I got termite treatment done from zimmber on 29th may2017. (Order id - 311626). The guy who came promised me that the termite will be gone completely and won't come for at least a year and i should not worry about termite anymore, clearly that was overselling, it has been 4 months and i was informed by another guy who came for general pest control that there is termite in the very same wood where i got the treatment, and it is increasing rapidly, he did mention before i know it can cause major damage. When i told him that i got the treatment done 4 months back, he told be it must have been local quality chemicals and it is a tedious process which was not done properly hence the termite came back. I on the other hand was relaxed on the termite point, as trusted zimmber services, but seems i was a fool. I complained to zimmer support and got a call from salman, who politely refused to any rework, as by their policy it is only in a month that they can initiate rework and i should rather order a fresh service from them. Why would i ever go back to them, i feel cheated, i lost half my kitchen self because of poor quality service from zimmber, the loss is not just the amount i paid them but the wood termite ate after the treatment. You should not only provide rework but own the loss i have to bear now as of poor quality service provided. Poor quality services topped with no customer support. I would request people to avoid zimmber rather go to pest vendors directly as they are more mature and proactive. My humble appeal to freinds and family would be to not go by teir tag line which says "trusted home service" coz i burned my hand trusting them.

    This is sastry from hyderabad. On september 11th we had service done for bedbugs treatment. There was no effect. We had brought this to the notice. On 14th september again they have reworked. As per commitment service follow up should be done after 15days. They did not do and when we em mr. Mahender service provider declined saying that as per his contract with zimmber is only two times service will be done. As second service done was rework it should be treated as first service.     The company’s replied that they are not inclined to do service. So I decided not to avail so called services from this company. There were other agencies who approached us at lesser price but we were mislead by the assurances given by the company. It is a paltry sum to get the work redone which we can afford, but this approach of the company is not expected. Those who wish to avail so called services should confirm every detail before entrusting the job because company will disown their own statement oral.

      Your service is extreamly poor. It is a complete cheating company. Yesterday i availed your service for bed bugs treatment. Our money and sleep both went in vain after their service. The assigned person came at 1:00p. M. Did the treatment for 10-15 mins for both the rooms and said, keep the room closed for 3-4 hrs. Late evening when i opened the rooms at 6:00p. M. Everything, our pillows, mattress and bedspread were completely wet. We really didnot knew where to sleep. I expected and understood that 3-4hrs locking the house was for drying everything.
      However i put the mattress on the cot, put some newspapers, bedspread and tried to sleep with my 5 yrs son. After some time my son started crying, even my husband, myself were not able to sleep. We started scratching our hands and legs and all over. We switched on the light. And entire bed was full of adult and small bed bugs. Entire night my husband and myself were hand picking the bed bugs every half an hour to kill them.
      Thanks for your pathetic service and giving us sleepless night. Even while your person was leaving our house, i asked him, can we sleep on this mattress after 4 hrs, will the bugs will still there. He said, now no problem, you can use the mattress.
      Today morning i tried to spoke with your person to complain on same, but the phone was switched off. I really felt very disgusted. Finally i called your escalation team and spoke with imran, he complained me that someone will call me to resolve my issue. But agaon zimmber proved their poor service. Entire day went and no one called. Finally while i again called and spoke with imran to resolve my problem he said some one will give me a call in sometime. After 10 mins same girl called me who had taken my booking, i told her entirely about my problem. I was extreamly shocked to see her attitude, way of speaking and the way she was shouting and defending herself, way she was putting the blame on me, this was really not expected. Instead being empathetic, trying to resolve my problem she was blaming me for everything.
      So now it is confirmed that zimmber is also known as a cheating company.

        I have requested for plumbing work from zimmber on 2nd sept 2017. The zimmber champ has came and just inspected and asked for 200rs so that he can start work. After getting 200rs he disappeared and came at 7pm after we continuous calls to zimmber. He said he will get work done in and hours time and for material required he took another 900 and he bought some solution and after completing just half work he disappeared and didnt come again. After calling zimmber call centre also still not getting work done or refund of money.

