I have paid my electricity bill payment through phone PE app to operater avvnl and payment has successful on phonepe and payment has sent to the avvnl but confirmation massage did not received.

Dear Sir/Madam,
My electricity meter running improper from last two months which complaint submitted to office but still unable to Change meter.
Compare previous record current bill amount is four time more which is unacceptable.
Please kindly look solve this and change meter asap.
