I would like to inform you that we have received Domestic Electricity Bill for the period Nov-18 to Dec-18 of Rupees 3787/- which electricity we have not use.

Only my parents are using this electricity and they are not having or using any Heavy voltage machineries.

Pervious 1 year electricity cunsumption details are as under:

Jan-18 = 49 Unites
Mar- 18 = 42
May-18 = 41
Jul-18 = 254 (Not use but we pay the bill)
Sep-18 = 293 (Not used but we pay the bill)
Nov-18 = 152

I request to u my electric meter is working very fast so electric bill compose very high i complaint against meter so meter change but old meter lab test report not receive me and not corraction in bill payments yet. I meet this regarding in baragaon a. En. Office many times in two months but not satisfaction i pay the charge of change meter and lab test in 1 nov 2018 in book no. 78445 and serial no 35. So i humbly request to u please solve the problem.

I, ajay singh bhati, from banswara city, k no[protected], wants to bring some very disturbing points regarding my electricity bill that i have been facing since last 6 months. This is very traumatic that despite paying regular bills your department has turned deaf ears to all my appeals.
My issue is that i am getting bills from april 2018, in which electricity department has considered my meter as damaged. The case is that meter reader found my neighbour's meter as damaged but due to his neglgence he had shown my meter as damaged. Many times i asked concerned officer to please look into the matter as my meter is fine but department is overcharging me. I have shown him bills from april 2018 but he didn't want to listen. It seems that only person is controlling the entire department, and the problem is he consider himself as the only authority and dont want to listen anyone.
Sir i have calculated my actual bill from my previous meter that, department or we can say that officer has declared damaged, and the bill that i have got from office. When my meter has changed last reading was 6051 but till that time in total i have paid for 6330
It was a difference of about 279 units.
Despite complaining regularly from last 6 months no action has been taken regarding my bill, instead my meter has been changed and i am overcharged with wrong bill.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me for recovering my financial loss and strict action against that officer for trauma that i have faced in last 6 months.
Please take action as soon as possible.

I have ordered realme 2 pro (4 gb ram 64 gb memory) phone from flipkart on 26th dec’18 and my order details are as below. This was against exchange of my old phone redmi 2 prime.
Order details:

The exchange was refused by courier and did not deliver me my order of new phone redme 2 pro. I have called customer care and as asked by them i have provided them the photographs for my old phone for exchange and in reply they assured me resolution by 30th dec’18. Then i have told customer representative of flipkart to deliver me the order and the value of exchange i have agreed to pay in cash. They told me that the order is scheduled by them to deliver me in 1 working day. Later to my surprise the order was cancelled. On calling to customer representative, they told me that seller has cancelled the order and if i require the mobile, i need to reorder the same. However the discount offered on my credit card and extra discount of 1000/- rs. Was lapsed and i have to order fresh without this discount at prevailing price.

Matter of dispute
If they asked me to wait till 30th dec’18 for resolution, how can they cancel my order without intimating me? I have also chat screen with customer care which is attached for reference.
If i have to order the mobile again, they should offer me discount which was there at the time of first order, as cancel was not my concern and they cancelled without intimating to me.
I would like to have new mobile from flipkart on the same order with the same rate as i have ordered.
I hope this matter will be taken up by you and i will get proper resolution.

D – 2009 dt. 06/02/2001 & d-125 dt. 23/04/2001 that the amer vidyut vitran nigam limited have recovered money against bank guarantee from our bank, state bank of bikaner & jaipur branch nahar magra distt. Udaipur. Copy of both the letters has been attached for your reference.

3. Our bank paid you a sum of rs. 112237/- through dd no.656074 dt. 29/01/2001 against bank guarantee no. 07/95-96 and bank guarantee no. 13/95-96 including interest there on.

4. As per above letters, the cash security is available with you is rs. 516671 plus interest accrued on it.

5. Till date you have not allowed us credit against above security available with you.

6. We have applied our case under amnesty scheme to clear our all out standing amount with avnnl and the last date of the said scheme is 31 dec 2018.

In views of the above you are kindly requested to credit the amount of security along with accrued interest to our account so that we may avail the benefit of the said scheme and clear our account within time.

Sir my bill no is[protected]. Our previous month bill is rs 1200 and units consumed as per bill was 1197 but in meter its showing 1011. We are not staying at that place, currently our house is locked, but still they are showing more units in bill. This month also we have received high amount bill with same number o[censored]nits, no one comes to take proper reading of the meter, they are just printing bills without reading meter.
I want you to look in to this and solve our matter, i am in mumbai and no one is there at home, so unable to go to their office and they are not replying on phone.

My name is Sugan Chand Bohara S/o Mr. Dhularaam. My K no. is[protected]. My meter is not showing reading for the past 2-3 months and I had already complaint about it earlier. In response they said your meter is showing reading here in our system. Nobody came to correct the meter. the amount of electricity bill in the month of Dec, 2018 came 9800/- rs. though the consumption is very less.
Kindly, look in the matter and resolve the issue.

No action has been taken by electric departmaint till now. Is this is the way of working of department of avvnl what's your je and aen doing god knows. As i have already wants to disconnect the electricity but your department willingling supplying electricity. Those farmers who had one months due bill for those your department will become tremendously active and sensior... Further last hope you will take the action. Justify your work

Dear sir i have 3 phase connection at my residence which is of prepaid type. As my connection is prepaid type so on the starting of month i am recharging and using the services. But the company is sending me bill of very high amount. As my connection is prepaid type i sholud not have any unpaid amount but they are sending me unpaid bill. I have complained against it many times to the company but they are not responding. I am sending you bill which they have send me. Kindly please resolve my problem.

One additional meter add in my old meter by meter redear vikash in 26 sep 18 and check it after one month 26 oct 18. He found the old meter three multiple unit by new additional meter. I pay the charge for change meter in receipt no 78445 dated 01nov 2018 but meter is not change yet. I going to avvnl baragaon office meet in j. En and other staff but meter is not change and say your meter going to lab. And bill generate by old meter reading and i ask the bill reduce payment but say no. Sir i requested u change my meter and solve the problem and take necessary actions and reduce the bill payment othervise i going to consumer court.
