Mere yaha ki street light kharab ho gayi hai maine nagar nigam mein complain kari toh woh kehte hai ki aap ka area panchyat mein aata hai apne yaha ke sarpanch se baat karo sarpanch se baat kari toh woh yeh kehte hai ki meri jimmedari nahi hai nagar nigam ki hai aur jab maine AVVNL or Tata mein complain kari toh waha se reply aaya ki hum log kewal ghar ki light sahi karte hai stree light nahi karte hai. Mein Bahut pareshan ho gaya hu please help us.

Sir, k no.[protected]consumer utilize only lightning load like single 15 watt led bulb only. His present actual meter reading {july 2017 } is only 295. Where as bill sent 1200 unit. Complaint stand from last 2 years.
Bijaynagar ae also failed to rectify.
Even after online complaints on rapdrp no help.

लाइनमेन को फोन करके भी बताया, जे ई एन को भी समस्या से अवगत करा दिया गया।।
परन्तु अभी तक बिजली व्यवस्था सुचारू नही हो पाई है, जबाकी सुविधाओं के नाम से हमसे पूरा पैसा वसूल किया जा रहा है।।

But the notice came on my name. My electric power department went to ladnu and complained about it but they told me that it will change your name. But my name has not come from change and i have add all the money in my bill which was written in the notice.

सादर नम्र निवेदन हैं कि मेरे घर पर अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर से एक घरेलू कनेक्सन लिया हुआ हैं जिसका kno नं[protected] हैं, जिसके विगत माह के बिल नम्बर [protected] में अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर (मौलासर)नागौर, राजस्थान ने अंकेक्षण वसूली के नाम से 12575/= की राशि जोड़ कर भेज दी हैं, जो कि पूर्णतया अनुचित हैं, क्यों कि
(1) अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.मौलासर नागौर (राजस्थान) ने एक लम्बे अन्तराल से kno no[protected] के पिछले बिलों में मीटर स्टेटस (D यानि defective) दर्शा कर औषत इकाइयों के उपभोग का शुल्क वसूला हैं और तत्काल मीटर बदला नहीं और इसी के कारण कोई अंकेक्षण पेरा बना हैं तो इसके लिए उपभोक्ता दोषी नहीं प्रत्यक्ष रूप से अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर (मौलासर)नागौर, राजस्थान के अधिकार कर्मचारी दोषी हैं जिसका खामियाजा कोई उपभोक्ता क्यों भुगते सो मेरे से वसूली गए 12575/= की राशि का पुनर्भरण करवाया जाए।
(2) अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर (मौलासर)नागौर, राजस्थान ने जिस अवधि में
अपने मीटर नम्बर 79939002 को बंद (खराब) मान कर अंकेक्षण वसूली हैं वास्तव में उस अवधि में
मीटर बंद नहीं हो कर गलत मीटर पठन हैं जो कि निगम ही के कर्मचारियों ने लिया हैं, और अपनी
गलती छिपाने के मकसद से पुराना मीटर नम्बर 79939002 बदल दिया था। जिसके लिए भी
निगम ही के अधिकारी और कर्मचारी प्रत्यक्ष रूप उत्तरदायी हैं न कि निगम का उपभोक्ता कतई नहीं।
सो मेरे से वसूली गए 12575/= की राशि का पुनर्भरण करवाया जाए।
(3) अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर (मौलासर) नागौर, राजस्थान ने अव्वल तो ख़राब मीटर लगाया ही क्यों, अगर मीटर बाद में बंद हुआ था तो जिस पठन में मीटर स्टेटस (D यानि defective) दिखा कर न्यूनतम इकाइयों के उपभोग का चार्ज वसूला तब ही मीटर बदलना था यह निगम की जिम्मेदारी थी फिर निगन ने इतने समय अन्तराल तक अपने खराब मीटर को बदला क्यों नहीं, इसके लिए भी निगम ही उत्तरदायी हैं, उपभोक्ता नहीं। सो मेरे से वसूली गए 12575/= की राशि का पुनर्भरण करवाया जाए।
(4)अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर (मौलासर)नागौर, राजस्थान ने अपने जिस खराब मीटर नम्बर 79939002 को आधार मान कर अंकेक्षण वसूली की हैं वो मीटर निगम आज बतौर सबूत के पेश नहीं कर सकती हैं, जो कि सबूत मिटा कर अपने कृत्य छिपाने की श्रेणी में आता हैं जो अपने आप में निगम के अधिकारीयों कर्मचारियों की कर्तव्यो के प्रति उदासीनता और लापरवाही का एक अकाट्य प्रमाण हैं।

