Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — in the wrong vcr context

Dear sir,
My name is ranjit singh. My house is near bhagwan singh's house. Lite was caught in the house near my house.
But the notice came on my name. My electric power department went to ladnu and complained about it but they told me that it will change your name. But my name has not come from change and i have add all the money in my bill which was written in the notice.
