Since my sim activation after porting, I am not abke to contact the teke verification number . Can you please look into the matter . My alternate number is [protected]. Please call me as soon as possible.
As this my only number used in banks and all. Please help me activate it as soon as possible.

    Dear sir / madam,

    I have raised several complaints relating to poor network coverage in my area of karol bagh, delhi for the last five months. There is no action being taken by the airtel team till date.

    I have specifically written to appellate authorities, nodal officers, customer care dept etc. The same answer from july 2017, i am being told is that they will plan to provide new site of network tower in my area which process require 90 days. Without any delay i paid their dues for the said period and denied to pay any further until my network problem get fixed.

    But in november airtel rather than provide me updates for my network problem they started asking to settle the dues if i require their services. They have barred me with outgoing facility and now they are giving me warning that if i will not settle their dues they will stop my incoming facility also.

    They completely ingored my complaint no 77791156 which i registered in july 2017 and put the same on hold till date.

    I am facing a signal variation outdoor as well from high to low within in seconds causing call drops and annoying customers.

    I would like the concerned authorities to take necessary action at the earliest or i will move to consumer court for compensate my harassment.

      Recharged for rs.549 on october 19th by airtel app (Transaction id : [protected]). The plan provided unlimited calls and 1gb data per day for the total of 70 days. The plan was supposed to end by december 27th but my plan got expired on[protected]. When i called customer care to resolve this issue, i was told that the last recharge was made on 5th of october and the validity was 28 days. Dropped mail as well but no proper response till now.

        Had many times made complaint to airtel customer care regarding their poor network services in my area but earlier many times they used to say that the complaint has been resolved as there is no problem.
        But couple of months back had requesed to port my number that time they said thay they are working for another tower in my area and before november it will get resolved.
        Some days back again requesed for port and this time the executive said that is problem as there are many blockages an will take time to build tower in your area, but when asked that it was earlier told that before november it would get solved, then he reverted that he has no idea what other had committed but it will take time as there is no new tower setup done and then n your area.
        Its just that is airtel can keep their promise then why they give wrong commitments to their clients.
        Please take some serious action as had suffered lot from this company.

          Recently i have taken plan @ 498 for 84 days 4g
          As offer airtel representative even not working in veraval, gujarat

          I want to back may money in lue of deactivate my recent plan

          It's wrong ful act done by wrong advt, misguided, unsatisfactory solution after attempts to customer care

          If service not working than why advt for same, they told me for 4g @ 498 rs recharge unsuitable act by airtel

            Airtel internet is shaped, in the sense some sites load faster such as airtel tv, youtube but if i try to open a video in chrome it gets stuck. This is clearly a violation of net neutrality. You can't dictate the terms in which we use data just because u don't like it. Another thing is you can never get past 10mbps whatever you download. All the ads are just lies. One more thing you would have never decreased your 4g prices if reliance jio wasn't in the race and your profits didn't take a single scratch. That means you were cheating customers the whole time. You should be ashamed. I will be porting out of this cheating network as soon as possible. I am advising everyone to do the same.

              We had been using airtel fixed line[protected] for more than 3 years plus.

              3 months back all of sudden the line[protected] got disconnected and various intimation has been forwarded to activate line only promises but no steps to resolve issue of activating line.

              Surprising when we dial[protected] one hears bell is ringing with this our cuatomers are feeling our work place is closed or we intentionally are not attending call. This giving negative publicity.

              Pls activate[protected] with broadband @ rs 499 immediately

                1. My wife hemalata mob no [protected] and [protected] was ported from a rcom to airtel. On 12 nov 2017.
                2. Since porting these nos mob signals were coming on/off and suddenly on 01 dec incoming sig was lost showing no signal bars on both mobiles.
                3. I have lodged complaint with customer support, i was told that my connection stopped as address verification not completed.
                4. If address not verified then why my no was ported and communication was established. Is it not a major security process laps by airtel. I was approached by other mobile operators including idea, vodafone and others. But i thought airtel is more reliable, but my inference was wrong.
                5. I visited airtel gallery again lodged complaint on 02 dec 17, i was told that connection will be restored within next one hour, unfortunately as of now 03 dec 2017 2230 hrs connection is not restored. Can trai and airtel look into to mitigate the issue. Till now sim not registered msgs displayed.
                6. No bill should be raised till proper connection is not restored.
                7. My wife's mob no: [protected] was a prepaid connection and airtel converted into post paid without my consent.
                8. My mob no [protected] was in my name rameshwar naik, but this no has been registered in the name of my wife which is fraudulent entry in airtel data base, which is most dangerous security laps. Look at the mobile network operators security process handling. I will seek your advise to approach consumer court as airtle has put me into embracing situation.
                9. Trai and nia to look into security process laps.

