Chronology of Events:
1. May 19, 2025: Completed all documentation and advance payment for the Xstream Fiber connection.
2. May 20, 2025: Received a confirmation message for installation, but no technician arrived.
3. May 22, 2025: Received a rescheduled appointment for May 25, 2025.
4. May 24, 2025 (20:38 hrs): Received a call from Airtel representative (Mobile: [protected]) confirming the appointment for May 25, 2025, at 9:30 AM.
5. May 25, 2025: No technician arrived; appointment was missed.
6. May 27, 2025: Received another confirmation message for installation at 1:30 PM; no technician arrived.
7. May 31, 2025: Received a call confirming installation; no technician arrived.
8. June 2, 2025: Received another call confirming installation; no technician arrived.
9. June 3, 2025: Received another call confirming installation; no technician arrived.

Issues Faced:
• Repeated missed appointments without prior notice.
• Lack of communication regarding delays or rescheduling.
• Inconvenience caused due to unfulfilled commitments.
• No site survey conducted before accepting payment.
Request for Resolution:
I respectfully request the following:
1. Immediate Installation: Schedule and complete the installation of my Xstream Fiber connection at the earliest.
2. Explanation: Provide a detailed explanation for the repeated delays and missed appointments.
3. Compensation: Consider appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
4. Preventive Measures: Implement measures to prevent such occurrences in the future.
I trust that the forum will take prompt action to address this matter and ensure that my rights as a consumer are upheld.
