Extremely unsatisfactory and incompetent Airtel broadband service
Internet broadband service was down in my area since 12:00 PM in Sunday 21st April 2024 (since 32 hours 33 minutes)
I have been receiving notifications from Airtel every 3-4 hours since then assuring me about restoration of Broadband services but more than 32 hours have passed without a resolution.
This is affecting my productive work hours and I have to rely on tethering internet from Jio (your competitor). You expect your subscribers to pay bills on time and in such a situation, where I have has loss in business time, how does Airtel plan to compensate me.
This incompetence is highly unexpected from Airtel. After experiencing disappointment from several local ISPs, I finally moved to Airtel Xtreme thinking that you'll justify your brans. But, you Airtel is no different from the local disappointing ISPs.
It's ridiculous to see you send me the notifications assuring the restoration of service and thanking me for my patience but, after 33 hours my patience is running out and so must be the case with other subscribers too.
Update:
The technician came and fixed the issue and internet is restored. The issue was fixed in a couple of hours but, what pathetic is that why it took more than 48 hours to fix an issue worth 2 hours of time. Was Airtel waiting for an auspicious moment or the right astronomical alignment of stars?
This raises serious trust issues about Airtel Broadband and I don't think Airtel would be able to sustain the competition for long before falling down.
I haven't even received a response to my complaint that I raised with Appellate Department. Simply Pathetic!!

Irtel Broadband and Airtel Mobile Data down since Dec 12th. The Company closed the ticket without any information to me stating its an outage issue. Again on Dec 13th I raised an SR for both Broadband connection and the Mobile Data issue.
