It's been three days that i don't have internet and called 5 times since then. They keep disconnecting the call and gives false promises day by day. Finally they transferred to the technician and he was unsure about the issue and was saying it's ok every time i say about the issues. I have recorded the call and went straight to his office and he has denied to check and said that he "maybe" coming after some time. And also asked to disconnect the service if i want.
Is this the service that we can expect from airwire?