I complained to apply for a new road light of in my area & when we have a brother from the office late night, we are very late in the street, wild dogs, we have sons at the gate of the house, now you have done the same thing, about 8-9 months ago but no action has been taken, the council of this, so my request to you that you do anything, i am unsatisfied do not do any action taken,,,

24 aug 17 को हमारे घर का इलेक्ट्रिक कनेक्शन दिया गया ह जो कि दिया गया और नही दिया गया बराबर है। क्यों कि जो मीटर हमारे घर पर लगना था वो घर से 100 मीटर दूर पोल पर ही लगा दिया गया है । बोला गया की यहाँ से अपनी केबल लगाओ और अपने घर पर लाइट ले जाओ ।

Electricity bill issued for aug 2017 of 785 units against k no[protected] amounting to rs. 5621/- issued for aug 2017, whereas i have already paid rs. 4445/- (Apr 2017 - rs. 2867/- & jun 2017 - rs 1578/-). However, jen. (Rural) jhunjhunu issued me a total meter reading incurred from mar 2017 (From date of installation of new meter) to 30 jul 2017 again, which is not understood. The matter has already been brought out to jen. (Rural) official during apr & jun 2017 personally as well in writing and my previous complaint, but no action taken.

Very bad feeling to informing you that many people at kishanpole (Near munna bhai agarbatti vaale), udaipur are using illegal and fraud electric connection (After cutting the connection). Opposite the the house of munna bhai agarballiwale 70 percent peoples using illegal the department has cut many connection but not received the meter by department. After cutting the connection an unknown person took money and made an illegal connection from electricity pillar (By direct wire line). It is very big fraud to us. The department take action only in time of march month. After that the department dont take action. It's very serious matter. You can check the electricity wire line and bills.
If department will come in the colony then we can gave the illegal connection information.

Dear sir, electricity is not supplied properly at my area. Lineman (Mr. Ravindra kumar - [protected] bissau, jhunjhunu raj-331027) drinks wine on duty time and not give electricity properly. All peoples are facing a large problem due to cut of electricity. Lineman didn't answer the calls & if he picks up the calls use abusing language. Please work on my problem and solve it as soon as possible. Some peoples have warned lineman several times but he doesn't give a positive feedback.

Dear sir, i wish to inform you that i had applied to increase our contracted load from 100 kva to 150 kva for our school (Heritage girls school, udaipur.) on 29/05/2017, but till date your department in udaipur has failed to do so. We have deposited the required fees for the same by d/d of 26000/-vide receipt no.72137 and then by d/d of 29800/-vide receipt no.72139 on 14/07/17. May i request you to kindly look into the matter and take action at your earliest convenience.

The above said meter is installed in my house as domestic connection.No meter reader is coming there to take the reading.I have a request to depute somebody to take the reading and submit the bill so that I can make the payment of the factual consumption.
I had made a complaint of this meter earlier too for which I got a reply that it will take several weeks for taking action.
In this farm I have at the moment two solar operated tube wells one of 10HP and another of 5HP ratings.I intend to install another 10HP solar set.
On this combined farm the total solar powered tube wells are Three of 10HP rating and two of 5HP rating besides a bore well of 30 HP rating, which is being operated by electricity supplied through your electricity board.
In case of emergency I have a standby Generator set of 25kva rating which can run through my tractor of 60HPrating.
I feel this farm will be a model farm in jhunjunu district.
I earnestly request the senior board members to kindly visit my farm to have a first hand view of this model farm.o
