Airtel4g — Cheated by airtel salesperson

I saw add of airtel 4g sim and ordered it online. then airtel executive called me and asked whether i want a prepaid or postpaid card. i told them that i needed a prepaid card. they told that soon the prepaid executive will contact me. after two days a girl named PRATIKSHA SHUKLA([protected]) from airtel called me and asked for address and told that the sales person will come to your home and give you the sim and will take all the necessary documents. and she also asked me whether i want a prepaid or postpaid sim. i told her that i want a prepaid sim card. she said ok. the sales person came at 6 pm. i don't know his name but his contact number was [protected]. he told me about prepaid and postpaid plan as well. as i wanted a prepaid sim he told me that i am supposed to give him 150 rupees for the first recharge.and i will get 106 rupees talktime, 1gb 4g net for 1 month, 35 paise/min loc std calls for 3 months.i was convinced by this and i gave him 150 rupees. he told me that the sim will start next day. i waited the whole next day and then told him that the sim doesnt start. he told me that my documents were from other state so it will take some time for the process. next day pratiksha shukla called me and told that i will get a bill of 250 rupees per month for that sim card as that sales person sold me a postpaid card. i told her that i told the person to give me a prepaid card and he gaved me a prepaid card as it was written on the packet. then she told me that she will confirm from that person and call me back. but she didnt. i then contacted that person and asked him the whole thing. he told me dont listen pratiksha, wait for the sim to start. after that a person came to my home to verify my documents and he told me that i was cheated by that person and he gave me a postpaid card. there was no other choice for me now. i thought i will use this sim for 1 month and then i will deactivate it. that person who came for verification verified my documents and told that the sim will start next day. meanwhile i kept calling pratiksha and asked her when the sim will start. she sometimes received my call and sometimes ignored.
