In the month of August, I received a bill that had excessive amount that needed to be paid and after complaining at the office the issue was resolved.
But the next 2 bills that was sent were inaccurate and not based on the readings, after going to the office multiple times to have the readings checked I was told the meter is faulty, I had put in an application to change the meter in october and the meter was changed in December, before the meter could be changed I had to go to the office multiple times where I was told that meter is unavailable or the staff is unavailable and at one point they had lost the application.
Now when I went to the office to ask them to check if the bill is accurate I was rudely refused and said I will have to pay whatever the amount is on the bill and was also told that for the next bill they will average it and sent the bill again and won't check the readings.
We have not being staying at the house in udaipur as we have been staying in the village therefore the bill that we had gotten could not have been correct or according to the readings. It has been highly inconvenient to go to the office again and again and be rudely refused by the staff there.
I would really request you to look into the situation and resolve it soon please.
