I called him and he sent me vdo of flat, I asked him that I want to see flat personally then he made up a story that the tenant is in mumbai they will come on Wednesday. I like the flat and I have to shift on urgent basis. He discussed everything in detail and then asked me to give token amount of Rs 5000 and that he will return if I don't move ahead with the flat. Ajay shukla is a broker in kalyani nagar pune area. He took a deposit of 5000 for a flat which we wanted for rent, when we reached pune he said the room is not available, and also we didn't get our money refund yet.
We've booked the room on 24th of may, and still there is no response from him....

Ajay shukla is a broker in kalyani nagar pune area. He took a deposit of 5000 for a flat which we wanted for rent, when we reached pune he said the room is not available, and also we didn't get our money refund yet.

Ajay Shukla is broker from Pune, Kalyani nagar, koregoan area. He contact me while I was searching rental home in pune through housing.com. I booked a flat and gave token of RS.5000 . But I never got the flat nor my money.
