Worst connection at its best. they steel money of people by providing internet only for few hours in a day and no technician to process the request. once you complaint they come at their sweet time and looks like they are doing a favor to you.

I requested for one of the new airwire broadband connection at 7-nov-2019. Fo that i connection i submitted all the required document along with 500rs as advance. Till the date there is no connection and no response. If i complaint to customer care, no one taking seriously.

It's been three days that i don't have internet and called 5 times since then. They keep disconnecting the call and gives false promises day by day. Finally they transferred to the technician and he was unsure about the issue and was saying it's ok every time i say about the issues. I have recorded the call and went straight to his office and he has denied to check and said that he "maybe" coming after some time. And also asked to disconnect the service if i want.

Is this the service that we can expect from airwire?
