Frequent power cut in village Dujod since last 3 months.
Some times it 8 to 10 times in daytime and 2 to 4 time in night.
Please look in to the matter. There is difficult to face very hot day of summer without fan cooler etc.

Hello Sir,

This month we received the light bill for amount of 12000/- which is unexpectedly high as we did not used this amount of electricity. Usually we get light bill of[protected]. But this time its unexpected. Same issue with whole village. So many people are facing this problem. Many people received the bill with such big amount.
Please take some action regarding this. As we people cannot pay such amouny & why we should pay.

This time its really a big issue.

This is some kind of issue with the reading person or issue with meter. Dont know whats wrongs.

सिर्फ हमारे लाइट बिल ज्यादा नही आया है। गॉव में सभी लोगो के लाइट बिल ज्यादा आया है। किसी के 10000 किसी के 12000 ओर किसी के तोह 35000 का बिल आया है। residential na ki commercial.

आपसे हात जोड़ के निवेदन है कि इसपे जल्द से जल्द एक्शन लिया जाए। अन्यवाथ हमे consumer कोर्ट या कोर्ट में इस रेगार्डिंग केस लड़ना पड़ेगा।

[protected] के. नम्बर[protected] मैरा घरेलू मीटर तेज चल रहा था लाइनमैन के द्वारा टेस्टिंग मीटर लगा कर चेक किया गया बाद में मेरे मिटर में 3 दिन में 50 रेटिंग आई और टेस्टिंग मीटर में 3 रिडीग आई उसके बाद मैंने मिटर टेस्टिंग के लिए खेतड़ी नगर एप्लीकेशन दी ₹35 की रुपए की रशीद कटवाई अब आफिस गाया तो AN सर बोल रहे हैं कि आपका मिटर उतारते टाईम टुट गया अब आपको पुरा बिजली बिल ₹16214 देना पड़ेगा मेरे को मेरे मिटर कि रिपोर्ट देवे ।

Hi Team,

I want to make official complaint against Chirawa zone for not taking readings in timely manner due to which I've recieved high usage bill twice in last one year. My entire village wants to raise this complain and same can be verified through total amount o[censored]sage generated in last bill For entire Grid.

In Dec'21, I received bill on 15000/- approx and now again it's more then 9000/-. In December I was charged for 1761 units at a rate of 7.95/- per unit and this month again am being charged for 1162 units at 7.95/-. With this my fixed charges also increased from 345/- to 400/-. Hence it's clearly a fraud of 310/- from one customer.
That means for 1, 00, 000 customers this fraud is almost 3, 10, 00, 000. Please consider this complaint on priority or else I need to file a case wherein I see it's a legit case.

This is harrasment and fraud done by your department. When I ask your department for official complaint then your Junior Engineer(Sarjeet Choudhary) of Chirawa zone says that he has nothing to do with customer complaints and can talk to anyone but he won't help me.

If you can't help then just deny so that I can file a court case against your board.

13/4/2021 Current meater reading situation 5261. But current issued bill date 24/7/2021 reading 5288. Current issue bill 4 Months. But before 2 months bill we are paid 870rups. 19 units Also included service charge 550rs. . And they also includes 4 months service charge 1100 rups. Current bill amount is 2703 rups. Even a salaried person gets salary in min. 30 days but they give electricity bill in 20 or 22 days. Monthly bills come 7100 rs. how a common man will survive with such costliness.

in last 4 Months. total i paid 23000 INR. I never used to get such bill amount before electricity department was under govt. now they gave it to private company secure, and its become disaster for a common person.
