Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — Complaint against AVVNL employees

I registered a complaint on 14th July 2021 for fluctuation of voltage, after waiting for a few hours, I communicated with the vidyut vibhag over call. They said, they will send someone to check in few hours but nobody came.

I then asked them again but they again said the same thing but didn't send anyone.

Next day (15th July, I again called them but they still didn't send anyone for checking). On 16th July, the electricity completely went off do after insisting a lot, few employees came but they scolded at us very badly when we told them that it's been 3 days since we registered the complain. After that, they went without checking the electricity issue.

I want to register the complain against these employees of AVVNL Udaipur (Sector 14): Rajkumar, Pradeep, Bherulal, Chitra and Rajesh (AEN).
