I have paid the bill payment of 46.0 through UPI payment on 30th dec 2020, but it still is showing unpaid. From google pay app it shows transaction successful

I have paid 6963 rupees to AVVNL on 07 12.2020 on Urja Sarthi Portal via netbanking . 6963 rupees have been deducted but it's still showing bill unpaid and the bill with added penalty.

I make payment of Rs -3277.00 Dated- 17/08/2020 from my Credit Card and i got bill payment successfully receipt. But This Amount not deduct in my electric Bill. I make complain at electric Board Jhunjhunu but not solve this matter.

Respect fully I beg to say that we are receiving high electricity bill for last 2-3 years. But there's not more consumption of electricity as per the bill showing amount.
