Airtel Fastag — Airtel Fastag blacklisted at NPCI

I have enough balance in my Airtel Fastag account. But Tag status says blacklisted at NPCI by issuer bank. Last six months i am writing to airtel. Airtel says no issues with airtel bank. One airtel customer harassment executive assured me to deactivate the existing one and reissue a new tag. He deactivated but could not issue a new tag. Even after deactivation my car no is shown as blacklisted at NPCI by issuer bank.
