited many times to the airtel store and requested them for the same, but everytime they ask me to come after some time or the next day, even i have droped my number there but they reply back. Sir i am getting very tired with the airtel services. There are many more issues one of them are the network problem of airtel in my residing area, i have also complaind for the same, but results are as usual.

    Sir,

    While recharging through online by using credit card, an amount of rs. 399/- was deducted from my credit card but no recharge happened.

    Hence i once again had to recharge and expected the amount which was accidentally deducted will be refunded to me. This time the recharge was successful and again a sum of rs. 399/- deducted from my credit card.

    This happened on 31 oct 17, a even after one month the amount is yet to be credited back to my account, inspite of several visits to kasturinagar airtel showroom and requesting them to do the needful.

    All my pleas have gone in deaf ears, as nothing seems to be happening.

    Request the amount of rs. 399/- which has been deducted twice by recharged only once be refunded to me at the earliest.

      I recharged my mobile number for 150 full talk time on 30th nov and after some hours they deducted 49rs for this topdoctorsonline. Without my permission or any notification they just deducted this amount. I never opt in for any of these services through airtel like this. I have been trying to reaching ur customer care for longtime and totally fedup now. I just need the recharge money back in my balance account. Just do something on this. Its totally unfair to deduct without we opt in for something. I dont want anything like this in future as well. And i really feel bad about airtel customer care after dialing for this service.

        I am following with airtel from more then a weeks time, not getting any response from them.

        Don't know what all airtel team and mgmt doing, as non of them getting back

        How there 24/7 support working in this case..

          My mobile number is [protected], toady, 30th nov 2017 i have received one sms on activation of international roaming on my mobile @499, i immediately called customer care 121 to check on that and they said i only requested the service. I said i have not requested any service. Then customer care representative started that i only requested and it is my fault and not ready to listen further. He was not ready to investigate that if i have not requested then why it is activated. He was telling that i login online and requested then i said if you check my airtel account it was not logged in from last 30 days but he was telling that i am lying and i only logged in and requested. Again i called 121 after 30 minutes to check whether international roaming deactivated or not then i got to know that the first person has not registered my complain to deactivate it. My oct month bill also has extra around 550 charges which was not correct and they reversed when i called them. If we don't check out itemized bills every month and we are paying lot of hidden charges for which we never requested.

I have submit my documents for port my reliance number [protected] at[protected] and promised me my number activate on[protected] but couldn't do this aftr that again give me new sim for same number activation and took four day time for number port. But now thay do not receive my call. I am calling on [protected] this person give me sim two times and [protected] this is the person with whom i am dealing but now these both didn't answered my call

              Airtel activated some services (House of model and game fort) and renewed by their own without my knowledge and i haven't activated or requested those services. Rs.45 has been deducted from my account.

              I tried to contact airtel customers care. Result i lost my 15minuties and one rupee. My call was disconnected without connecting customers care executive.

                Hello sir, i am experiencing issues with network in my locality, the data speeds near my house is seriously slow, it is only 1-2 mbps!!!, and doesn't exceed much than that, i can't download my stuff fast enough it sometimes doesn't even download so please increase the speed upto 30mbps or more, that'll help a lot. Please resolve it soon. I always preferred airtel as my network, but now seeing the data speeds it is making me difficult to cope with, so please resolve it as soon as possible, make your customers happy!!!, and most of all again please don't forget to increase the internet speeds. Thank you

                  I am sasikumar. I am having airtel number [protected], [protected] and [protected].
                  For the number [protected] they have deducted balance of rs.30 on 28th nov 2017 by 11:09;45pm for videopindw.
                  I called for customer care on 30th on which i came to know about this issue. But they are answering irresponsibly. Also, after that the call is not getting connected to customer care.
                  For these issues only i ported already to other networks and retuned again to airtel. But they repeating the same mistake. Pls refund that amount or else pls reply i getting port to others.

