I have logged a complaint on 28th July 2021 but so far there is no action. In the mean time a new bill of rupees 1873, consumption o[censored]nit 326(2796 to 3122) has been raised. When the display is not working still bill generated so wondering how the reading was taken.
in this period the house was remained closed and negligible consumption was there.so please refund the excess amount charged. you are again requested to please look into the matter and arrange to repair/replace meter so that right bill can be generated.
