टरान्सफर पर नोटल वायर नहीं बांध रखा है इसलिए पूरे गाँव के घरो में नोटल व पेश दोनों ही तारो में करंट आता है!
यह पूरे गाँव की समस्या है! गाँव में बल्ब आदि जलते रहते हैं! किसी को कहते हैं तो बताते हैं कि शिकायत करने पर ही काम ठेकेदार ही करेगा!

Regards i am bhagwati devi w/o palram mewata cast meghwal resident dilawarpur teh- chirawa, Distt- jhunjhunu.(Raj.). In our village Diwarpura, we have a plot in the west direction of the village, which has a line of 11 thousand from the west wall. On 29.12.2021 the thekedar employees of your office went to our village. Who have removed the already installed pole and put it on the side of my plot on the way. Due to which the line of 11 thousand has come from above the bathroom and wall in my plot. There is a water tank in the bathroom. Which can lead to accident at any time. The line should have been kept in line with where the line was in the past. Or it should have been planted diagonally from the west side. The personnel were also told but they did not listen.
Therefore, you are requested to fix the pole line installed on 29.12.2021 by moving it away from my plot. Please resolve this meter on top priority My mob No -[protected] .

This is to complain that the pole wires are hanging, loose in our street since quiet some time and this is not safe for the locality. The wires need to be maintained properly. The pole in the street is also not at the right place.
Kindly do the needful and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Subah 9 baje mene call kiya tha, unhone kaha thodi der me kar denge, abi tak koi response nhi aaya hai, monkey group ne wire break kar diya hai, dopahar 2 baje fir se kiya call koi response nhi aaya hai.

Dear Sir/ Madam, It's almost been one year since we have left our home in Rajasthan and the House it empty despite that I'm getting electricity bills every month with consumption. I got to know that due to covid, the department personnel who comes to take meter readings is not coming and they are preparing the bills on based of the assumptions. On Saturday, a lineman came to my home and contacted me on phone. He warned me of cutting the connection if I won't pay the bill amount. After a debate on wrong bill, he accepted that the bill amount was wrong and calculated based on previous average consumption but finally he said that the amount will have to be paid otherwise the connection will be cut off. That is totally illogical as he is asking me to pay for the electricity consumption which was not even used by anybody. Last year as well, I got the fake electricity bills like this but still I paid. There's only Rs. 200 fixed electricity charge for 2 months which I'm ready to pay. Please help me to revise the bill amount. Kindly look into this matter ASAP and revise the bills with only fix charge which I'm supposed to pay.

In the month of August, I received a bill that had excessive amount that needed to be paid and after complaining at the office the issue was resolved.
But the next 2 bills that was sent were inaccurate and not based on the readings, after going to the office multiple times to have the readings checked I was told the meter is faulty, I had put in an application to change the meter in october and the meter was changed in December, before the meter could be changed I had to go to the office multiple times where I was told that meter is unavailable or the staff is unavailable and at one point they had lost the application.
Now when I went to the office to ask them to check if the bill is accurate I was rudely refused and said I will have to pay whatever the amount is on the bill and was also told that for the next bill they will average it and sent the bill again and won't check the readings.
We have not being staying at the house in udaipur as we have been staying in the village therefore the bill that we had gotten could not have been correct or according to the readings. It has been highly inconvenient to go to the office again and again and be rudely refused by the staff there.

I would really request you to look into the situation and resolve it soon please.

I am attaching the bills that have been sent to me along with the meter change application that I had submitted to the respective office.

I live in delhi and my meter in pilani, Rajasthan against KNO[protected] has been broken for some days now. I have complained about the same on the customer care number but they were not at all helpful that is why i have to file a written complain now.
I want it to be replaced or repaired as soon as possible.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.

We had applied for a temporary connection against CA Number[protected]. AVVNL / TPADL gave me the bill of approx Rs. 400 in the first month which I had paid in due time.
however, in the second month, I suddenly received an electricity bill of Rs. 8000 and when I had registered a complaint about the same, it was found that my meter was faulty and not working.
based on the forensic report it was informed that there is no data available in the faulty meter and they had abruptly charged me Rs. 8000 without any logic.
even in the next month, I received a bill of 67 units for 6 days based on the old meter which was faulty and 33 units for 24 days based on the new meter.
This proved the exxagarated amount from the old bill. No one in the department is ready to listen to our complaint and they are asking me to pay the entire Rs. 8000.
I am worried if I don't pay the bill they might cut my electricity connection.

It is to bring to your kind notice that I have an electric connection of 3KW. My account number is[protected] in name of Gauri Shankar Singh, Sadat, Ghazipur, U.P. Sir we have paid the electricity bill of our house for September, October and November months Rs. 1283, 881 and 692 respectively which were given to us previously. Now we are being handed over a new bill telling us to pay Rs. 2586 for just 7 days ( 27th Nov to 3rd December). I kindly request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I am from Dungarpur Rajasthan recently I receive a bill from Ajmer Vidhyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. with an amount of 6100 and its shows due to the date of 12-Oct-2021. I would like to inform you that I've already paid this bill amount of 5877 which is due on 12-Oct-2021. here I am attaching a copy of the due bill but the bill is already paid by cash at your powerHouse. and now I am submitting this complaint because No one comes to our house to take meter readings And the person who is hired for this manually writes the readings and we have to pay more than an Actually Bill. and the meter is running very fast. And even after our name is in the BPL list 2002, the meter is not being issued from Dhambola PowerHouse. And when I call on Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd. toll-free number, the plain line says busy. we would like to inform you please look into this matter and please solve this matter soon as possible. and issue us a new BPL meter.