          Overcharged money for fan repairing service.

          Date of incident: 17/07/2017

          Refund should be provided for that.

          Initially they provided estimation of 600 rs but charged 750 rs.

          Labour charges they provided as 210rs but they took 300 rs.

          I cancelled my order initially but they called me and told that thye will do with less amount as per the market.

          But they cheat me in this and they over charged me for fan repairing.

            Guys if anyone of you is thinking to get some service from zimmber then be prepared to waste your money. I contacted these guys to get plumbing service but their agent came and took the visiting charge saying that he will come back and replace the tap. Next when I called up, he said that he has not find the tap so will come in the evening. when I again called up in the evening he said that he wont come and asked me to get it done from a local plumber. on top of that he damaged the tap which was in a working condition before.

            Note: they will charge you visiting charge and might further damage the existing condition of your product. They will not take any liability of that. Their agents do not the P of professionalism and they dont care about it.

              I opened an order regarding refrigerator repairing it got fixed on time & i was charged 1300 for that which was higher compare with market price then within a week as same issue came but this time they took 3 days to repair it. Then again after 5 days same issue came & now technician & zimmber was saying we can't fixed it & we can only refund 50% amount what you paid & the part is not there in market. So based on guess they replace something but if that is not working they should not charge for that. This thing that the replace part was guess they told me now only when i already paid for it & almost face issues for 15 days so it should not be done if technician don't know exactly he should not replace at first attempt itself the part he replaced.

                I used Zimber to call for my PC servicing (desktop).

                I recvd a call from a person called Rizvi to confirm the time and date (22MAR2017). He asked me what my issues were and I told him that I wanted my desktop serviced he sd it would cost rs1000 (He said it included upgrading and updating of info on my system). I told him that if I wanted it I would avail.
                Rizvi sent Manoj(technician) and this guy did a very shoddy job.. i had more problems after he left than before.

                Also I recvd a receipt from Zimber for Rs350 for the servicing, so I called Rizvi to find out why he charged me more (Rs1000)he sd he would send a separate bill for the rest of the amount from his company - I have still not recvd the bill from Rizvi.

                What kind of pple/companies is Zimber associating with - scam artistes who charge amounts with providing a bill.

                I am very unhappy with the Computer servicing!

                I raised request for plumber for drainage cleanup. Plumber came inserted 2 bottle of acid n left. After 8 days same issue again. And he charged 800 rs . Very money greedy.
                Then I had to call other plumber who cleaned the drainage pipe by inserting wire and the blockage went . Hire local plumber n not from zimbber

                  In less than 6 months of full home color work done by Zimmber, there are several patches and damages on the wall. Before the start of the work the Zimmber Champs (so called) promsied 3-5 years nothing will happen. after so many follow ups and calls and emails they respond saying we cant do anything now.

                  What a poor customer service. They have already burnt lot of money of their investors and now they are burning Customers money as well.

                  I had booked for Pest Control Services from Zimmber in April . However, not a single cockroach was affected by the treatment and on complaining to the company, they once again sent a person to repeat the treatment. Even after the second treatment, my kitchen area is infested with cockroaches. I'm extremely disappointed with the company.

                    I had requested zimmber to repair my LCD. There were two people Arif & Dilshad who came for the booked appointment and took the LCD for repair. They said they will let me know what is wrong with the LCD and how much expense will incur for the repair. After few days they called and said the pwoer supply board is damaged and they need to put a new one which will cost Rs 7500. On this i told them the cost is too high and i will check for the part myself. After 2 days I told them the actual price of the part is Rs 3000 to which they said they will get it done in Rs 4500 and then they disappeared for a week. After rigorous follow up they they have not repaired the LCD yet. To which i told them to return the LCD as it is. After 2 days this Guys Dilshad came with the LCD without repair and tried negotiate further. He finally said let me take the LCD back and figure out if i can repair it in the said cost or will sell it and give Rs 5000 for the LCD. Its been more than 2 months now and this guy has disappeared with my LCD. for sometime he switched off his phone. Then he changed his number. Every time when i call him he gives some excuse and ask for more time saying he doesn't have money and he has sold my LCD to somebody. Now none of his number is working and i have no way to reach him. This is shear no control and theft from Zimmber and its service provider. If it is still not resolved i will forced to go to police and take legal steps against Zimmber.

