Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — Electricity disturbance due to 2 phase off out of 3- phase supply

From last two hours my home and neighbours electricity is not coming(1-phase supply 230 volt AC), although in same street a house which has 3-phase connection but only 1-phase supply is on.

for regarding this issue i talked to four pole substation but he said supply is on, it's not our matter. then for the same issue i talked to near jen office lineman, then he say to complaint online. So, sir please look into matter & turn supply on ASAP.
