Airtel Xtream Fiber — Not Providing Internet

I've taken 6 months of Airtel Xtream fiber with the price of 3003/-. They are not providing service to me properly.

Raise a request for internet issues on 13 June 2022. They are not responding anything after 8 days also. Today(20 June 2022) I'm raising a complaint because after 8 days also not provided a resolution. because of internet issue I've rechanged, other alternatives live Gio FIber, Airtel Mobile, Jio mobiles those cost 2900/-. could you please help us on this.

Now a day's you all know how important the internet is.

As I mentioned above I lost 3000/-. please help us with recovering my money. one more point I'm not able to work properly for 8 days.
