Sir, i am from bhilwara, rajasthan. Recently i have received the bill of last 2 months, which is much higher than my usual bill amount. This concerns me a beat since lately i haven’t used any electrical appliances that could escalate high electricity consumption. I think there has been some mistake during preparation of the bill.

Therefore, i would request you to have the bill thoroughly examined against your record and rectify it as early as possible.

    मे साँचली गावँ मे रह्ता हू। (जिला-उदयपुर, तहसील-गोगुंदा) हमारे गावँ मे बिजली की बहुत्त समस्या है। बिजली को बार बार काता जा रहा है। 5 मिनट मे 5 बार बिजली आती है और कट जाती है।जिस से बहुत से इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स वस्तुयें जल चुकी है और पूरा गावँ परेशान है। पास के विद्युत विभाग मे शिकायत के बावजूद कोई फर्क नही है। अब आप ही हमारी समस्या का निवारण करे।

              I am complaining since last 3 months about electric spark at pole and regular intruption of power supply. It's very sad that no one is bother to resolve the issue. ये लगातार हो रहा है और मैं लगातार शिकायत भी दर्ज करवा रहा हूं। पर लगता है सब के सब निक्कमे है। पिछले तीन महीने से शिकायत करता हूं, एक मैसेज आया है आपकी शिकायत दर्ज हो गई है। दूसरा मैसेज आता है निवारण हो गया है। इन गर्मियों में पुरी पुरी रात बैठे रहो। अगर कोई जिम्मेदार अधिकारी तक मेरी बात पहुंच रही है तो कृपया इसको ठीक करवाओ।

My complaint is :- modi baag ward no.15 colony neem ka thana main electricity voltage is very low and very dim electricity voltage in my colony modi baag ward no.15 neem ka thana. So main apse ya apaksa karta hu ki aap iss problem ka jald se jald solution kra taki hamari colony main elctricity voltage sahi aaye jisse hmaein problem na ho.

                    Please check on the matter of high fluctuation from 18th may, 2020 in chittorgarh as the lights were getting too dim and then getting too high, due to this some electrical appliances were damaged - cooler, led lights and fuse box.
                    I would like to ask for a repair in kumbha nagar neighborhood as it is happening every day since.

                      Hello there

                      As per my subject, please note i didn't receive any bill or hard copy of bill till now but my paytm is showing the bill is due for 29th may 2020 with amount of 4004rs however i checked the reading of meter and compared with my last bill unit consumption, hence, i come to know that the charge is almost double and very high according to actual unit consumption of these months,, and even nobody was here to take the actual meter reading.. So kindly help me out for this situation because i am in containment zone right now..

                          1. Whenever i try to access my dublicate bill on urjasarthi app then this k no. Shows invalid
                          2. But when i pay my bill through onilne app like paytm phonepe and other it shows valid
                          3. But i want to know my bill details about reading consumptions etc.. Thats why i want to download dublicate bill
                          4. I contacted to avvnl helpline no. For this query.. They advised to send a text to [protected] and i do so but my problem not get resolved

                            So many time the regularly discontinue supply of voltage due to which our electronic gadget are got damaged (Water motor, setup box, tv, etc..)
                            And from last three days the regularly unnecessary power cut which effect us mostly in afternoon and in night.

                                Hi sir,

                                The complaint is submitted from the residents of village - chourari aguni, post-dhinghariya, teh - surajgarh. Pin code - 333033 distt - jhunjhunu (Raj.).

                                We have electricity connection from sub-power grid (Kakoda). From past 5-6 days, there is no electricity in our village. The electric wire is broken at one of the dp. We continuously are reporting to the line man (Vinod) but he is not listening to any of the complaints. He usually drinks on working hours. We are in really very trouble due to electricity issue under this lockdown. Request you to kindly look into the matter asap.

                                        late penalty charges during lockdown period

                                        Avvnl charged late penalty charges during lockdown period for the bill for march 2020. The bill hard copy or message was also not delivered nor received by me till date. When at the time where the whole world is struggling for survival avvnl are less bothered, else indulged only for revenue. Avvnl should atleast waive late payment charges and credit the same in our account...
