I have given a file to change the name in my electricity bill on 15 jan 2018 with all the required documents. Also i paid the deposit amount for the same. They said we will do it in next 3-4 days. But after 2 months again i got my bill with the incorrect name. I tried to call them many times but they did not picked up the phone. This is how avvnl works. Request no - [protected]

Dear Sir,

1. Refer to RSPCB, Jaipur letters RPCB/SCMG&DS/MARBLE-SKR-33/718-722 & RPCB/SCMG&DS/MARBLE-SKR-34/723-727 dated 02 Feb 18.
2. RSPCB, Jaipur had issued directions to Xen(O&M) Sikar for disconnection of electrical supply of M/s Radhika Cutting Udyog and M/s Bajrang Stone Suppliers, village Maharoli, Dist Sikar under the provisions of section 33A the Water Act.

3. When i met to Xen(O&M), Sikar and Xen(O&M) Ringus, regarding disconnection of connections of above mentioned Udyogs then both of them had refused to disconnect the electricity supply despite receiving direction orders.

4. It is therefore requested that necessary action may be taken for disconnect the electricity supply to the Udyogs.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I am Rajender Singh S/o Shri Ramji lal having electricity connection (K No.[protected], Khata No. 2214-199 in the name of Ramji lal). There is no electricity from last 72 hours at my place. When I got to know the reason from Pliani electricity board office, Senior official AEN refer that my electricity bill is due for payment. I immediately paid amount inclusive current month payment of Rs. 8124/-. On asking the duplicate Electricity Bills of last of two months, which I have not received till date, they refused to provide the same and told me to talk to IN officials for duplicate bills.

When I went to office of AEN Officer, he ignored my request and did not receive & acknowledge my application for issue of duplicate bills of last two months. After that, I contacted Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Customer Helpline No. to provide me duplicate bill and repair my faulty line. They assure me to send the line man to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

After few hours, one Junior Engineer (Contact No.: [protected]) contacted me to verify the location. Later, when I tried to know the status of the complaint, the engineer replied me that AEN Sir (Senior Official) told him to hold the complaint and he also told me that you did not pay a receipt of Rs. 600/-, which they did not receive at the time of bill payment of Rs. 8124/-, which I also tried to paid as I get to know the process. But they refuse to take the receipt payment Rs.600/-

I suspect that somebody from outside are trying to disconnect the electricity connection intentionally or they are using their power to hold my complaint.

Due to all this situation, my whole seasonal crop will be damaged if I unable to water in the crop field for next three days, due to electricity problem and it will be my huge loss. This is the only source of income to me.

I am asking some questions through you –

1. Why they did not send me notice before disconnection?

2. Why they did not accept Rs. 600/- receipt amount for the re-connection?

3. Why they refuse to provide me duplicate bills?

4. Why they did not accept my application request for rectify the connection after due payment?

5. Why the Junior Engineer was trying to hide his identity, when I asked his name?

6. My complaint No.[protected] dated 17.01.2018 status is still pending and nobody is giving me any updates.

7. Because of above all, if I lose my crop then this must be recover from the responsible people who involve in this conspiracy.

Please take this issue seriously and take appropriate action to solve my problem as soon as possible, otherwise I will go through a big loss due to seasonal crop damage.

Sir im regularly paying my meter amount... My request to you is check the matter because the person official jaain sahab and aaiyaan sahab is also not giving any appropriate answer... And they are openly challanging that do whatever you want we cannot help you regarding this matter... Sir with humble request i asked you for your help and becoz of this they have cut/disconnect my godown power supply, becoz of which im facing very difficulties in doing my work... Kindly check this matter becoz in the bill which they have given to us its showing reading 4440... And now suddenly i got the application telling that when we have tested your meter its having reading 10147... Sir my question to you is that once they have come for checking how come they have written 4440 as reading for which the amount has also been given... And sir its already written in the below statement photo that the time when they have come for meter reading they have accurately checked and they have given the meter reading equal to 4440 suddenly after sometime they are approaching me with an application that your meter reading is 10147... Which i feel was absolutely wrong... There is a big controversy regarding this for which vidyut office is not responding to us... Please check this matter and im ready to answer you with anything... As i m having all the proof with me...

Below im attaching my bill and its related documents along with the application which they have given me... I trust and confident that this application will definitely get response soon as possible as im staying without power supply... Thanking you sir...
And sir 1 more thing the person who comes to take meter reading without coming he write that the godown was closed ………….. Whenever we tried to ask him he denieds and start arguing……. And even when we ask or enquiry something there reply was so rude as they are not the right person to answer…they openly says do whatever you can we don’t have any fear of any1……..
The copy of this application im sending to few more offices through which im having trust of getting proper answer…….. Thanx you once again sir….

Sir, i am very much shocked and surprised to receive invoice for lock house rs 32100/- towards electricity consumption charges. Which is abnormal for my locked house.

Kindly note, the said premises is locked since last so many years as mr. Shabbir hussain previous owner is died and i am the son of mr. Shabbir hussain staying in pune for my job and i visit very rarely at the above residence. The current bill value is hudge amount and i am unable to make such a abnormal hudge payment for a lock house.

Therefore, i hereby request you to have a look on the serious issue and waive the entire amount of
Rs. 32100/-. Once the amount is zero or clear then after i can able to change owner name and then pay your regular electricity bill charges.
So please help me to clear this issue and i await your earliest action on this subject.

My service number[protected] iam residing at ahmedabad and invoice for the month december 2017 charged with amount me rs. 877, even after my house closed (Locked), i am very surprising the charging me to without uses

Ask your meter reader man, what is going on this and provide me the solution, in case house close iam only liable to pay minimum charges incase house close.

Also you can arrange verify the same at your end by deputing authorized person.

Earlier i already penalize and pay charges before that, this third time complaining for the same.

Kindly look in the same and waiver me in next bill.

The bill recieced by me for the latest quarter-ending 30/11/2017 is certainly incorrect and wrong. It shows my usage of 442 units and charged me a sum of rs 3, 213.09 whereas my usual usage is not more than aroud 150 units or even less.
There has not been any change in my circumstances or not added any more equipment or additional lights.
I have tried desperately to contact your department on [protected] but have not been successful.
I would therefore request you to urgently check the meter and rectify your error so that my i get an appropritae reduction or refund in my next bill.