                      I paid for pest control service (Cockroach, ants, general etc) by paying in advance/- in nov'16 end. But when the person arrived to my flat, i was very surprised seeing his preparedness, dress and equipments. Whatever be, he started the work, in a zip hurry, putting little odourless paste and majority liquid chemical sprayed all around the flat with stinking smell and like pouring water on flowering plants.

                      Finally left like zip past.

                      Within 2/3 days all the ants & cockroaches in larger numbers are out. As if nothing like pest control happened. Called the zimmber. Again the same person arrived with huge anger. This time he sprayed that chemical in more quantity with more strong smell.

                      Had to close the flat and remained outside for few hours.

                      Now about month passed and situation is same with lot of ants and cockroaches (Less). Given a call to the company 2 days. Waiting for any response. I requested them humbly that i am no more interested and my balance money be refunded which they refused.

                      Finally i know that i have been cheated by zimmber. Total money is wasted. I took the service for one year and now it is even for one month effect not working.

                      I can say that one should think twice before hiring their service.

                        I was having prblm with my pc, so i booked an appointmt for my repairation at zimmber, a technician came and taken my lapi and goes back, after 2 days lapi was rtrnd to me, now its having another problems like when i shut down my pc its not get fully shut down nd my battery get fully wasted, 2nd prblm-to switch on my lapi i have to remove battery everytime

                          I took service from zimmber app.their champ came to my home fr electricity. He didn't complete his work and told me a solution. Then he left and told me a bill of 400/- I paid him 200/- in which my 200/- is first time service discount. As soon as light came again we faced the same problem I called him he was out of station then next day he came and charged 100/- fr the work done .when I received receipt from zimmber .the amount was mentioned 200/- only.I complaint the same on their customer care but still no action come till yet. I won't recommend it to anyone.

                            These people have made a story for me and i can sing it even in my sleep. Worst experience ever. I contacted zimmber to get the plumbing services done. Their champ arrived at home and started bargaining for the service. He asked us phenomenally high value stating that they are giving us warranty for six months and in this period if something happens they will help us out. We reluctantly bargained the services since my wash basin was completely choke.
                            He went out to bring something and came back empty handed. Within two minutes his work was done. Apparently within 1 hour of the service, the problem re appeared. We tried contacting the champ but to vain. We called their customer care multiple times but to vain again. Even the floor managers do not take responsibility for what happened and were trying to hide. They ask you the time and their champ never arrives at that time but at some odd hour. Who do you think the other people are? Only you guys are working? You do not have respect for time?
                            After weeks pass by their escalation team member calls me up and says they want to solve the issue and we can get the same services done. Who would wait with a stinking basin for so many days? I clearly told her i want my money back but as per their company policy they will not provide it. What a waste? You take people’s hard earned money for your luxury? I asked her to make me talk to her senior, the answer to which was, she is the top person i am talking to. If you are the top person have guts and use your decision making power.

                            Please help me. I need my money back.

                            I had a workman of yours come over to my house for some repair work some days back. Recently I have seen some unprofessional behavior from his side which was really not acceptable for me. So kindly look into this matter

THE VENDOR DID NOT GAVE ME WARRANTY CARD OR ANY BILL TO THAT EFFECT ONLY GAVE ME S/N AND PRODUCT NUMBER AND TOLD ME TO VERIFY THE STATUS OF WARRANTY FROM THE WEBSITE OF SEAGATE. I VERIFIED FROM THE WEBSITE BUT COULD NOT FIND THE PRODUCT, HENCE I RAISED THE THE QUERRY OF MY PRODUCTS WARRANTY BY EMAILING THEM . TO MY SHOCK I GOT THE REPLY" We are very sorry to inform you that this specific drive is an OEM drive. OEM drives means " Original Equipment Manufacturer", that is the product is made by one company and it is sold out to another company as their end product. We request you to contact the system manufacturer, additionally the product is out of warranty and expired on 17/11/2015 ."

