Ab me hr bill date pe ek cl khrab krke aap ke darbaar me hazri lgaane aaunga to kaise kaam chlega sir ji? Aap bhi karmchari ho cl ki value aap bhi samjhte ho.. Aaj 10 august ko bill date he aur kal sham 8bje ko mujhe bill mila he.. Fir aaj bill nhin bharunga to aur penalty add kr doge.. Mene 29 march 2017 ko riyanbadi avvnl office me meri reading ke regards ek application di thi uskaa bhi koi answer nhin mila..
