Airtel Broadband Airtel Mobile — No Internet for 4 days

Irtel Broadband and Airtel Mobile Data down since Dec 12th. The Company closed the ticket without any information to me stating its an outage issue. Again on Dec 13th I raised an SR for both Broadband connection and the Mobile Data issue.
No Action has been taken in spite of repeated communication with the Customer Care team for 3 days.
The KARNATAKA Nodal Officer Number Published online is not a Valid number. The Email response was just a canned response stating it will be done.
All tactics are clearly to manage the SLA and not actually solving the customer issue.

When i informed the Escalation desk on the customer care last night to go ahead and cancel my Airtel Black connection due to poor Customer service, I was told to clear my outstanding bill and then to place request. What wonderful training!!
Please go ahead and Disconnect my Airtel Black services
