I am staying in jallara village from udaipur rajasthan in the morning at 09:00 am to power is gone and i am inform to line man. He is saying i will come and check but steel at 18:00hrs he is come. And the power is not come i am taken his no. But its switch off [protected]. He is not given any response. He is very care lass. He is done his job proper my mother staying village alone she health is not good please help us.

I am neena nahta currently residing near adarsh vidya mandir, behind shyam mandir in chirawa, 333026.
My bill no. Is - [protected] and my meter is in the name of mukesh kumar.
I got a bill of around 3k for the months of june and july, where as now i got a bill of 10k since i had failed to pay within the last date of payment. Which makes my current two months bill equal to almost 7k that is rs.7, 000. Now i would like to tell you that i go out to work at 7:00am and come back home at 8:00pm sometimes even later than that. I use the ac only for 8hrs max and did the same when my bill was 3, 000 (For june/july).
So how can my meter be read with such a difference? I highly doubt the capability of the persons coming for checking around here.
I would like you to look into the matter asap since my last day to pay is tomorrow.
I am a single lady living with a daughter and do not have a family who might use more electricity. I do not think that a jump from 3, 000 to 7, 000 is right for someone who doesn't stay at home all day. I've come from kolkata to work here and you can enquire with anyone you want around here to check if i stay at home at all except for sundays.
Please i urge you to recheck my bill and see that my meter is not read wrong here after or else i will have to forward my complaint to the consumer forum stating unfair bill calculation as a subject.

I have deposited demand amount for a new connection on 26/07/2017 but still there is no response from electric office of jahajpur. More than 10 times i reminded them about my needs but no positive response shown by them hence it is requested you to look into the matter.

After so many telephonic talks and conversation with udaipur vidhyut office. Meter rectification has not been done. An application was filed on 17/07/2017 to rectify the issue, but still complaint has not been resolved. Aen and jen are totally involved in negligence. After 2 months if it can not be rectified or being surveyed, it shows how urs staff negligence and work. I again remind you to look the matter immediately otherwise, i have to lodge the complaint in consumer forum. I will not liable for this. Your harassment level reached to extreme position.

श्री मान महोदय अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लिमिटेड। मेरा नाम देवराज सिंह पुत्र श्री रतन सिंह ग्राम - हामपुरा, तहसील - जहाजपुर, जिला - भीलवाड़ा(राज.) से हु। पिछले 1 साल से हमारे गाँव हामपुरा के सभी बिजली के बिलो में नाम व् पता गलत प्रिंट होकर आ रहा। जिस से पुरे गाव वालो को कही भी पते के प्रमाण में बिल देने पर बहुत दिक्कते आ रही है। मेने 2016 का बिल और 2017 का बिल आपको मेल के साथ भेजा है उसमे नाम व् पते के लिए आधार की प्रति भी साथ सनलग्न की है।
इस बाबत् जहाजपुर पॉवर हाउस में शिकायत भी की लेकिन अभी तक कोई समाधान नहीं निकला। मेरे पते का सुधार करे।
अतः महोदय आपसे निवेदन है की कृपया क्र के मेरी इस शिकायत का जल्द से जल्द निवारण करे आपकी बड़ी कृपा होगी।

My k no is[protected]. I have paid my electricity bill of aug 2017 of rs. 949 through phonepe on 24 august 2017 but yet now it is being shown unpaid. It is not updated. Pls update it. My transection id is nx[protected]. When i checked its status then i found that a bill of rs 985 is pending and it is a amount of aug 2017 bill with late fees. It means that my bill is pending yet now.

From since last month, we give electricity bill through online payment, but when we enter our k-number[protected], it show invalid or not shown bill detail, when we enquiry by our rseb department they said this is due to server problem, it will ok automatically, so sir, please resolve our problem, so given online payment of my electricity bill.

In area purana bargaon, naya bargaon, makhupura, parbatpura, district ajmer 305002 state rajasthan there is daily power cut in morining time from 6.30 to 7.30. This time is so crusious as children go to school people to office, we have to prepare for daily routine, so without light its so painful to get ready, we cant use press, electric items, water motors and life get distubed. powe cut is happening because of some person. but its not right, . so please take some action regarding this problem. as many people suffer because of this daily power cut

I made the electricity bill payment of rs 16023 on 9th september 2017 via paytm.

The paytm team confirmed that the payment was successful on 9th sep, and it will be updated on merchant site in 24 hours.

However the payment is not yet updated in the avvnl system and a late fees is also applied on my bill.

Please help to resolve this issue....

Description of incident: i have more than 10 time complaint. But they no solve my problem mi use only 2540 unit electric but department give me bill that show 3527 unit.
Department inquiry team also agree with my fact but till that i have facing probleme

Maine lineman se samparak karne ke bad bhi hamara miter abhi tak chalu nahi huo hai, or hamare ko light nahi hone ki vajhe see kafi paresani ka samna karna pad raha, hamare ghar me 3 mobile phone hai usko charge karne ke liye dusaro k ghar pr chakkar lagana padata hai, or hamere ko andhere me khana pakhana padata hai, sone ke liye chat pr ya khule me sone ko majbur hone pad raha!!!???

Instead of repeated phone calls to malsisar office applied work is not executed so far only new commitment listen evey times. We have deposited demand note amount in april 2017 but work is not executed so far.
I think this delayed is beyond your citizen charter time limit.
Request you to look into the matter and pass necessary instructions to concern officer to finish the work within minimum time limit.br...

Now a day my neighbour send me the pics of bill or meter for (Hera feri) in meter. Meter number on bill & on meter is not tally.

I had complete my 34 years long service from army and i was retire from army on 31/12/2013 and i am so hardworking person
I was serve my nation 34 years with exemplary performance. And now i am retire person and i have fertile land and i want to grow crop and some financial crop.
But i have well on my field with good amount of water but i don't have resource for sinchai (Irrigation) every year my crop was damaged.
I am so frustrated and filled file for vidyut krishi connection in army kota on date of (18/1/2016).
In department of beawar chawni board which associated with ajmer vidyut vitran nigam limited but they not provide me any information they always refuse and making me fool
I am hardworking person and i want to plough my field and make want to earn crop for my family and also contribute for my nation.

So please do the needful action as soon as possible.
And please provide me response asap