                    I have purchase reliance gsm sim about 3 year ago in the name kishan lal prajapat. Now reliance came with notification that it will not provide 3g /4g services so you have to port your reliance sim. So i went porting center for port of reliance. They tell me your sim which having m. No [protected] already port in airtel. So anyone is using my sim having no [protected], i called him he is from kota having name ramkishor is have my mobile no [protected]. He refused to give that sim.in that situtation i went to airtel center they tell me you have to give us 1000 for getting that no & that sim will postpaid. You have to pay monthly charges. So i request plz provide my m. No [protected] without any chrges & i request you to take suitable action against airtel so in future such a ancident could not be happen. Now you can call me for help [protected].

                      An amount of rs.349/- was credited to airtel account towards prepaid data charges twice. A complaint was registered and the pr[protected] was given. Another message received said that the issue has been resolved and gave ref no. Conrc[protected] on 20/11/2017. However, i have not received the amount.

                      Please resolve this issue and credit me my amount of rs.349/- to me immediately.

                        I went to link my aadhaar today 30.11.17 to airtel store, 18a lakshmi vilas street, kumbakonam 612001.

                        They asked me rs.10 for the service. I asked that why this amount? They replied, it is for airtel bank account opening. I refused to open a/c because my sister is using this number. Even though they get rs.10 from me. Why should we pay amount to link aadhaar in an airtel store?

                          Airtel company internet internet is superfast. It is huge lie. I am using internet the speed is very poor in whole ludhiana city. When i called customer care told about my problem they said can't help. I said when this network and speed issue will clear they said cant say.

                          What a third class service they are giving by doing fraud to people. Even right now this stupid internet unable to send a single message from my whatsapp.

                          What can we do against this? But trust me don't by airtel.

                            I traveled abroad i got automatically charged rs.99. This happened even if i disable mobile roaming and internet while still in india. I called airtel customer care on november 30th 2017 and i was told by one supriya that whenever you take the sim card outside the country you are automatically charged rs.99!

                            Well, i need my sim card to make calls from the airport in india! And how about when a taxi driver tried to take advantage of me and i used my cell phone to take his picture and to call my family?!

                            Is what airtel doing even legal??? This is such a disrespect for the customers!!! How a customer can protect its rights against such powerful businesses???

                                My wife is using prepaid number [protected] and recharge made on 22.11.2017 with rs448, (Transaction id[protected]. With out knowing this recharge she also made recharge again on the same day for the same amount rs448 (Transaction id[protected]. When i checked with retailer shop (Phone no [protected]) they said eventhough it is paid twice for recharge for the same phone number it is valid only for the period specified for the plan and it can't be carried over for next cycle. Now i request please check and confirm the second payment can be carried over for next cycle (Or) not. Please confirm immediately to take a decision to changeover to other telecom (Or) to stick to airtel.

                                    Airtel Suddenly activated NEXGTV and ONLINEMOBILE GAMING APPS on my mobile and deducted Rs 75 (40 +35) from my balance.

                                    It happened at around 9:50 PM on Nov 29, 2017.

                                    I never requested for these Apps.

                                    They should stop these unethical practices and refund the amount deducted.

                                      Their are 7 postpaid mobile numbers in the connection, indore, mp

                                      Their is no network from past 6 months

                                      Complaint for the same raised with airtel from last 3 months atleast

                                      Complaint remains active unresolved till now,

                                      4 out of 7 numbers is account have zero usage, zero incoming zero outgoing zero sms zero internet as their is no network at the location, to be able to use the mobiles. ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected])

                                      Airtel is still just asking for bills without any usage, zero usage, when their is zero network and complaint of network also un resolved from 3 months,

                                      How can company charge when zero network zero incoming zero outgoing, making a fool of the customer. Kindly help remove bills charges for zero usage zero network 4 numbers

                                        I am in botswana (Africa) wef 23rd november '17 on a personal visit
                                        I have not asked nor authorised airtel to activate international roaming
                                        I am shocked and surprised to receive a message yesterday the 29th that rs.99/- has been deducted towards international roaming rental from my balance
                                        I do not want nor asked airtel for international roaming and i strongly object to your unilateral decision of collectingrent of rs.99/- without permission
                                        Please revert and restore my balance and credit rs.99/- to my account without delay
