On 9th February i submitted a written request to send the my light meter for lab test to JEN rakesh at fatehpur SHEKHAWATI office.
To which he said that Mr ashok light man will go and check the meter and will do accordingly. But since than i visited the office twice and calling them daily for the meter lab test. But they are not responding to my request. Even written to AEN of fatehpur he also didn't not respond.
Kindly take neccessary action against such irresponsible person on duty . Who neglects the customer service to 1 month of time despite of regular follow up from consumer.
Attached is screenshot of chat with JEN ..to which he didn't responded.

I m having a shop in saifan fatehpura udaipur near sbi bank, there is a electricity line in front of my shop and there is a tree which is touching the electricity line.
and civrage line of water on the underground of water.

3 days ago, two parrots were died bcz there are on the tree and the tree is touching with electricity line.

since our shop is near bank, so general public also feels minor electricity shocks from tree sometimes.

I want to cut down the tree. but we are not able to do so due to electricity lines.

i am requesting you to either cut down the tree or shift the electricity lines from tree to somewhere else.

it is a matter of safety of peoples.

Dear Team,

It has been observed that in the last four bills generated against above mentioned consumer number is incorrect . My home is locked and we are working away from the state even then very high billing is been done from your good office, instead of the minimum charges should be levied . Your good self is requested to resolve the issue ASAP under an intimate to me.

I had sent 3 mails to Nodal officer of AVVNL but no one is interested to look into it and resolve my problem/ complaint, this is total harrasment of consumer.

Hello sir,

There is no power in over area from 10am to 2 pm from last 15 days, and when I'm complaining on toll free number they are saying some maintenance is going on, but it's not possible on every day, because of the covid we are doing work from home as a software developer. If there will be no power how I can work? Wo will pay me?

Please look into the issue.
