      As may sudden short circuit occur at my house nearest electric pole at 10:00 am and after that i am no t getting electricity at my home. Only i am not getting except whole colony is getting. Please help immediately! We are suffering a lot from the hot summer season. Tere are small kids who also are irritating. So please make sure an arrangement for repairing this problem. Please repair as sokn as possible

            My recent meter shows the faulty consumption of electricity.
            The present reading is 11325.
            You have already charged me upto the reading 10588.
            Balance units to be charged will be[protected]=737units.
            I fail to understand as to how you are charging for 3038 units.
            Kindly visit the site for doing the correction
            I feel the reason for this error is that no meter reader has visited the site for many months. They are in the habbit of concocting the readings just by sitting at home. Kindly make a system whereby they take the signature of the consumer whenever they come for recording the reading.

              Sir, i am surendra singh (K. No.[protected] from vill-sola teh - laxamngarh dist - sikar. I have an issue with damage of my tubewell motor and cable alongwith transfarmer because removed the fuse wire on all transfarmer before 3 months by electricity dept. Workers at the time of repairing and not installed new fuse wire till now. Due to which at the time of high voltage the load is directly come on motor thats why the transfarmer start burning with cable. Many farmers facing these type of problem and losses tubewell equipments. Some farmers give complain orally but not shortout.
              Today[protected] in the morning suddenly transfarmer was start burning which installed in my field than i called to on duty lineman bajarang lal (Mob. No.-[protected]) for disconnect the power but he was not present in power grid at the time of duty. He disconnect the power 30 min. Late after calling.in last 30 min. My tubewell motor with cable and transfarmer had burned. Due to this incident i have estimated loss upto 60, 000 and also late to growing kharif crops. This incident was mainy due to careless of on duty lineman because he was disconnect the power 30 min. Late.
              So i want to compensation for this damage and take proper action against the lineman.

                I am a resident of Manglana 8 km from Makrana of tehsil parbatsar. Verbally made a complaint to the lineman for fluctuations of voltage due to which faced electric equipment damage several times and low voltage half of the time.. Even cooler doesn't get enough voltage to run properly.. The same complaint is of many households but they don't complain. Losses due to burning of electric equipments is regular process. Kindly suggest.

                  This is sushil dadhich from village bajwas, teh - parbatsar, district - nagaur.
                  I just have a small issue that there is lot of eletricity cut off in my village & get very low voltage current. And why did government do not inform us about electricty cut of in newspaper. And if you cant find out any solution till the end of june than we have our own solution for such problem. People really got frustrated of this. Please do something.

                            Myself Khinyaram Jandu s/o Mehram Jandu & I am going to tell that I have been settled in Delhi for two years ago & I requested to the authority to set my meter at security deposit but they didn't Do so. My electricity meter was brunt by a short circuit in Dec 2016 & I complained in written about that to the AEN (O&M, JAYAL) AAVVNL. But after that in my electricity bill metre status is showing OK and every month I have to pay Rs. 400-500. So please do something otherwise I have no options but to Lodge an FIR against the Discom.

Beside my connection is commercial, where as i do not have any commercial use, it my own house i use to come there & stay, but since last 10 to 12 month i aam suffering from cpod & i have to take oxygen from machine for 16 hours daily, ..

                                  मैं नागौर जिले के संखवास गांव का निवासी हूँ।मैं आपको हमारी समस्या से अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ कि गांव में बहुत अधिक विधुत कनेक्शन होने के बावजुद विधुत कटोती होना बहुत बड़ी समस्या बन गई है।यहां पर हर घंटे में 10-15 मिनट की कटोती हो रही है।गर्मियों की शुरूआत में ही विधुत व्यवस्था के ये हालात है तो आने वाले दिनों के हालात कैसे होंगें, ये कल्पना करना बिल्कुल आसान है।हालात को समझाने के लिए ये काफी होगा ।उम्मीद है कि आप इस पर गौर फरमायेंगें, उम्मीद रहेगी कि ये समस्या सिर्फ कागजों तक सीमित नहीं रहेगी

                                    Electricity bill issued me for the month of feb 2017 of 436 units and apr 2017 of 421 units, whereas input terminal of the electricity bill has completely brunt. (Please see my personal application dated 08 nov 2016). However, average bill taken into account of summer consumption into the consumption in winter time, which is illogical. Prolonged time (Four & half month) taken for replacement of defective meter is fault of the department. Kindly direct avvnl, ajmer/j. En (Rural), jhunjhunu to re-imbrues the excess billed amount.

                                      I am pan singh .I have applied first time pancard on 06.02.2017 but till date are not issued pancard i have urgent require pancard but status is Income Tax Department (ITD) database shows that you may have been issued PAN in your name. ITD yet to inform status of your application. then i call NSDL Customer care he says your request re-issued.

                                      My k no.[protected] my num is i m not in village before 4 but bill amount is high before 2 month 750 rs. approx and this month 1283 rs. Pls sir solve my problem my village kanore udaipur rajasthan

                                      [protected] this is my k number and you have charged twice, i made payment of 2956 before 26 without late charges and when my father checked bill was unpaid then he made payment again with late charges. Will deduct this amount from next billling cycle. Both payment are done online.
