Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — frequent power cuts, non helpful staff

This is regarding JEN office, Madar power station. There is power cuts everyday, uninformed and prolonged. Call center help is always lying about the time taken and mostly do not take calls. JEN being a authority here is not helping either and gives vague answers. In this hot temperature the irresponsible behavior of the Madar sub station has increased problems many times for the residents. Kindly help
