Dear Sir

This is in regard to Unit Rates charging in Rajasthan. Compare to Delhi /UP / MP and other states Unit charges are almost tripple.
Other fixed charges are also high and unnessary.
If other states can manage profitability, why cant we. .

This is covid time and business and Jobs are gone. Instead of supporting public you are charging higher and higher unit rates and fixed charges.

If you cant help atleast reduce rates at par with other states.

My consumer no is[protected] at sector 4 udaipur. I have deposited the previous bill on 19.06.2020 for rs 2917/- for 326 units. I have received a bill of rs9827/- for 1513 units.in this bill added fixed charges rs 1100 but i have deposited fixed charges rs550 on 19.06.2020. Please correct my bill so i am able to deposit my bill as early as possible.

आपसे नम्र निवेदन है कि मेरे मीटर की रीडिंग सही नहीं ली जारही है उसकी वजह से बिल बहुत अधिक आराहा है। चेक करने के लिए अगर मीटर बंद भी करदे तब भी बिजली बताती है। पिछले छह माह की तुलना से अगस्त का बिल बहुत गुनाह ज्यादा आया है। मई में को रीडिंग डेट थी उसमें मीटर लॉक बताया है और सात महीने का बिल जेनरेट हुआ है जिसमें लॉकडाउन के बिल का पेमेंट किया हुए है। औसतन बिल जबसे मीटर लगा है तबसे[protected] तक आता था। अब क्यू यह एक दम से दोगुना आया। आप सारे रिकॉर्ड चेक कर सकते है हमारे। नीचे निम्न बिल का वितरण और एप्लिकेशन भी सबमिट किया हुआ है।कृपया करके इसपे जोर दे और एक आम आदमी को सही रीडिंग के साथ सही राशि अथवा उपयुक्त राशि जो यूनिट भुक्तान है वह प्रधान करे। और एक बार मीटर चेक करने का भी कष्ट करे। जिससे घर की लाइट में भी दिक्कत आरही है और औसतन राशि भी दुगुनी ही रही है।

Please correct my address as above in my avvnl bill.

Please find attachments of address proof (South indian bank statement).

There is fault in connection with poll. We are facing Power cut off from almost three hour please to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

The bill of[protected] to the month of august is not correct according to the reading of meter, it is way too much then it is supposed to be according to the meter. even if we consider the bill to be up to today's date which is[protected] even then it is high
and second thing the lineman never came to actually take the readings than how can you ask us to pay this bill
i want a recheck on this isuue and a new bill to be issued.

Apse namra nivedan hai ki, mere meter ki reading sahi nahi li jati hai, ishliye bill bahut hi jyada aaya hai jo pichale 6 mahine ke bill ki tulna se kai guna jyada hai aur is baar aug 2020 wale bill mein vartmaan reading date[protected] aur pichali reading date[protected] mention kiya hua hai jo 7 mahine ka bill regenerate karti hai. Balki hamre june 2020 wale bill mein vartamaan reading date[protected]Jisme unit mention nahi kiye huve hai) and pichali reading date[protected] mention kiya hai, aur bill hamne online medium se bhar diya tha aur aug 2020 wale bill mein bhi hamari koi bakara biil amount nahi aa rahi hai. To is baar 7 mahine ki reading wapas se kyo li gai hai.
Apse nivedan hai ki hamre meter ki pichali 6 purani reading ke anusaar correct karke wapas se bill ko generate karave aur reading wale karmchari keliye sakta karyawahi ki jave. Upper di gai saari information ke liye bill aur reciept attach kiye huve hai.

We have already made payment of Rs.4297/- in month of July'20. Now to our surprise, we have received bill of Rs. 10155/- and our flat is closed from last 4 months.

You are harassing customer during the covid 19 time for visiting your office . My father is senior citizen and he is not staying in udaipur right now. He is currently in Mumbai and this is pathetic service from your end .

Note that, So many time written, Verbal, massages lodged complain to change/replace energy meter to your good office Chittorgarh, as also line man Mr.Hari Kas Mena . Still no any action taken from your office or Line Man. Hence current bill very high as my using i.e. Rs.9827/- . Kindly change energy meter as earliest possible . Also revised current bill providing .as past my using . Kindly issue revised bill as earliest .

Plz. Note that, my house no 3 r. K. Colony, bodiyana village, opposite zinc colony, electricity meter defective long time. We have already some many time inform line man mr. Hari kas meena. Also written complain given office at chittorgarh. Still not changes energy meter. Hence current bill amount as my use very high rs.9827/- payable on or before 20th august 2020. Kindly change meter as earliest possible. Also provided /issuing new revised bill as my past using line.

I m consumer of avvnl. Sikar division teh. Laxmangarh village badusar under bagri feeder. Your meter reader not coming timely and also bill distributor. He didn't distribute bill door to door. Billlast date 17august but i didn't received yet my electricity bill. Plz solve this problem asap. Best regards kailash takhar