                        I am really dissatisfied with your services, i was submitted my phone on 1st november 2017 and as per your t&c the maximum time is 7 to 21 days.

                        Till now i am not getting any satisfactory response from your team. Every time i call them, they just give me silly excuses like it's getting delayed due to spare part not available etc etc.

                        Because of this, i am suffering a lot with my personal and professional life.

                        So, give me the exact status of my claim.

                        Thanks for your response, but I don't think it's the way you serve your customers. While checking the documents for claim process, you didn't reject the same. Even after receiving my handset for repair you didn't inform me anything about it. Your team neglected a lot to my queries and never bothered to reply my questions. There is a deadline of maximum 21 days for repairing process, but even after 30 days you didn't inform me anything about it. Instead of your team informed me that my handset is on hold because of non-availability of spare parts.

                        But now, you have come with a new and silly excuse. I don't think it's acceptable. I have been paying since a long for your service and even it's also true that the insurance company also approved the claimed amount along with I paid my part.

                        After all these how can you give excuses like this? I request you to provide me the service for which I have been paying you and repair my handset positively.

                        I am in a full mood to go to Consumer Court and rise a complaint regarding this type of worse service. I had paid the amount of repairing and initial payment ie 10% of actual claim. Now you are denning the service.

                        It's a better reason to show the actual face of Airtel to all the customers.

                            As am unable to receive the signal in my office working place if i need to talk to someone i should go out of the office to connect the network the same issues am facing from 2weeks though because of not getting your network inside my working place i had to lose my clients and affecting my business and meeting because of no airtel network

                              Dear airtel team,

                              Cheaters... Take my number and help me right away : [protected] i'm arun kumar

                              Very much unsatisfied with airtel... I dont want my sim card to be changed to maharashtra... I came for visit to pune in flight i put my sim in flight mode and post landing the sim does not work... Later i visited the nearest airtel show room to seek help... But they got 250 rupees and forced me to change to postpaid... Which is really embarrassing... Now i am running pillar to post to get my sim worked and still reciving lots of verification trouble which is unnecessary... These people are freaking me out here...

                              Now i dont want my tamilnadu sim to be changed to maharashtra thats it i want please cancel this request... Other wise i will go to social media,,... Guyz be little responsible,... I want immediate solution for this...

E bsnl. But when i go to bsnl amritsar office they show me the lrn of airtel where number is noe i. E 3009. But airtel refuse to accept. Isuffer a lot because this is my old number. Which i want to port in bsnl.

                                  Airtel company does not allow cancellation of postpaid services immediately.
                                  They will try to make all non sense communication in the name of customer retaining and bill will keep generating month on month without any usage.
                                  They dont provide termination / cancellation of services through their portal.
                                  They suggest cumbersome process to go for prepaid, plan change etc. By the time you realize 2 or 3 months bills are generated without any usage

                                      This is the most pathetic telecom service i've used so far you trying to beat jio? Better provide 4g network which really is 4g. Your connectivity is not even that of 2g speed doesnt go beyond 2mbps, wherein i've been usking 7.2 mbps with aircel since past 5 years that to 3g speed. Instead of fooling the customers have some self respect and do the right thing.

                                        Dear whoever is reading,
                                        I'm satyam raj,
                                        I've bought this sim card on 24th of september,
                                        Today i tried to create my phonepe account using the no. [protected]
                                        But it shows i've already created which isn't,
                                        Then i logged in by using forgot password as i thought maybe someone else has created using my mobile but it shows the same name shahid khan who abused me and tried harrasing me before saying it's his no.
                                        Now what should i do??
                                        Can i delete his details and use it as my own or should i throw this sim card as theirs no option to delete account of the person before who was using this no.
                                        Theirs his debit or credit,
                                        I don't know which card but their is some card saved,
                                        I have screenshots!
                                        What i do now because if i'll use this after editing the details,
                                        The person will again call and try harass me as he'd done before!
