Sir,
The cable which was connected from the transformer to our house meter was faulted which is considered to be govt. Line but they demanding money for that and didn't give us any receipt for that charge. When we tell them to give receipt then they denied to repair it. Kindly take strict action regarding to that.

Previously we got maximum of Rs 12000 bill. All the equipment in the house are same still we got bill of Rs 22591. How the bill has increased so much. Recent bill is issued by "Secure metering and services Pvt LTD". I am wondering how come bill increased many folds after this private contractor.
