My fasting was showing inactive with no money. I called ur helpline and after all efforts when they had to connect me to a person it said all people are busy and phone call disconnected....

I am using Airtel Fastag for my car, it was black-listed for balance being 165/- only. So I rechared with 500/- and made total balance of 665/-. I recharged on 18th May, but still my card is not activated and I have been paying double payments whenever I cross Toll-gates and already lost 400/-. I need help in getting the issue escalated & addressed for faster resolution.

My Airtel Fastag account is blacklisted at NPCI by airtel bank in spite of having sufficient balance. I wrote to wecare customer care and made 30+ calls to Airtel customer service. Every executive said to me, you problem will be resolve in next 48hr. After 1 month, my fastag still blacklisted. Airtel does know how to resolve this issue....

As per Airtel Thanks App, my FASTag is "Inactive" state and AirtelBank customer care suggested me to apply for disable existing one and raise request for new one as it was not used for last one year.I didn't travel last one year due ot covid issues.

I have enough balance in my Airtel Fastag account. But Tag status says blacklisted at NPCI by issuer bank. Last six months i am writing to airtel. Airtel says no issues with airtel bank. One airtel customer harassment executive assured me to deactivate the existing one and reissue a new tag. He deactivated but could not issue a new tag. Even after deactivation my car no is shown as blacklisted at NPCI by issuer bank....
