Airtel, Santhome Branch — New Sim Not activated for the past 11 days

Address:Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I have purchased a new sim with No.[protected] and sim no is[protected]U on 25th June'16. Till now it has not been activated and the reason said is my name is NOT FOUND in the records and so cannot activate.
There has been no response inspite of sending mails. Request Airtel to look into this and resolve immediately
