I put a request for service line change in morning 9.30 (30th July), the lineman came at around 7.45 PM.
He although connected the new service line to my meter but before that, he broke my meter board and the on-off switches of my main meter. The light didn't come after that and they went without resolving our concern, and we are still without any electricity for almost 2 days.
Please take an strict action against it.
