He called me from housing posed as an owner of the house at hinjewadi pune and did not show me the flat stating the tenant was away in Mumbai but I could see it on wednesday. He took the token amount first and i was in desperate need of moving and then took the entire advance rent with rent agreement charges saying it was necessary. Total of 20500. I was desperate and was hoping to see the flat by wednesday however now he is not picking my calls up, abusing and not returning or showing me the flat. Kindly help in retrieving my hard earned money.

I hope he gets strict punishment for this. He said he has this flat in Marigold complex Kalyani nagar pune.
Please help me to get my money back.