                              Sir, I want new Seagate 500GB HDD with warranty card installed in my PC by the Vendor Sigma Infotech by his engineer. or my money paid be refunded to me at the earliest.

                              I was cheated by Zimmber technician, He replaced a device from my LG microwave which cost me Rs:2300/- Now after one month again the same issue has come and the guy never responding after my several calls.

                                I booked plumbing services for repair work in my office for 3pm on 23rd September
                                The plumber called me at 2.21pm and asked me the nature of work and also asked me if he could come early to the scheduled time and I gave a yes as an answer
                                At 3.10 a zimmber executive called me to ask if work had started and i told him the plumber dint reach
                                At 4pm i called the customer care and told them about the situation and they promised me the plumber would reach in 20 minutes
                                Its 5.30pm and guess what, the plumber has still not showed up!
                                Called the customer care again at 5.35pm and again I have been promised the Plumber would reach before 6pm and that the plumber will call you immediately which also has not happened!

                                I have been waiting for 3 hours in which I could have easily called a local plumber and fixed the repairs which needed to be done.

                                I used zimmber to save my time but looks like their champs time is more valuable than the customer.

                                  I had taken back massage on 3rd September. The service Representative who came had a defective steamer and the steam fall on my back and gave bad burnt mark. The mark is going worse day by day. I have spoke with the customer service as soon as this happend and dey dint took action still. I even mailed their CEO and the customer service team said that the CEO dsnt interfere in this. He opened the company and dsnt even cares about the customer.

                                  I want this company to be shutdown cos this can happen with more customers.

                                    I had booked premium sofa cleaning service for 15th Aug.time 12 -2pm..The Zimmber people come to house around 10:30saying we came for sofa cleaning.we said we had opted for 12-2 time for some reason.this time is not possible.Then they came around 1pm.I clearly mentioned that I need premium spa.They said ok.They badly scrubbed the sofa fabric with some liquid detergent, and them vaccum cleaned that soap.That was their premium sofa cleaning.
                                    I had some doubts so I asked is it premium service, the guy said yes this is ..Then after paying 3k minus some discount, , for a 5seater sofa, I mailed the company to find out the details on their primium service ..To my surprise there had to be no scrubbing done to the fabric, it had to be just cleaned using liquid soap, and steam, and then vacuuming and blow dried.when I investigated this in detail the company said since it was 15th Aug so their steam machine was taken by police.so they did regular cleaning.I said this is cheating by your vendor.Then even the call centre guy says that atleast we have given a regular sofa service instead of premium.That scrubbing had done damage to the fabric.Pics of which have been forwarded to them.had sent so many mails to Zimmber, and mails are just one sided.without any response.after a lot of mails they returned me my money but what about the costly sofa fabric that is damaged?and what about the idea of cheating a customer?How can that be justified

                                      I called up ur centre 4 times. Had to wait for 5 hrs to get services.even after requesting to change the service guy u sent the same person.in app it was showing Mohan and somebody else came with Miraj name.he had change still he declined until I saw change money in his wallet and he alsoasked me to pay cash only hence I couldn't pay online.I need refund for this pathetic service else I will never go for Zimmber services again.this is extremely frustrating. Never expected this from Zimmber.ur customer support neha is bad and everyone just keep phone on hold..

                                        Given my laptop for repairing of the usb port but they returned me back my non working condition after various complaints they again collected my laptop and repaired it but when they returned it sound was not working and they are saying that it must be damaged prior to repair again after various complaint and phone calls at zimmber care they collected my laptop and when they returned it sound was working but usb port was still non functional and soon after a hour sound again stopped working i am really pissed off by the kind of service zimmber is providing and now after various call i haven't received any call back from them and my sound and usb port is still not working i have given my laptop to them for repairing and they have charge me 1200 rs. But instead of repairing they have created various new issue.
